Well! This morning's DTD was a right comedy of errors To be fair to DH, we have been doing the dead daily since last Thurs and the weekday ones have been 5.30 would much rather they were honeymoon daily ones instead a la Foscar so we are both knackered.

Normally, would have stopped by now but seeing as I don't seem to have ovulated yet, I took my temp and it rose but only by .1 to 36.39. So I tapped DH on shoulder and said my temp still hasn't risen so can we bloody hell whatever happened to sexy talk and he did try but couldn't. So I asked him to have a shower and try again. 45 minutes later of chaos and finally My temps and BETTER rise tomorrow or I will be like the Hulk!

Interestingly, I wonder if it was stress that delayed my ovulation? The bloody examination board OCR decided to play silly buggers on Monday and release a statement that all Computing controlled assessments would be withdrawn with immediate effect and all current Year 10s would have to re-do new ones from September, that's 40 hours of their work gone! Spent Monday panicking and shouting at OCR and social media finally, they have retracted it. But I do wonder if the stress played a part... Love it though. 5,000 angry teachers + social media = results

Bluesky I am glad you are feeling better! I get down too when AF arrives x I am on my second month of taking agnus cactus. Before I started it I was ovulating CD18/19..last month I ovulated CD 17, & my luteal phase lengthened from 10 to 13 days! I am sure that not everyone would agree that it has helped them, but it has helped me so far! I got an almost +opk earlier, & I am on CD16. I feel that I am about to ovulate at the moment, ovaries are twitching both sides, I have discomfort & my tummy is tightening ! It will be interesting to see how my luteal phase is this month x B6 is also known to increase the luteal phase! fx

MaMaPo I use Opk's, in conjunction with watching cervical mucus & temping! x That way I know when I ovulate, so we can ensure we DTD & it helps during the 2WW, when I am questionning what dpo I am etc! x Fx You get a BFP this month & you won't have to worry about all that! x

I second what everyone said Foscar although I have no direct experience. I had to cancel my midwife appointment before I got to go there. However, it must be really strange to go for the first time Thank you so much for your advice Grand Soooo helpful and one of the reasons I value Mumsnet and you all so much!

notoast & *Spinning& I want to breastfeed this time around! I was 21 when I had my DS, and there wasn't enough support to breastfeed! My mum didn't breastfed either, so I had no one to turn to for breastfeeding support. I really regret not breastfeeding my DS!. I am older & wiser now I hope hehe! , so I defo will be giving it my best shot! x

I love the idea of a pregnancy journal! I actually saw one in Mothercare & I was half tempted to buy it x My DS always asks me questions about when I was pregnant with him! I wish I had a journal when I was pregnant with him...I do have a pic of my enormous bump at 37 weeks,..3 days before I had him!

Kitty I had a bleed in the first trim, but then it stopped. My mum said she had bleed with my brother, so not to worry! x Anyway my scan showed my DS & I was relieved! However I was told it was a twin pregnancy, and that there was a demise of the other twin. x I am lucky to have my little man! he's 5ft 2 & catching up to me That was 12 years ago & I have learnt to live with it! I often though get a sense of surrealism about it x I would love some & ! Yum soul food! x BTW my temps were 36.02°C today & 36.01°C the day before...I will let you know tomorrow if they go up! x

Well I've not tested yet as advised by you lovely ladies. Still no appetite- not sure if to do with the bug from the weekend or potential bfp. Probably bug i know! Although today i noticed my nails are stronger than ever- potential sign? Boobs usually very sore week leading to af but no discomfort at all. Or am i just going loopy?

Hi again kitty yep we can do this!!! July is our time!!! How are you getting on? It's so hard getting over a mc isn't it? Things were very tough going for me if I'm honest (which I am!) I bled for 12 weeks after so I was a total mess. Feeling much stronger now though and ready for plenty of TITH!

On this day three years ago, we conceived our dd; we were in Hamburg for the boxing, I spent the entire weekend like a drunken English person abroad, which is not at all like me and I think we were both so relaxed that it just happened. I'd not at all worked out I'd be ovulating that weekend and so turned into a sexual demon with all the champagne cocktails inside me! Let's hope the July thing works for us again!!

Lp2014 oh fx you get your BFP! My boobs get sore pre AF too, so Fx that your lack of sore boobs is a very good sign x I am glad you are feeling better..it will take a few days for you appetite to come back after being sick! x

The wait is driving me crazy this month. Can't believe I'm only about 6dpo. Starting to desperately search for symptoms but none spotted so far (I know it's too early really but just can't help myself).

Good luck finding books foscar. I have what to expect before you're expecting and find it very informative and easy to read, so hopefully the pregnancy one is just as helpful.

Sorry I haven't otherwise cought up . So I thought the cb was a blank this morning but later noticed I very faint line on it . Did a frer a while ago and it was neg . Does anyone have experience of evap lines on cb tests ?

I've just got home and opened today's post and I have a letter inviting me to ante natal classes you would think the health centre would update there bloody records

Laura I'd say the horizontal was a very nearly positive opk - I'd be going for it dtd wise tonight, tomorrow and the next day at least!
