Just looking back on my chart on fertility friend when I conceived DC2. I got a BFN at 10dpo and faint BFP at 14dpo which makes me feel a bit better. Nevertheless, I went to the shops today and bought a single superdrug test and a double pack of FRER's. Going to not drink anything for the next few hours so I can test later on.

Aprilray are you able to upload a pic of your test for the rest of us to obsess over whether we can see a line? Also, did your bags turn up yet or did you get an alternative test?

Just tested with FRER and I can't see even a hint of a second line. That was after waiting to pee for 5 hours to try to ensure it would be concentrated enough. Am going to hold off testing until tuesday morning at the earliest now. Trying to look on the bright side that it is still really early at 11dpo. Grr, why do I have to be so impatient.

AF due tomorrow according to FF based on temps and Monday according to usual 28 day cycle. Am dreading looking in my knickers, everytime I go to the loo!

GrandHighWitch no cases...managed to get an outfit together from the few shops at the nearby town (shoes are a size too small and I can barely walk) my friends think its hilarious. Managed to get a FRER and dipped it in an unconcentrated tiny sample...BFN. Convinced the earlier test was an evap. Fx for the morning will be 12 DPO

Really really cross with OH right now. He went out with his DB and DF at 2.30, I picked him up at 7.30, 12 pints later (!) and he's drunk I as a skunk and likely to throw up everywhere and then leave me to clean it up. Well he can forget it. For a man who doesn't drink, having 12 pints is a lot of chuffing alcohol, and whoever thought it was a good idea to get him drunk needs a good slap!

Can't even make him sleep in the spare room as he's already buggered off up to bed and is likely to be out cold until around midday tomorrow. Marvellous.

Last time OH got this drunk he projectile vomited orange lumpy sick all over our white bathroom...then came and woke me up at 3 in the morning by saying "Spotti, I need some help". I thought he'd hurt himself so jumped out of bed only to find him balancing on the side of the bath surrounded by orange sick. T'was lurrrrvely! And then the bugger f*cked off to bed and left me to clean up! Would have left it for him to do but I really couldn't face the thought of needing a wee in the morning and not being able to go due to the orange gloop, and also, dried sick smells VILE! Bleurgh. gonna get my own back for that when I'm pregnant and suffering with ms...might just 'accidentally' aim in his direction

Congratulations to todays BFPers. Great start to the plane/bus.

I re counted my cycle lengths since periods returning after DD and they aren't as varied, and non as long, as I'd thought clearly struggle to count beyond about 30!. So, I've not been one to test before being convinvingly late in the past, but since things are still more variable than previously and as we have various 'do's' to go to I think I'll test if I get to cd32 and no AF and then I can have a drink at the various parties, weddings, beers-at-ours-for-the-world-cup type things if it's -ve (which I fully anticipate this month) without feeling bad. So, test date -7 for me.

Gah cd31, 7 days late by previous cycle and still no bfp!
I know it's not over till af shows up but surely I would have tested positive by now?
May af is AWOL!

Oh Spotti :( Sorry to hear your DH is being so man like. Mine has done that countless times. The last time he nearly didn't get home. Scared he life out of me.
