Lovely Mrs Well I hope there are 3 kitties then everyone will be happy! 65 days?! Amazing they can develop in that time!

MrsExtraOrdinary · 16/05/2014 20:49

I'm a bit nervous about the whole thing. I don't want to miss it! I'm unlikely to have kittens again Grin

mistywillow17 · 16/05/2014 21:08

It has not escaped me that we have 3 feline themed BFPs so far this month. Chaircat, Nyancat, and of course, the Cat herself so tempted to bring the tone down with a pussy joke

No news for me - no AF still after the bit of brown stuff last week that gave me the brief upsurge of hope that it might be implantation bleeding... but also definitely no BFP (ten ICs can't be wrong Blush). So it looks like it is just mother nature messing me around again.

Still, now I am certain that I am not upduffed, I am fully enjoying my Wine and wishing I was a cat

Waffleyversatile · 16/05/2014 21:12

just an update on GP. did test and def not pregnant. what I hoped was implantation bleed was just mother nature taking the piss. she has advised I try to relax and said to just do it the old fashioned way sex every 2-3 days and dont get obsessed with ovulation sticks etc. going to take that advice so am bowing out of all the obsession and google etc. good luck to u all. Smile Smile Smile

xBlueberry88x · 16/05/2014 21:16

Evening ladies,

Im on my phone so cant see everything.

Spotti fx its implantation

mrse I met the most gorgeous 5 week old kitten yesterday while doing visits for my job. Im a dog person but she was soooo cute.

Tooth im two days late two but havent dared poas yet im to scared

retro good news on the house!

Was feeling mega depressed yesterday have been referred to gynae as blood tests showed either no ovulation or to low to be ovulation Sad.

Although Af was due yesterday and no sign yet normally very regular at 28 days.

RetroHippy · 16/05/2014 21:18

You say that Waffley... Grin my GP told me to relax too... as did my SIL and one of my best mates. Both of whom got preggers accidentally after one shag. Hmm

The next person that tells me to just relax is getting punched

silverine · 16/05/2014 23:17

It's tricky all that "just relax" stuff isn't it... after a while you can't help feeling nervous...
My mum's usual refrain is "can't you just do ivf/iui; surely that's the straightforward way". I keep telling her it's not as easy as she thinks and we've managed to getpregnant twice before (although both ended in MC) which didn't take too long...
But now we've been ttc since last summer so a year... and I'm thinking should I ask my GP to be referred. But I guess they'll just reject me as I've got pregnant before & I'monly 31...

Anyway enough doom & gloom! Im putting all my eggs on this bus and hope this month is lucky for me too! We did manage to do the first deed of this cycle yesterday. And actually DH (and I) quite enjoyed it after last month's break so I didn't need to go on top, which obviously isn't the best position for conception. Roll on the weekend.
Thought I was ovulating because of ewcm last night & my temps went up from 5 days of .2s and .3s to .4 yesterday & .5 today but did opk this evening & not even a faint line. Still a bit early though: CD12 today, usually ov is CD13.Forgive my ignorance but how exactly do u know for sure you've ov through temping?

RetroHippy · 16/05/2014 23:34

Bloody hell (literally). Think AF is here. Light pinky blood. 11dpo which does some crazy shit to my ff chart (ovulating for like a week.)

I am not imagining it to be some sort of implantation bleeding

MissMrsMummy · 16/05/2014 23:35

silver your temp should go up the day after ov and stay up for at least 3 days

Roughly speaking my temp is always 35.something before ov and 36.something after

MissMrsMummy · 16/05/2014 23:36

Retro could be to do with all the stress - that's what my GP says to explain all my random spotting and pains etc. Hope it's not AF!

RetroHippy · 16/05/2014 23:40

True. There's certainly been enough of that!

We'll see if tomorrow's evap line is any darker and if it turns into full-blown AF in the night.

RetroHippy · 17/05/2014 05:55

Temps up to nearly 37 this morning. Usually drops to around 36.3/4 when AF arrives. So spotting or... I'm off to POAS.

RetroHippy · 17/05/2014 06:08

Another squinter. Might be darker this morning. Might be making it up. I'll post a pic when it's dried. I'm not getting my hopes up, and I'm saying nothing to DH. Hardly anything on my tampon this morning. I'm not risking my mooncup as I had thrush after using it last time. Will grab some (multi purpose) softcups today.

Please please please... I really need a solid win after this week...

KittyVonCatsington · 17/05/2014 06:35

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you, Retro!

It's interesting reading about being told to relax all the time. Don't worry about stress! Regular old worries about getting pregnant, and if you will ever have children, are perfectly normal and do NOT affect your fertility.

Ignore those people who tell you just to relax and stop thinking about it. This is not their problem! The only thing that could actually affect you is serious stress, like family deaths, and other things that make you physically ill or depressed. This can delay your ovulation, or make you not ovulate in a cycle. It will not affect you for long, and the next month you should come back and be normal again, anyway.

Just wanting to be pregnant stress as not only normal, it won't make any difference to our fertility! As Retro said, it is usually said by people who got pregnant whilst not actively trying or who got upduffed first cycle (they are the worst!)

Not getting hopes up after last month, but what's the verdict?

Top one is this mornings. Top OPK is today's too.

No more spotting (and I never spot) and slightly dodgy tummy today. But I do get that when AF arrives anyway...

Tests are super sensitive ics - 10 mul, so very little point in cracking out even the FRERs yet (and I've seen enough negative FRERs to last a lifetime).

You lot need to wake up

Yey! Morning Kitty!

RetroHippy · 17/05/2014 06:46

or here to zoom

Balls. I am getting my hopes up.

Fuckity.

RetroHippy · 17/05/2014 06:58

But reminding myself of this one which looks very similar and AF arrived right on time...

So not getting hopes up. Nope.

spinningirl10 · 17/05/2014 07:01

Morning RetroGrin

I can see a line! I so hope this is it for you, fx. Oh and great news on the houseGrin

RetroHippy · 17/05/2014 07:03

Thanks Spinning Grin

Waiting game now...

EnglishGirlAbroad · 17/05/2014 07:09

Morning ladies,
Retro that is a very faint line, I'd wait it out a couple of days, but my first ic was as faint as that one. Fx for you!! Congrats on the house too!!

I'm now back ion England!! Yay! Que need for a name change!

Fx for the rest of you lovely ladies

RetroHippy · 17/05/2014 07:11

EnglishGirlAtHome?

How long are you back for? And how are you feeling?

JacktheLab · 17/05/2014 07:12

Morning everyone!

That does look like a faint line, so a little yay for you Retro, lets hope its darker tomorrow!

I used internet cheapy opk's this week, got my dark line on Thursday morning so DH and I have done our duty on Thursday night and now can relax and not feel quite so pressured to have sex evey night for the next week or so, so fingers crossed we've been lucky this time round, or it will be six cycles and no baby and I think I'll have to go have a chat with the doctor. I think we'll still dtd tonight, just for the fun of it ;)

KittyVonCatsington · 17/05/2014 07:20

Ahhh, can't see it on my stupid smartphone! Sorry Retro-I'm sure it is there! Negatives are just too easy to tell they are negative-when you see something, you see it Grin

Quick question for any bbt'ers... Two days in a row, left my thermometer in (sleepy!) and when I press the button again, temp of 36.50 flashes up, before the flashing Lo message. Is this my temp or a default?

EnglishGirlAbroad · 17/05/2014 07:22

Back permanently now Retro!! Moved back yesterday! So I've got a busy weekend of unpacking with my mum while DH skives off at the FA Cup Final! Convenient timing!!

I'm ok... Have had a fair amount of brown cm so am naturally worried. Got a drs appointment on Tuesday, I'm hoping he'll refer me for an early scan. Can't quite get excited yet as it feels like it's going to be snatched away at any point. But trying to stay positive. Today i am pregnant! Smile

Everything is crossed for you this time round!
