Evening ladies how are you all? Have we had any bfps I've missed out on? I'll read back when I get more than 5 minutes.

It's my baby girls birthday today. She's 14. Her dad came up trumps on the best pressie in the world and bought her ed sheeran tickets. She nearly melted into the floor when he told her. It'll be her first gig. I can't believe my only little girl is so grown up. I'd love nothing more than to do it all over again. Ive even been googling little girls dress patterns. Told dh it was for a friends dd, but of course I've got ulterior motives Wink

KittyVonCatsington · 10/07/2014 21:15

Happy birthday to MissExtraOrdinary Cake Grin.
I so hope you get to do it all again too! When do you move house?

spinningirl10 · 10/07/2014 21:18

Ah kitty rain on sports day is typical! Sports day for my ds tomorrow, it's been really hot today so fx it's nice tomorrow.
And yes a bfp in Italy would be fabulissimoGrin
Fx your bfp is on it's way in a few days.

Based on the input from the lovely ladies here I shall take 2 htp's and hope my bag doesn't get searched at check in......we're travelling light so hand luggage only!

Linda.....food talk would suit me down to the ground, I can't stop eating at the moment and no it's not a symptom I'm just being greedySmile

Congratulations JunkGrin

Oh kitty the mortgage dramas continue! We don't have a date yet. We are all hoping it will be august. The latest drama is the xh had to go to the building society Shock with photographic ID to prove he was my ex husband and has paid maintenance for a million years without fail. All to do with money laundering apparently. Of all the things to pick on! Fortunately he agreed as he said it was for the dc. He must have mellowed with age.

It's been pouring here today on the south coast. I've got dc4s sports day tomorrow too. I do hope it goes ahead. I've not actually seen him at any sports days so far. First year was cancelled coz of rain and last year I was too poorly. Fx

laurano81 · 10/07/2014 21:38

Kitty I fell asleep on the couch early, as I had a really bad headache. Sad I woke up about 12 ish, but I couldn't go back to sleep. I decided to occupy myself on mumsnet! Grin Low & behold I wasn't long feeling wrecked Smile Fx for us x I am trying to stay calm x 9dpo I probably will be freaking out Hmm

KittyVonCatsington · 10/07/2014 21:44

What is it with the South and rain today! Usually we have the best weather Wink
Moving house is so stressful-something always crops up. Let's hope it all goes smoothly from now and you get to make your baby in it's new home!

MaMaPo · 10/07/2014 22:47

Question for you wise women (that just autocorrected to 'wide women' - definitely not what I mean):

I'm 9dpo I think (just according to dates, I didn't use OPKs or anything). Yesterday I had some faint brownish spotting. This morning, plenty of bright red blood, not spotting.

Question: is AF 5 days early? Is this too heavy for implantation bleeding? Symptom wise I'm free, although I did feel quite tired yesterday.

Should I wait and test in 3-4 days? What else should I consider? Don't want to get my hopes up! Thanks everyone.

Blueskygirl30 · 10/07/2014 22:48

Congratulations junkfood!!!!!! So exciting!!! Grin

I thought I was being super cool not letting DH know I'm almost fertile but apparently pouncing on him at least once a day has been a bit of a giveaway, I've given him tonight off but told him he'll be making himself available next week if I don't miss ovulation due to being away with work.

KittyVonCatsington · 10/07/2014 22:52

I'm in the same boat!
Here's the annoying part, we won't know until we get a BFP or AF, but we can hope! Perfectly possible to be implantation bleeding. Although some sites say IB can only be brown or pink-it can also be red. It can also be spots or full on bleeding. Everyone of us is different and every individual pregnancy can be different.
Sadly, it may also be due to lots of other things too.
FX bfps are just around the corner!

MaMaPo · 10/07/2014 22:56

Crosses fingers with kitty

laurano81 · 10/07/2014 23:11

laurano81 · 10/07/2014 23:15

Mama Oh gosh, it's hard to know, either way you got to wait xx Fx Af stays away

MaMaPo · 11/07/2014 01:40

Oh boy - I think it's a very early AF. And much heavier and more painful than usual. Bugger.

See you next month! Good luck to everyone else.

BrixtonBunny · 11/07/2014 05:18

OPK update... I've now got a solid smiley after two days of flashing, but I'm only on cd8!? And no EWCM in sight... Does this mean I'm not fertile enough to conceive this month? And advice, as ever, appreciated.

DP not feeling very well so can't imagine he'll be up for DTD this morning, and we're travelling to see friends later so terrified I'll miss the window, even if it could happen (though have DTD every day for last 10 days so fx a swimmer or two has survived). Though we've only been using conceive plus the last two days...

Sorry, very selfish post, will read back now, fx af stays away for everyone today xx

BrixtonBunny · 11/07/2014 06:06

Mamapo so sorry the witch got you -make sure to have a glass of wine tonight! I think it's nice to treat yourself with all the things you couldn't have if you were upduffed. Xx

BrixtonBunny · 11/07/2014 06:06

Brixton yay for flashing smiley. Maybe ewcm will come in next 24 hours. Do you use Concieve plus or similar? It's good to help swimmers if not much cm.

6dpo here. The sun is shining and its sports dayGrin

spinningirl10 · 11/07/2014 06:25

Oops Brixton, it's a solid smiley you have, yay! And yes I see you do use Concieve plus. Sorry I'm half asleep!
