Love HIMYM!
Poas Friday sounds like a plan, though I think I'm supposed to wait until Saturday. Will have to do when DH not around as he thinks we should just wait and see if AF shows up or not.

Hi Waves to all Smile

I am currenly 4 dpo...loads of Creamy cm, right ovary pain this morning..strange...very tired but nothing new there! Temp went up .2°C today compared to yesterday. I woke this morning with very painful lower back pain.

Treaclepie I hope you are ok...re your GP...I understand & agree, that I wouldn't be concerned as you did in fact conceive with the your luteal phase length, but I thought the fact that they expected you to experience 3 MC' before they would test further was simply heartless! It made me Angry tbh! Honey is great for a sore throat..teacher observation is horrible..I had to go through 10 TP's for my CELTA qualification, & I came up with the technique of pretending my examiner was my dad! Grin...The examiner with his head down marking me, looked just like him ! It did the trick for me lol Smile (((HUGS)))

Congradulations to Fenetic , SammyJ , Nordic, Hanflan & Bella !! I hope I got that right I am truly delighted for you all Smile ! Wishing you all a happy & healthy neuf mois Smile !

Sorry to all those who got a BFN! A new cycle brings new hope x Fingers crossed for all those waiting for a BFP! xx

KittyVonCatsington · 08/06/2014 19:31

My boobs are on fire. That is all.

PickledPorcupine · 08/06/2014 19:35

Flaming boobs, exciting!!

laurano81 · 08/06/2014 19:42

Haha Grin! That gave me some amusing visual images Kitty Wink ! I don't have sore boobs so far! But they defo feel fuller! My DH jokes that I get a free boob job every month Grin ! Easy for him to smile, he doesn't have to carry them around! (.) (.) Wink xx

Treaclepie19 · 08/06/2014 19:55

Thanks laurano81, I'm feeling a bit down but sure ill get there.
Haha sounds like a good idea. I should be used to it really, don't think I ever will get used to being observed!

PolytheneGirl · 08/06/2014 20:04

MrsE I've just been doubled over in tears reading your story! I bet you've never let him live that one down. A real night to remember! Grin

laurano81 · 08/06/2014 20:10

Oh Treaclepie it's normal to feel that way! I know I would too! I think you are incredibly strong,..my advise would be to just let it out..we are all here for you xx Take care of yourself xx

Spotti · 08/06/2014 20:28

Kitty - I think using dpo is probably a better idea for knowing when to expect a BFP/AF or just a good excuse to POAS! than using cycle lengths, as we've all found out, cycles can vary depending on all sorts of things, but luteal phase should stay the same, soooo if we know when we OVed! we should be able to work out when we're allowed to test.

14dpo sounds like a good time to me.

On Friday I will be... >counts on fingers< ...13dpo.

13's as good as 14, right? (Fx the whole friday the thirteenth and it being 13dpo doesn't mess up my BFP-ness!)

KittyVonCatsington · 08/06/2014 20:40

I got my February BFP at 11dpo Spotti so 13dpo is fine-I just want to POAS Friday!

I am also just having a Victor Meldrew moment, I don't believe it !!

A friend not that close who also conceived in February but stayed that way (was hard to bare as she was the one sobbing to me at Christmas about how unfair her in laws and family were being about her not wanting children yet but then proceeded to post daily updates of her pregnancy on FB and text me regularly with 'news' despite me telling her about early mc and asking for space)

Well, she just texted me, inviting me to her "Gender Reveal' party. Not only is she missing a sensitivity chip and reminding me i would have been finding out the gender soon too, but who does that in this country???!!! And breathe...

Spotti · 08/06/2014 20:52

A gender reveal party? Is having a baby shower and a christening and a birthday every year thereafter not enough that she feels the need to throw a party to tell everyone if it's a boy or a girl?!

Sorry (no offence intended to your friend) but that just sounds stoopid!

Can't they just wait until the little bubba pops out at the other end? Or send people photos which tell them either way?

Honestly, I know it's exciting, but if you're already posting daily updates on FB and texting people telling them how you feel every second of everyday, do you really need to throw a party?

Silly woman.

and breathe<

You'll get another BFP soon Kitty and this one will be a really sticky one :D x

KittyVonCatsington · 08/06/2014 20:57

Silly woman

totally agree Thanks Spotti but then she announced her pregnancy to all at just 9 weeks oh the arrogance of some

If she didn't live in the same road (I moved here first!) then I would ignore forever. These things are sent to try us...

Treaclepie19 · 08/06/2014 21:03

Thank's laurano81 xxx I don't feel strong one bit. I'm in tears at the moment. Someone mentioned Christmas earlier and my due date was Xmas eve. Still showing positive on tests. Feeling crappy and my friend isn't even trying to understand how I feel. Took me in mother care yesterday.

Kitty I can't believe how insensitive your friend is being. Maybe remind her you need space?

I will never understand people.

Nordicmom · 08/06/2014 21:09

Laura , bfn for me so far ...

MrsExtraOrdinary · 08/06/2014 21:11

Hello poly how are you doing? Grin Well no wasn't quite the night I was expecting at all!! Angry I reckon though it's at least 40 years worth of grovelling on his account and a lot of jewellery Wink and of course every time I have a few tipplesWine he can't tell me off because hell would freeze over before I pooed on the floor!

Nordicmom · 08/06/2014 21:12

Treackle I hope you'll feel better soon , I know how hard it is . Hugs

KittyVonCatsington · 08/06/2014 21:13

I'm so sorry you're crying Treacle (((hugs))) You will be pregnant over Christmas instead, you will

Treaclepie19 · 08/06/2014 21:24

Thanks ladies. I'm going to stop moaning now!

We will all be pregnant by then :)

Treaclepie19 · 08/06/2014 21:25

Also I have no idea why my earlier post said "thank's" instead of "thanks"... Stupid phone.

Boosk · 08/06/2014 21:29

Just poking my head in while waiting for the September bus. Congrats to the June bfps and hugs to those who were not so lucky this month.

A gender reveal party Kitty? WTF!? Is that even a thing?

Anyway, back to the curb for me, hope not to see any of you on the September bus.

laurano81 · 08/06/2014 21:49

I just think that people simply don't understand, it does appear like they don't care...But I feel that it is that they are simply oblivious to the pain of others..they have no understanding. It's like if you haven't gone through something, then you can't truly understand what it feels like unless you have gone through it yourself...I am pretty outspoken so Kitty I would have said it straight out to your friend that being invited to a gender reveal party that coincided with your dates before your loss was insensitive on her part...that it was too raw for you to go through...maybe in all her bliss your friend doesn't understand, as she hasn't suffered a loss..or maybe she would have felt bad for not inviting you...also Treaclepie the same goes for your friend...I would have said it straight out...how painful it is to go into a babystore after having a MC...xx (((Hugs))) I hope that makes sense xx

Sorry about your BFN Nordic but it ain't over til AF arrives xx

Spotti I agree DPO is much easier to keep up with Grin...we all have different cycle dates...x I will 9dpo on Friday...so too early for me...I ovulated CD17 this month! Horray! 1 day earlier than normal, so FX that it will lengthen my luteal phase xx

laurano81 · 08/06/2014 21:50

meant to say we all have different cycle lengths x

Treaclepie19 · 08/06/2014 21:54

I think you're right. People just don't understand and often don't know how to act.

Hi boosk :) I may be on the bus with you! Got to wait for af to appear.

Mam31 · 08/06/2014 22:18

Hello ladies. Firstly huge hugs Treacle, it must be so so hard, I hope you are getting lots of support from DH and others aside from your selfish friend.

Kitty, same to you it's times like this you find out who your real friends are and who is worth being friends with.

Now!!! MrsE, I swear you have brightened my day with that story....sitting here sniggering to myself with the visual thoughts of your wedding night disaster! Hahahaha!!! I'm sure you wanted to kill him at the time, but yes it's great you can laugh about it now and hold it over his head for life! Means anything you ever do wrong...you just gotta pull out the poo story...and say "remember that time you shat yourself all over my wedding dress" that is sure to be a silencer! hahahahaha! Love it!

Ok so, I no longer poas as I've kicked the addiction, went to Poas Anonymous and I am now cured...haha..however....if by some absolute miracle (and it will be a miracle on cycle 13!!!) that I am not spotting by Friday (I always spot 3-6 days prior to af) then I will join in with the Friday Poas Party! but only on those very highly unlikely conditions!

So cycle 13 and Friday is 13th and going by past opks I should also be 13dpo. Could 13 be lucky for me?!!! Let's hope so or I will at least delude myself and pretend it will be until the spotting begins!

Wow that was a long msg....feel free not to read it all......

Threnody · 08/06/2014 22:38

Agh, DH driving me crazy - gone all moody now, and gone for a walk - I swear he's more hormonal than I am!
