Another high temp here (37) so am pretty convinced I ovulated as that is three temps way over cover line (though I didn't temp at the beginning of my cycle this month - oops!) dh doesn't agree due to the monitor not showing peak - he is not to talk to me until he has read up on basal body temp shifts post ov.

Kitty fab news re the huge temp spike! fx for more high temps.

Sparkle oops- sorry, not sure what happened there. Better to be there twice than not at all I guess. We'll get it corrected when it's time to update the stats- would be nice to be able to add a few BFPs. Fx you ov this weekend.

Laurano I think the horizontal line is darker - very nearly as dark as the control line.

Phew- better get on with some work, feeling a bit guilty for spending so long on here but can't help myself.

What do you ladies think or know about hot shower and hot water bottles? It's so cold here I was snuggled up to a hot water bottle last night and it got me thinking...if not supposed to go I spa baths when ttc or poss preg should I avoid hot water bottles? Or is it not the same?

Anyway my random though for the night/day!

You should be fine rainbow, I think you're not supposed to have your whole body very hot for long periods of time, but apparently we have a good self-regulation mechanism so if we approach the temperature we cool ourselves down (ie remove hot water bottle, get out the shower, etc) x

Well I used my last FRER and another IC after a 5 hour hold. BFN on the FRER but another possibly imaginary line on the IC. I can't be imagining them all can I? The IC has dried out now giving me the strongest evap I've ever seen. I guess I will try again in the morning but won't bother getting any more FRER's until the weekend. If I don't have them then I can't be tempted to use them lol. I'm 13dpo so in theory a positive result should show by now but on the other hand, going from some cramping and temp dip on 10dpo followed by a temp jump on 11dpo I am thinking it's possibly late implantation. Hopefully it is the same for you cinnamongreyhound.

Rainbow, I should think you'd be fine with a hot water bottle. (And you'd need it in NZ! I'm in Melbourne. It's not so cold during the day but our heating is rubbish so it's cold inside.)

When I had my first inkling I could be pregnant with my daughter I was on holiday with my husband in Istanbul. On the final day of our trip I had planned to go to the hammam and have a really long, really hot soak, steam and scrub. I was really looking forward to it! But I was a day late for my period, felt a bit weird, and so decided not to have the bath just in case I happened to be pregnant. (For some reason the idea of doing a test never occurred to me - maybe I thought it would be too early to tell?) Anyway, when I finally tested a week later I was happy I had skipped the hammam for good reason - I would have been pissed off if I hadn't been pregnant after all!

No dtd, dp wasn't up for it

Feel so upset, I've snuck off to the corner of the garden for a little cry. Makes me feel like shit when I'm trying my best to get him in the mood and he says no. Thought we'd got over performance issues

I'll be back later when I'm in a better mood, better go and be cheery to stand any chance if dtd later.

My temp ws 36.19°C this morning, but I woke at 5am & took it cos I was bursting for a pee (TMI sorry x) I usually take it at 7am,..I don't know if i should adjust the temp or leave it x You have to analyse how you felt during the dream to get the meaning x

Managed to DTD again last night - basically going for every other day between end of AF and then day 21.

Sorry Spinningirl10, dh used to have a lot of problems with having different needs in the department. It took a big talk for him to realise just how much him turning me down upset me and we are mostly on the same page now. Although we dtd last night and he was much more relaxed and into it than he was the week I was ovulating but then he knew that's why we were dtd and it did seem to upset him!!

Spinningirl I know exactly how you feel! there have been times when I've tried my hardest with DH and he just hasn't been interested, we weren't even TTC then but it made me feel like I wasn't sexy and just totally unwanted. But once I'd got over being upset I realised that sometime he just isn't up for it, much in the same way as sometimes he's hot for it and I just want to go to sleep. It's just a shame their sperm is rather vital to the TTC process!

Rainbow I totally know what you mean about not wanting to miss out on POAS days. My AF has just finished so I'm looking forward to POAS soon, even though it'll be an ovulation stick. Also, I think a hot water bottle will be fine, I'd maybe not keep it on your stomach too long though but anywhere else will be totally fine.

Thank you to those of you recommending Agnus Cactus and B6, I've ordered some to arrive tomorrow, along with some soft cups which I might give a go this month. I've also got some evening primrose oil to try and help with the EWCM. If they don't work I hope at least I get nicer skin or nails or something!!

Cinnamon I just had to google weather in the world to see where I would be if temps were 37 - and I would be in Dubai! Would much rather be relaxing there at a beach side resort than stuck in my office in London.

Oh spinning I'm sorry. I too have a dh like that. It makes me feel completely rubbish too. I used to think all men were up for dtd all the time. But I've come to realise that's not so.

My problem is xh and I were extremely well matched in that dept. we never turned each other down ever. Probably why we had 4dc. And after 6 years together dh and I only have 1dc. I truly believe it's the route cause of not getting pg for me.

Am I imagining this ?

Sorry to those who have had a bfn today, I stupidly used my frer and also got bfn. I knew I would, why did I waste it, fool!!

I know I've missed loads of mentions off my list there but I just want you all to know that genuinely do think about how you're all doing and cheer on your ovulations and dtd hahaha. A fb group sounds like a great idea, I'm not on there, I came off as it was driving me insane but I could perhaps create another account purely for ttc group. I could call myself connie cieve maybe or another punny name.

I know it's super faint but it's not totally blank so it's bothering me .got one from yesterday morning 10 dpo and one today 11dpo . Had all that horrible cramping on 8dpo and then nothing . Increasingly sore boobs and from last night I've been running to toilet all the time. Nausea comes and goes but get that anyway. Aargh this is so horrible . I've lost count how many times I've been thorough this with trying for dd and now again . It's horrible getting my hopes up and then be disappointed again but I can't help always testing a few days early

Try to stay calm and think positive nordic , easy said than done I know. Try to see what's happening separately from past events. I know it must be so hard given your history but it might not alway follow the same path, keep strong.

Thanks feel a bit tearful now . Haven't even been able to eat my lunch so on edge . Dd is napping and ds entertaining himself and was meant to eat and have a nap but can't relax

Deep breaths nordic That's a line and cb's are always faint early on. FRER if you can tomorrow, I suspect that will show up far more positively for you

mrse spinning another one with a mismatched sex drive when it comes to dtd - we only did it twice in my June cycle so we were just bloody lucky

I can see a very faint line Nordic! CB are not very sensitive, can you get hold of a FRER or a Superdrug early result test? The superdrug ones are very sensitive and cheap!
