Thanks girls!!
And he said he had to repaint as it was not good paintwork and was on ceilings! We only pained the 2nd bedroom!! But he complained about the whole flat which we stated we hadn't even touched!
We are going to citizen advice tomorrow. And yes Ducky!!! It is in the tennancy deposit sceme! I'll go on website n have a look :)

Cupcake they will probably just tell you to open a dispute with the tenancy deposit people, or you could visit shelter? They're housing specialists

tori they put me back a week . Ive worked it from the date of my last period but baby was concieved bit later . I got a print out that put baby at 'gestational age' of 5 weeks midwife found a heartbeat she wasnt concerned at all . The midwife said its so difficult to get it right before 12 weeks . Just think if you didnt have a scan(as many people dont) you wouldnt know this . Also and sorry to be negative but its a private scan they get paid ! Positive thoughts I know its hard though

You Deffo could of ov late tori! And the dates for lmp are worked out for if your a regular 28 dayer, so if your cycle is longer than this it's likely to be wrong if worked out from lmp

I've got my dating scan today. Ducky- how full is it necessary to have bladder? I remember you posting something about it. I'm feeling nervous and already need a pee having only had a glass and half of water! Scan in 35 mins

Cupcake your landlord sounds like a tit! I've had similar things with a few landlords in the past, they do tend to be money grabbing! I'm sure what he's doing is totally illegal and you must definitely take him to small claims. Hopefully he'll just pay up if you threaten him to avoid the hassle! Really hope you get it sorted without too much stress. I really feel for you Thanks

So I went to the doc last night and she did a urine test which was bfn as well. I managed to convince her to try an get me a blood test but I'm waiting to hear back because she had to check that they're able to do it in this kind of case. She was really hesitant because she reckons if I am pg that it might only be less than 2 weeks along and too early to show in blood either.
Other weird thing I she said women ov 7 days before their AF???!!? I know she's the doc but everything I've read and anyone who is ttc has said it's between around 14 and 11 days before AF due.... Thus the tww, right??? Confused

Confused I'm sure you're right lillymyy1 - I thought it was about a week before AF was due before I had DD, found out I was wrong when a BFP arrived!

Well landlord has just called this morning. And he wants £400 of our £600 deposit. The things he's charging us for is .... Cleaning of drawers and cupboards. Painting ceilings and walls in one bedroom (he said when we painted the bedroom back to magnolia it wasn't a good job.) and he said we had damaged the carpet in the master bedroom.( which we hadn't, the d tenant damaged it when he moved which the landlord pointed out to us before we moved in!!) and that's it.
In my knowledge that doesn't cost £400.
So I've started a dispute on the tenancy deposit site.
I said to the landlord, £100 will do for him. But he said that's not enough. So now we shall have to see where this dispute leads us! Eugh, I thought the stress had ended!! :(

Good for you to fight it cupcake. We had similar issues when we last moved house. DP argued the toss - his strategy is make yourself as annoying as possible so it's easier to give in that take the money from him. So, request quotes for all the work, ensure you have quotes from three different suppliers in case one is a "friend" and yes, threaten small claims!

Boom for my 20 week with dd they were running late I was bursting! They told me to go and 'let a little bit out' but I just weed and weed and weed!

For my 12 week I didn't need a wee at all and tey saw fine Smile

They usually advise to drink a litre of water but you can space it out Grin

I had to do one once, I got £550 of a £600 deposit back Smile

Sorry to hear it has worried you tori. But it is so early still. She didn't mean 5 weeks gestational did she? Because then that would be right if it's seven and a bit weeks since lmp. I'm sure it will work out fine, did she manage to find a heartbeat or is it too early for that?
If the scanner said that it looks ok then try not to worry too much as they must know what to look for and things.
I will be 7 + 5 for my scan on Saturday as far as I know. Feeling nervous. Has anybody else had any anxious feelings at all? Like I keep worrying what if I'm awful or don't like being a mum or get postnatal depression and things. I just can't feel happy about the pregnancy this week :( i don't know why. I feel awful for not being mega happy. But this week I just feel a bit overwhelmed by everything. It's probably just me being weird as usual. The feeling ill all the time doesn't help either I guess.

Kitkat it's terrifying and of course you're going to have worries but you're going to love your baby so much you'll be a great mum! Hormones can make you really miserable.

Tori, I'm sure it's totally normal, it's still early. I know someone whose baby didn't show on the first scan they could only see the sac but they found the heartbeat the next week.

I've been having such a nightmare with my hormones that I had to call in 'sick' to work today. Thought a nice day at home with DP would cheer me up but he's just woke up in a right mood and decided that he 'doesn't like me at the moment' and wants to stay away from me so has gone off to work for a meeting and says he's going to stay there and get some other jobs done in order to avoid me. Sad I know I've been a mardy cow the last couple of days but I apologised last night and was being nice to him when he woke up this morning. He should appreciate that I'm not myself at the moment what with hormones and having just stopped my ads. He's not understanding at all.
