April girls TTC, Part 3... BFP?!!! (It rhymes, so it must be true!)

Here we go again ladies...

Hi girls! Eurgh, what a miserable day!
Hope your tonsils get better soon lulu, and your DH's knee!
I have exactly the same problem re. mess with DP (we've also got a male housemate too atm and so I've got man mess X 2 to deal with!)
I've just spent quite a long time cleaning every crevice of the toilet and area around the toilet (how do men manage to spray so far?! If I have a DS I'm going to train him to sit down to pee!). I then spent about ten mins on my hands and knees with a toothbrush, removing dust from the corners of the skirting boards. Pretty sure I'm not pg - I always get incredibly obsessive about cleanliness when AF's due Plus I've been very up and down and had a big old grump and cry for no reason on Thurs.

As I've been typing this, DP's gone and stood in front of the living room mirror holding a mixing bowl under his chin and started trimming his 'beard' into it with the kitchen scissors!!!!! Whilst doing this, he's managed to get quite a few pube-looking hairs on the mantle piece which I literally dusted an hour ago!

Bloody DH's!!!!

Oh, forgot to tell you all, I've had strange throbbing aches in one of my boobs since last night - anyone had that before??

Not had the boob thing, have had DH trimming beard hair all over mantle piece and candles haha

I feel so stressed!! For no reason! Like I'm incredible stressed wth :( I keep shaking and dizzy and headaches today, not sure what's up :(

not sure what dpo Iam seeing as me and the opks had an arguement and fell out !! I do have pretty regular cycles at 27 days and af is due next weekend .I have no symptons (not that I would/should expect at this stage !!) I highly doubt Iam pregnant already planning for key dates next month !!

Hull I'm 10 DPO now, I feel for u having only just started the tww! I hate it :(

Evening Everyone
Am feeling much better. Have had a whole afternoon of undisturbed sleep - yayy! Tonsillitis gone after 4 days.
DH has ordered pizza delivery. Heating is on and we are tucked up infront of TV on sofa. Me in PJs with my ipad. Him watching footie.
Sitting room is at back of house and it is pouring outside but looks lovely; the garden is all green and leafy and the trees are moving in the breeze.
Peace and relaxation. DH not even complaining about his knee. Painkillers working and he has slept as well.
It is amazing what a few hours sleep can do.

Cupcake You need some sleep. You sound really tired. I am so hoping you get BFP
Lillamyy My DH sheds pubes infront of loo copiously. It's a wonder he's not bald down there. I bought a steam cleaner and I love using it, esp in bathroom and loo. It just makes everything spotless and is so fast.

Pregnancy side effects-seem to have growing boobs! Have just noticed in shower. DH has not yet noticed.

And I think ur right, I do need sleep. I'm just struggling to stay asleep at night atm :( I wake up early hours n then literally wake up every half hour to an hour until DS is awake. I hope I get my bfp too I really do :(

Ducky, what DPO were u when u got ur bfp? Cuz I'm sure u got urs pretty late didn't u?

I think it was 15 or 16 dpo cupcake and the first few days were very very faint. Before then I got complete unmistakable BFN'S

I was bad n took one today second morning urine. N was an obvious bfn! Lol

I never really kept track Cupcake . I think AF was 5 days late when I realised - had dates wrong. We had just been messing about since Christmas. Having lots of sex when I came off the pill. Then my mum died in January and we decided to wait and were using condoms- except we hardly ever used them. Then decided to stop using them(!) and take it seriously but by then it had happened. Rubbish with tracking anything.

Have just been chatted up by pizza delivery boy at front door. He was about 18. DH very amused.

Well don't give up hope cupcake especially if you didn't get a positive until 17dpo last time

I reckon that's the bed way lulu. Just enjoy having lots of fun and not thinking about ttc.

Why would you be giving up? AF has not arrived. Hold on until Friday if you can so you don't torment yourself.

I suggested we maybe go every other weekend to his dads house so that we can have a Sunday together to do things as a family. He's completely kicked off saying I don't appreciate his dad blah blah blah ( I don't like his dad one bit but I don't tell him this) and refuses to go see him another day in the week every other week.
He's told me tomorrow to drop him off 'then fuck off' as he put it.
I will GLADLY do this and possible go swimming with DS instead :)

That is horrible Cupcake, telling you to fuck off. Is he often nasty? What he said last night about lunch was nasty as well. What is the matter with him- has he got things to worry about at the minute or is it just him?

Cupcake that's awful I know the feeling and it really does suck. Maybe he should find his own bloody way and you and ds can enjoy your day! BLOODY MEN!!!!!

Sounds like you're having a bit of a rough time Cupcake, nothing that a good kick in the nuts couldn't fix
Everyone seems to be quite further on in the two than me, hope there's some BFPs soon

Mind you, they are strange. DH has just said to me quite cheerfully.

'I'm really sweaty and starting to smell a bit.If we can get me upstairs and stripped off, you could put a bin bag round my leg to keep the support dry and I could get in the shower and you could sort of wash and hose me down while I keep my balance so I don't slip. Then help me get dried and into bed.'

What an offer! I will of course but he said it like it was some kind of treat for me.
