Hello all. I've not been on much because I've tried to forget about ttc for the last couple of weeks. Back in the zone now CD17 and should be ovulating in the next few days.

spinning and sunbathing I'm gonna be poas similar time to you guys I think. I've got a load of IC cheapies and last month I went crazy with them so I'm hoping to hold out longer this time. I'm the same as you sunbathing and get spotting a few days before AF due so I'll know before then anyway. Last month I got spotting for 7 days and that was most frustrating. Got my doctors appointment on Thursday so I'm hoping im not spotting or have AF by then coz that'll be embarrassing while having a fanny exam haha.

Ovia says 8 days till pregnancy test yet I'm only 5 or 6 days away from AF being due. I'm gonna hold out as long as possible probably p on about 5 sticks by Thursday haha

I think around Oct 12th spinning but not testing until after then as had a CP earlier this year and was really horrible knowing then losing!

Quick q ladies. Anyone on here taking epo? I did last cycle and as a consequence I for the first time had ewcm on cd17, and also a peak on my cbfm. I took 2000mg from cd1-cd13 when I got a high on the cbfm and then upped dose to 3000mg till cd18 which was 2nd day peak on cbfm so I think it did it's job. Yippee I thought.

I was planning to take again but my only hesitation and therefore q is does it delay ovulation? This is the first cycle i am certain I ovulated so cant tell if this is normally when I ovulate but if my cycle is 27days as it was this month it doesnt leave me a v long luteral phase at. 10 days so just conscious of whether epo might b causing this. Any advice great fully received?? Thanks ladies

Ah Linda, I love the kicking, not so much the crazy hormones though! Hmmm depends how long I can hold out but probably Mon/tues. I've had a stomach bug which I seem to have recovered from but I'm feeling really sick,cant decide if it's a symptom or lingering bug!

Katy, I take evo and it hasn't affected when I ov, I take 2000mg.

Hello to everyone, especially those who are joining from the September bus.
I'm now pretty sure I'm on a wtf cycle. I thought I ov'd on Tuesday, but had a positive opk this morning with fmu then again this afternoon. Just about to check again. Gonna dtd tonight and tomorrow so I've got all bases covered.

Defo a symptom, spinning, good luck on holding off POAS til Monday.

What type of hpt does everyone use? I got some ic ones free with my bbt thermometer, but I'm guessing I'll probs need to buy some proper ones too?!

Katy I have taken epo for the last couple of cycles. The first cycle I took 1000mg from cd1 to cd12 and I found it delayed ov for a couple of days. I normally ov cd11 - 12 but that cycle I didn't ov until cd14 which has never happened before. This cycle I took 1000mg some days and 2000mg other I found I had lots of ewcm but ov was back to cd12. Don't know if that helps at all. Epo is know to delay ovulation.

What's the crack with epo? What's it do that's special? spinning, lol at taking evo, it made me think of those glue sticks/guns!

Been to a 2nd birthday party today with dd. Such a lovely time - despite getting severe bump envy at another mum who is 33 weeks (even though she was talking about being induced in four weeks - rather her than me!) DD was quite fascinated with a tiny baby who was in a baby sling that we had for her when she was first born. Couldn't help but feel envious of that too, despite having a Velcro child atm (last set of teeth coming thru, the pigs!)

X factor and homemade pasta bake here tonight, followed by dtd. Opk showed darker line than yday so looking good

Meant to say dozy, don't worry about your appt with dildo cam or the doctors - they've seen it so many times before, nothing to be embarrassed about, chick. See it as practice for when you're in labour next year and midwives are checking to see if bubba is on their way out
