Stats:
Jdear, age 26/almost 27, ttc#1, cycle 2 (well maybe 3, but the first month we only started dtd on what was possibly the day after ov - dont ask!). BFP due around 24th june....26/27 day cycles usually, but always 14 days after i notice ov signs so surely im Oing??

AF arrived this morning and Im ashamed to say I cried for an hour. Im still at work and have been fighting the tears all day! We did everything right...dtd every day from 2/3 days before ov to a day after. Im not using opks or temping just going off my body signs and AF always turns up 2 weeks later.

Some of my friends have recently got pregnant on their first or second time and at the min Im feelibg half depressed, half silly as i know its still early days!

Fx june is a lucky month for us all.. its my birthdatmy month so surely it must be :D

I have a pretty regular 28 day cycle and im not ovulating the only way you can tell for definate is temping which many of the ladies on here can tell you about. Ive been ttc for 15 months and have had blood tests to say im no ovulating.

Mil Glad ov pains have toned down!! I had quite bad ones last month what I thought were ov pains

FX TheGrandWitch symptoms sound positive.

Still here but taking a seat at the back of the bus without ovulation there is no baby so im not really trying this month.

I appreciate that you haven't had a loss but the ideas behind TTC makes for interesting reading, including the idea that a lot of us stop DTD too early, based on the fact that sometimes, ovulation doesn't happen on the day we think it does. I'm charting my temperature this month for that very reason

jdear I know it's disheartening, I'm in a similar situation after several friends getting pregnant first time! Just remember that it's not the norm.
Did you know that even if you do EVERYTHING right, and have sex at exactly the right time, and conditions are perfect, there is still only a 25% chance that you will get pregnant that cycle? All sorts can happen. Egg might not be fertilised, or it could be fertilised but not actually implant! Do don't be too worried, it is still early days and it will happen

Im still holding out hope that the last two months ive had weird pains that are exactly like how people describe ovulation pains and bleeding midcycle, so maybe my bodies sorting itself out.

Some good lists of symptoms ladies!

I have been telling myself I had no symptoms when preggo with my DD... but then when moaning to my husband about my asthma randomly being bad at mo for no reason, I remembered!
I have not been on daily asthma medication since a teenager but at my initial GP appointment when I was preggo with DD (so before even my booking in appt with MW) I had to be put back on all my asthma medication as it seems pregnancy hormones ness with my asthma.

Although this may be a complete coincidence and it might be more to do with my hayfever and decorating our house at mo! (The last time we did any decorating was the week prior to getting my BFP with DD )

I have always thought that the depo injection messed me up though I was on it for 10 years and ive read that you shouldnt ever be on it that long and especially if you young (I was 14).

Just a slight tweak to my stats Kitty ('cos it's my birthday today, so that makes me a whole year older! better meet my future dragon before my next birthday or else I'm going to be really sad).

Lucas seems to have come back. He arrived the other day, then buggered off but has now come back with a vengeance! Lots of birthday DTD planned for later along with some silly boozy games with OH - we bought shots 'cos they get me drunk quicker but I spied half a bottle of straight vodka in the cupboard from Christmas last time I was happy to drink, pre-TTC so I'm expecting that may make an appearance later on too!

So if I'm not around tomorrow then I'll be hiding in my bed, nursing a monster hangover! Don't let the bus leave without me just in case I'm in hangover hell for more than just tomorrow lol

• laughing at myself for updating my stats but then nearly forgetting to write the bit about my age WHICH IS THE BIT I NEEDED TO CHANGE! Numpty. (Would like to shout SYMPTOM but I've not OVed yet so :-/)

Im just at tesco on my way home from work to buy DH some wellman vitamins. He previously said he doesnt want to take anything to keep things 'relaxed' but this time he has no choice. Either he takes them or i mash them up in his meals ;-) not a bunny boiler honest

Ive decided to not take any supplements other than folic acid in case it messes my cycle up.
