It's been tough going though, found it really hard this time, worth of course but hard

toothachereturns · 15/06/2014 10:54

Here's hoping you'll be "glowing" throughout the 2nd trimester!
I don't think I glowed through any of my pregnancies. lol Hmm

lindamagoo · 15/06/2014 10:56

I sure as hell never glowed, I seem to skip that part, lol

xBlueberry88x · 15/06/2014 11:17

Morning ladies,

Sat watching OBEM probably not a good idea cry every time a baby i born at it right now

Spotti holding on for your dhs response.

MrsE they are so cute and definately shouldnt be in a cage

choccy so sorry your going through this.

angela definately should try a frer

tooth I can see a faint line

chandlers thats so random but makes sense protecting a possible baby.

linda thats gone so fast but I expect its going slow for you bet you cant wait for the 12 week scan

Realised today that because I was a week late last month my phone app has changed my cycle length so if im back to a 28 day cycle af should come on the 18th not the 21st which is good because af would be over by my birthday BUT my gynae app is on the 19th and the 2nd day is always the heaviest should I cancel if af appears??? I just dont want to end up waiting ages if I have to move it grrr

sypmtoms for today lower back pain (had this yesterday as well) and belly uncomfortable today

laurano81 · 15/06/2014 11:21

Good morning Ladies...I am 11 DPO today & no AF..I was too scared this morning to POAS, as I can't deal with a negative today...I keep doubting myself about ovulation...was it CD17 when I got the +opk, EWCM, TEMP dip & pain or was it CD18, or even CD19...I had a lot of pain those days too in my right side.. Hmm...SO am I 11DPO or just 9/10 DPO!! AAAGGGHH All that was going around in my head this morning, so I said NOPE! I'm not going to POAS today...If I am only 9DPO they prob will come tomorrow...if I am 10/11DPO Yay! Progress & I will POAS Weds if AF doesn't arrive....sorry for the rant xx

I must read back to the thread...I hope everyone is ok xx

toothachereturns · 15/06/2014 11:41

blueberry - good morning chick. I would keep your app with gynae. x

Lauran - how frustrating! I have 2 apps with different dates for af. 1 says today, the other says tomorrow. Who knows!! Maybe it's due at midnight. Hmm

KittyVonCatsington · 15/06/2014 11:52

Choccy if you're still reading, I just wanted to give you my support. Having read, right from the start, everything you have been through, I feel particularly angry and sad on your behalf that this has happened for the 6th time. How the hell you have to go through this is beyond me. I too keep reading about prof. Quenby on here and hope someone actually specialised, rather than guessing, will be what you need, to get your brother or sister for your DS.
Till then, will be thinking of you as I often do anyway and praying you don't have to go through this again. Thanks

toothachereturns · 15/06/2014 11:54

Well said Kitty. x

KittyVonCatsington · 15/06/2014 11:58

MrsE thank you for those pics, really made my day!
Please please stay strong and don't let you sister keep one in a cage. My two came from the RSPCA and spent their first 10 weeks in a cage. It took a lot of time and TLC to get them used to having the freedom of a house. They are not hamsters!
Rant over not at you! very proud of your cat-she has done a stellar job getting them into the world and looks like she suits being a mummy Grin

gennibugs · 15/06/2014 12:20

Morning all

blueberry I would keep the appointment definitely.

laurano really hope AF stays away from you.

Agree with everyone re the kitties. My rescue cat was also kept I'm a cage (in a house with 15 other cats poor little mites, but that's a whole different story). She's sitting on my lap as I type, she's being so clingy at the moment.

No symptoms here at all to report. Think I will poas next Friday as not 100% sure now when I ovulated due to the second positive opk but we are off to what will be a very boozy wedding in Europe so would like to know if there is a chance I might get a BFP.

MrsExtraOrdinary · 15/06/2014 12:20

Kitty she's such a fantastic mummy cat, so caring and gentle. And not at all jealous, very trusting of us all, which has made it all so much easier.

Sis claims the cage would only be while her cat gets used to the idea. But my worry is what damage it would do to a kitten, having just left it's mum and siblings. It's a definite no. Fortunately plenty of my friends are interested and I will be keeping 2 I think. So just 2 that will be going to new homes. Honestly I was in floods of tears about the whole thing.

MrsExtraOrdinary · 15/06/2014 12:22

You'll all such a lovely bunch Thanks ThanksThanksThanksThanks for everyone

spinningirl10 · 15/06/2014 13:37

Tooth, some people never get very dark lines, I would get a frer for tomorrow.

I'm ok thanks, 7 dpo so nothing much happening. Keeping busy to avoid symptom spottingGrin and enjoying the sunshine!

Spotti how did dh take the news?

xBlueberry88x · 15/06/2014 14:08

had a couple of really sharp pains from my groin up my right side today as well as the mild cramps hmmm

laurano81 · 15/06/2014 14:36

Linda congrads on your pregnancy...I bet you can't wait for the scan...then you get let out a big sigh of relief! & shed a happy tear! Smile

Blueberry I still have a bit of the leaky feeling & TMI feeling quiet wet down there...fluids are running through me...no cramps, or pains....I usually don't get menstural pain on CD2/3 anyway...still no sign of AF...I feel a bit lightheaded still...FX for a BFP for you x Keep the appointment...I had an internal scan done in Hungary & I was on CD5 & menstruating! I was morto, but the Gynae said that was his job...not to be..x

Genibugs Where is the wedding? Oh gosh I hope you get your BFP before then xx

Choccy how devastating...I am truly sorry for all you losses xx I really hope you get the gyn help you need & a sticky bean (((Hugs)))

Nordicmom · 15/06/2014 14:45

Ohhh choccy I feel so horrible for u especially having been there myself . I know the hopeless is this hell never going to end feeling . I sincearily hope you will be able to have your baby in the end without resorting to such extreme measure as we did . After my 10 early miscarriages and chemicals in 2 y and getting sick I had to move on since I lost all hope it happening otherwise . For myself now with what looks like 3 chemicals out of 7 cycles it seems it won't work out again without help just feel stuck not really ready for trying ivf and DH isn't agreeing to US surrogacy in our current circumstances and I'm vary of the UK option . I'd personally get on with the US with the same agency etc and just think we'd spread the cost over the years it'll prob take to get to the end result . As much as I'd love to be able to have my own child myself like with DS I'm getting to the end of my tether with putting myself through this again with what feels like no light in the end of the tunnel . Sorry to moan but feeling very bleak today . Luckily DH is just coming home from his Father's Day sailing trip . I'll be retiring to my bed

Spotti · 15/06/2014 14:49

Hey ladies, only just got in from a big fat lunch feeling very full now but thought I'd better update you on the "news" situation (if it were me waiting then I'd be bursting by now!!!).

Went in the shower this AM and left the card on OHs pillow. Just as I got out I heard him go into our room and moments later he came into the bathroom with a big grin on his face and kept giggling like a child at Christmas! He instantly took a photo of the card and has proceeded to grin all afternoon.

I think he's a bit pleased Grin!

Just hoping SpottiBean behaves itself now and does what it's supposed to...

Also realised another 'coincidence': - it's both DF and DFIL's birthdays around the time of our 12 week scan so I think the plan to spill the beans via a "Happy Birthday Grandad" card is now doubly handy Wink.

Hope you've all managed to escape the drizzle today!

laurano81 · 15/06/2014 14:51

Tooth I can see the line too! Don't waste your time on anything but a FRER xx

Angel I have read to that the clearblue digitals are not that sensitive & you really would think they were...Try a FRER ..Fx xx

Spinning & Chandlers Fx for a BFP! xx

Frenetic I really hope the tests went well! You are in my thoughts all day...(((Hugs))) xx

MrsE I don't have any experience with cats, but how scary for a little kitty to be taken from it's mama & put in a cage...does your sis think her cats will attack the kitten..Hmm..my mum always reckoned that loving & nuturing the little cavalier we had, when he was a pup...stirred hormones within her & she got pregnany with my brother who is now 18! There was an 8 yr gap between him & my other sis! Who knows! FX xx

MrsExtraOrdinary · 15/06/2014 14:53

So glad mr spotti enjoyed his Father's Day. That must have been a very special moment. Smile

Nordicmom · 15/06/2014 14:59

Spotti · 15/06/2014 15:09

But ssssshhhh, don't tell him I told you that!

Treaclepie19 · 15/06/2014 15:12

Aww :) haha bless him.

My DH is just not that emotional with it all. Grumble grumble :p

angelaham · 15/06/2014 15:17

Thanks Blueberry and Lauran, My husband and i went to Tesco late last night and the Clear blue was the only one we could see, there Was no First response, I was wanting to get that one, but thought Clearblue was a sensitive test too, Iv been really emotional today when i got the negative result but Im being really silly as its our first month of trying and i know lots of other ladies have to try for years, I will wait till Tuesday when AF is due and see what happens, think if i didnt feel sick and and the headaches i would never have got my hopes up but, il keep a little bit of hope until Tuesday, Thanks ladies this board is very useful and supportive, good luck everyone x
