Hopefully this thread is as successful as our last with a big BFP bonanza!

Yes he's in childcare today and I've just gone work but think I'm going to come home at lunch as I also feel dreadful! At least this is a distraction for the tww!! Lol!!

Hi ladies! Just had my second scan. Everything is ok, the doc dated 8+5 weeks, it's not a honeymoon baby but a pre-wedding baby ! Next scan next month :) I'm sooooo relieved!!!

Good news poppet! You're right to trust the midwife :)

Are you getting private scans steph? Am trying really hard to convince myself not to and be patient (and save £150!).

Steph thats lovely !! Its weird when you think back to what you actually did when pregnant and didnt know it ! I was drinking wine with mil and chasing a 2 year old around !

You're right Poppet! I was quite drunk at my wedding, I ate lot of crude meat (some delicious "French Tartare") during my honeymoon, often had a glass of wine with friends, and so on... ! Luckily I stopped everything when I got my bfp and the doc told me that was fine.
Actually Bears, I'm not in the UK right now, I'm in Switzerland (probably back in UK for delivery) and they allow you to do a scan once a month !

I've had a lemsip since coming back from work n it's deffo helped but for how long I don't know!

Can being I'll affect conceiving? Cuz I hope it's not ruined our chances for this month :(

I wouldn't have thought it would affect your chance at conceiving, could it be that your pg? Cus that lowers your immune system

I would hope so ducky haha! I, NEVER ill. Ever. I get the odd headache etc but never seriously ill and this is the first time I've ever had this.

Rele want my bfp :( promised I wouldn't test till next Friday or Saturday it's getting hard! AF due 22nd I think. My stupid iPhone sent itself into recovery mode n can't get out of it so I have no phone n no fertility friend!!! :O

We watched 'One Born Every Minute ' tonight. All of the women were really calm and focussed giving birth. No one screamed or got hysterical. There is no way I will be calm and not complaining.

DH was really upset by the couple where the dad is homeless. He got really choked up. Made us count our blessings.

Now he is thinking he should find out what to do incase I give birth in the car!

My child has been awake since half 10 last night and still won't sleep. 2nd night I've been up all night. :( :( :(

cupcake That is awful. Poor you. Can your MIL or mum give you a break today so you can get some sleep? Hope he feels better very soon.

I am very fed up of all bloody day morning sickness. Haven't actually been sick but everything makes me feel nauseous - eating, not eating, smell of cooking, smell of my own perfume

I am still in limbo. 3 days late, no "spotting" anymore, boobs hurt now, haven't had any cramps for a day. Tested this morning got a BFN.

If I was pregnant, wouldn't I have gotten a positive by now? What is going on

Oh wine how frustrating. How late are you? Give it a few more days and then book a doctors appointment maybe?

Thanks ladies. Thankfully my mother has offered to have him after she's finished work at 3. So that's good.

Thought I'd post a symptom I've been having as I've heard this can indicate pregnancy! I've googled loads haha! My veins on my chest and boobs are so clear!! It's gross they are so veiny!

I'm nearly at the end of my 2ww now. AF due sometime between tomorrow and next wed. I have symptoms, of either AF or pregnancy, but then I never really do get AF symptoms anyway!

DH said to me last night, "We didn't really do it enough this month did we?" I was like NO SHIT SHERLOCK!!

Should say I have NO symptoms!

Urgh I go out today to a coffee shop to read my book and not think about TTC and two ladies next to me are talking about it! Following me I swear, every time I've gone out someone has been talking about making babies.
