Dsis already has a cat who is fairly elderly. She claims it's only fair to introduce a kitten this way. I just think it's nuts. I know kittens aren't babies, but the thought if if just makes me feel cold. So you take it away from its mother and siblings and put it in a cage where if will get snarled at my an elderly cat. Errrrr no I just can't do it. Sorry to sabotage a ttc thread with my baby kitten dilemma. I just was so upset by the whole thought of it. I dare say I'm being extreme and yes they are my fluffy babies all 4 of them. Sad

kurama · 15/06/2014 05:00

Tell her to read up on introducing a new pet! I haven't found one yet that says stick the new pet in a bloody cage!
Yer I'm pretty sure af is here. Red when wiping this morn although cramps have fucked off for now Hmm

Spotti · 15/06/2014 06:23

MrsE - I thnk I'd be the crazy cat lady too with that gorgeous bunch!

Morning Grin

MrsE, wtf is your sil thinking!! No way would I let her have a kitten if she's seriously going to keep it in a cage!! Poor kittyHmm

Frenetic, I really hope you have a good outcome today, thinking of you and keeping fx Thanks

Spotti....how exciting, let us know how he takes the newsGrin

Choccy, I was thinking about you this week and wondering how you're doing. I am truly sorry to hear that you're going through this again, life is shit sometimes. You are so strong to repeatedly get through this. Surely prof Q will be able to help? I've seen his name mentioned a lot on these boards so you seem to be in good hands. My due date from my mc is 3 weeks away so on that score I know how you're feeling, I so want a bfp this cycle. Sending big hugs to youThanks

angelaham · 15/06/2014 08:12

Couldn't wait any longer, iv been having headaches and feeling sick for the past week , my AF is due on Tuesday, I took a test this morning but it said Not Pregnant, So just waiting on AF now, Im not sure if the symptoms is my mind playing tricks, or from the Pregnacare conception tablets,

toothachereturns · 15/06/2014 08:19

angelham - was it a clearblue digi? Thry are quitw insensitive and for some people they don't show a bfp until a few days after af was due. x

toothachereturns · 15/06/2014 08:20

oh Spotti this is SO exciting!!!!!!Grin

spinningirl10 · 15/06/2014 08:29

Tooth, how are you this morning, have you poas?

toothachereturns · 15/06/2014 08:34

Yes spinning. teeny tiny faint line on a tesco own brand. Squint or you'll miss it. Confused

toothachereturns · 15/06/2014 08:49

This is rubbish. Where's my BFP. Sad

How are you today Spinning?

lindamagoo · 15/06/2014 09:41

tooth I can see a line. Don't think shops own brand tests are that great though but I can still defo see it Smile

ChandlersFarang · 15/06/2014 09:56

Me too tooth!! fingers crossed!!

Sorry for a random question but am getting packed for my flight back to the UK (from Thailand - am flying the wrong way to be on this thread!! Hahaha) and realised I'm going to be arriving into peak hay fever season. I get it really badly and it triggers my asthma. I'm currently 8DPO and slightly nervous about taking meds. Have read conflicting things online... I don't trust the Thais on this one (they are the opposite of risk averse when it comes to this stuff!).

What hayfever meds are you ladies taking? X x x

ChandlersFarang · 15/06/2014 09:59

Ooh and a saucy tidbit I'd been meaning to share - I had an orgasm at 3DPO and remember thinking it was rather on the disappointing side... Googled it later (obvs) and appaz that's the body's post-ovulation progesterone production protecting a potential embryo by stopping any uterine contractions!! How amazing is that?! I do love humans.

toothachereturns · 15/06/2014 10:21

lol Chandlers. That is amazing. I was wondering about that! Grin

Thanks for looking at my hpt. Shouldn't the line be darker though since af is due today/tomorrow? Sad

toothachereturns · 15/06/2014 10:22

oh and as for hayfever meds, piriton (not the nondrowsy one) is safe to take. x

angelaham · 15/06/2014 10:30

toothachereturns, Yes it was a Clearblue test, i did not realise that they were not as sensitive, still have headache and nausea, i can tolerate the symptoms if they are pregnancy related but when its not, it makes it harder. Fingers crossed, thanks for the advice

lindamagoo · 15/06/2014 10:31

tooth even on a 10miu ic I only had a faint line on 14dpo, mines only showed clear on a FRER by that point, not heard many good things about shops own brands, especially quite bad for evaps, I know they aren't cheap but I'd stick to FRER

toothachereturns · 15/06/2014 10:33

Thanks linda! How are you doing? Smile

Angel - go get a frer and let us know how you get on. Smile

angelaham · 15/06/2014 10:33

Tooth, i have just looked at your link and i'm sure i can see a line on your test, iv got my fingers crossed for you too, Good luck x

lindamagoo · 15/06/2014 10:38

I'm doing ok tooth, 10 weeks today Smile, time is going by so slow, should go quicker after my 12 week scan

toothachereturns · 15/06/2014 10:45
