I'm 3dpo according to my app, still ages to go until poas time... I was a bit disappointed my temps seemed too low post-ov, but remembered last month didn't rise substantially until after 4dpo, so trying to wait patiently. Have been very bloaty and gassy though, with stabby pains - surely too early for any symptoms? Is it 7dpo one would normally expect implantation?

silverine I am 3dpo (suspected) too and I too am very gassy and bloated and super hungry...wondered if maybe just associated with around of time? Guessing it must be too early for symptoms!

DH was super tired last night and so although I tried to turn on the charm he resisted and I didn't want to pressure! Hoping to tonight and then it will just be as and when until 1st June when bfp is due!

spinning you're still in until AF shows or you get the magic BFP. 10DPO is still pretty early.

Im going to test Monday if nothing has come about as that is when AF is due- just realised that I got my dates wrong and I am 10dpo today, I thought I was 11dpo. Not that a day matters Im sure!

I am feeling very sick, have a funny tummy (sorry if tmi) and a headache, but I am going through a really horrid time at work so suspect those are just stress symptoms rather than anything else to be honest. Im sure this level of stress cant be good for TTC but I cant quit my job as I need the mat leave! Just need to try and manage my stress I think.

Kitty I've been good. Just sort of plodding along, eat, drink, sleep, dtd, poas you know the norm - although I must say I have significantly reduced my poasing to no more than once a cycle, usually the day before AF is due.

Which brings me to my next point. I'm one of those regular cycle ladies apart from one unwelcomed 31 day cycle last sept. Every 26 days and AF shows up.

Last cycle threw a spanner in my works and was a 24 day cycle, which kind of started lightly around midnight 26/04 after drunkenly staggering to the bathroom after a lovely evening So, if i assume a 26 day cycle then when should it have started from? 26/04 or 27/04. Or should I calculate based on a 24 day cylce?

Another question which i could probably google an answer for, but whats google when I have you guys. If one does not ovulate what causes AF to turn up?

On a lighter less ttc centric note Its Friday!!!! and a Bank Holiday!!!

If you don't ovulate you won't have a proper period as such... The decline in hormones will eventually lead to bleeding. Which is why I can be really light if the hormones drop quickly or really heavy if they take a while and you have a long cycle. I think. That's the jist of it as I understood from google!

Genni, sounds good for you, keeping fx you're good to wait to poas, somehow I like to test from 10dpo as otherwise I would just have my hopes up for longer! That's my crazy thinking,lol. My dp is really hoping for a bfp, I haven't told him I poas this morning.

Whoaahhhh TMI alert: Tons of ewcm today! I'm only cd10 and don't usually get any until cd13-14 ish. I'm doing the old cough medicine trick this month though and started taking it this morning, would it have had such an effect already?!
Will do an opk this afternoon and make sure we dtd tonight just in case!

What is the cough medicine trick ?

It is supposed to increasen your cervical mucus to give a helping hand around ovulation! Needs to be one where the only active ingredient is Guaifenesin though, as some others can have the opposite effect!
It is not proven, and may be a load of bollocks, but there have been a few success stories on here so can't be any harm in trying?!
I'm just taking it twice a day on cd10-15.

Not joining you, but just to let you know my choccy bean didn't stick.
I had a scan in France 2 weeks ago confirming this, but just had my UK scan to thoroughly confirm it and nothing is there. That now makes 5. One more month, then it's back to the prof.

She did say however my lining is thickening nicely like in due ov, which I am this weekend. And from my right ovary - hoe clever is technology!!

I was telling them about what I'd read on here and having a little chuckle (she was telling the student that he had all this to come when he and wife start ttc, legs in the air etc). Anyway I mentioned about the woman orgasming (if that's a word??) after the man and apparently ITS TRUE!! If you orgasm after, it DOES indeed help!
Anyway, ds at my parents for the night so me and dh are going to have a few drinks tonight.

5?! sheesh, Choccy there are no words. Reading the hopeful part of your post, that your lining getting better prepared, has me with my fingers crossed (and toes!) that little choclet is just around the corner.
