Thanks, it's nice to see some familiar names but I am also sad that you have all not got your BFP yet.

Positive vibes though we are all going to get a BFP in June, I read that there is always a baby boom 9 months after a major sporting event happening so let's hope the World Cup is lucky for us!

onelifeonechance · 19/05/2014 17:37

Wineandchoccy, so sorry to hear of your mc, there really are no words Thanks Hope you're doing ok and best of luck to you

onelifeonechance · 19/05/2014 17:38

Liking the World Cup/BFP boom business (does it still count if my dh doesn't like footy?! I'm going with yes!) Grin

KittyVonCatsington · 19/05/2014 18:19

I am not calling my child Rio Wink

toothachereturns · 19/05/2014 19:43

Hi folks. I'll tentatively join this bus. After the elation of my bfp on Saturday.... I started bleeding this afternoon. Proper bleeding, not spotting. Not sure when I will ovulate again.
Any advice here ladies on how quickly we can start ttc again after a mc at 4-5 weeks?
This sounds so callous, but i'm utterly devastated and need something to cling to. Sad

toothachereturns · 19/05/2014 19:47

so my stats are:
Toothachereturns, age 36. ttc#3 cycle#4 (mc cycle#3). Not sure when my af will be due.... if I take today as cd1, my af would be due 16th June.

Spotti · 19/05/2014 20:47

Oh tooth, I'm so sorry to hear that you're bleeding. Big hugs coming your way x

Here in the Spotti household, all 3 dogs are flat out on any available cool surface they can find (Oscar has been chilling at the top of the stairs all day in front of the fan - clever dog he is!) and I'm pointlessly watching twaddly telly trying to keep myself amused until my hair has dried enough to go to bed (can't stand a wet pillow). Mr Spotti is on his first night shift (4pm-2am) tonight and MY GOD I am bored now that he's not here...don't even know what we normally do to pass the time well I can think of one thing, but as AF is still here that's off the cards...for now Wink but now that I'm here alone, ITS REALLY BORING!

Is there anything good on the telly tonight that I can watch? I'm just a freeview person (don't like sky) if that helps?

Urgh, BORED!!!

Mam31 · 19/05/2014 20:58

Hi Spinning, thanks for the welcome back. Hope your doing good?

Onelife I've ditched pregnacare, just on folic now...its so expensive and obv didn't have much impact as I'm on cycle 13! sticking with the folic. Also think I'm gona ditch the Agnus Castus, my tummy has been so bloated from it and I'm certain that it's making pms worse...ive definately been a lot more down and tearful coming up to af and although my cycles have increased to 26 days, I'm still spotting so don't think the benefits outweigh the negatives.

Wineandchoccy I'm so so sorry to hear your news, I hope you are taking care of yourself and glad you have a holiday to look forward to.

Well officially cd1 of cycle 13 for me today, feeling horrific but know by cd3 I will be fine again! And looking forward to a romantic break with DH end of the month right on time for ovulation....perfect :)

Hope everyone else is doing ok. Alos choccy, if your lurking, I'm thinking of you and hope your doing ok x

KittyVonCatsington · 19/05/2014 21:13

I've written a post to you on the May bus, tooth. You can start TTC as soon as you feel ready to Thanks

toothachereturns · 19/05/2014 21:18

Thanks Kitty. ive just read it. very wise words indeed. so sorry for what you've been through. x

KittyVonCatsington · 19/05/2014 21:26

It happens so often, I just sometimes wish we ladies talked about it more in real life. All of us on this bus will get a wonderful bundle of joy, we just don't know when. Until then, we can enjoy a few more glasses of Wine and pâté and dragon penises Wink

Mam31 · 19/05/2014 21:26

Tooth also very sorry to hear that, please be kind to yourself, such an emotional rollercoaster for you.

Mam31 · 19/05/2014 21:27

Watching an old Don't tell the Bride on bbc 3 Spotti. My DH is out at the gym. Odd when there's no one about isn't it Grin

Mam31 · 19/05/2014 21:53

My DH is on night shift...hate it :(

bellaboo88 · 19/05/2014 22:21

Wineanychoccy I'm so so sorry to see you back on here, sending a hug.

Tooth, I'm sorry to you too.

We need some serious bfps ladies to remind us of our goals.

Xx

ChandlersFarang · 20/05/2014 03:40

Right I need to stop joyriding over on May bus and get myself settled in over here!!

ChandlersFarang, 31, ttc#1, cycle#3, BFP due 2-12 June (post-pill).

Am on CD15, not expecting to ov til later this week if I get a 35 day cycle as I'm predicting!! I wonder whether I should stop taking the pregnacare? I was under the impression that EVERYONE had hugely long cycles after stopping the pill but from everything I've read on MN I seem to have had the longest ever!! Cycle 1 was 98 days, 2 was 40. Hence prediction of 35 this month. We shall see!!

Could one of the experts please enlighten me on the origins of the penis dragon chat? Did someone's DH breathe fire on them at a key juncture..?!? Wanna join in!! Grin X x

MrsGingerbread · 20/05/2014 05:04

Hello ladies,

Can I please rejoin your beautiful bus?

Looks like my bean wasn't the right one for us after all.

Not sure on timings for the stats, will let you know when I do.

Sorry to see you here tooth and choccy - big group hug?

Wineandchoccy · 20/05/2014 05:13

MrsGingerbread I'm so sorry, I'm sending a massive hug your way.

I can't sleep I've been awake since 3am, it's my last day of sick leave today and can't say I'm looking forward to going back to work tomorrow Sad physically I feel fine but why is everybody pregnant everywhere you look, friends, strangers in supermarkets even bloody Carla on coronation street!!

I have my scan at 3pm to check all is ok so hopefully it will be my DH lucky night tonight Grin

MrsGingerbread · 20/05/2014 05:24

Thank you choccy hugs back to you too. x

spinningirl10 · 20/05/2014 07:16

Wineandchoccy, I'm so sorry to hear your sad news. Sending you a hugThanks

Mama, I'm fine thanks. 7dpo. I'm so busy as we're moving next week so running between new house and this one cleaning and packing and organising! So no time for symptom spotting for a changeGrin

toothachereturns · 20/05/2014 07:36

So sorry MrsG and Wine. Sad Group hug def required.

I've woken up to the harsh reality of it all this morning. Very heavy bleeding.
But a lovely note next to my bed from dd saying "sorry for the bad news, but me and (ds) will cheer you up!". Smile

spinningirl10 · 20/05/2014 08:31
