6 days to go!

I completely get what you're saying genni, you can't have regrets though as there is nothing you can do about them so it's just harbouring negative thoughts. We'll miss you on this buses but I don't blame you for going - I'm going to have a break next month too on the buses for a little bit because it just makes the wait feel looooong.

My temp plummeted this morning and I'm cramping. Oh, and af is due today. Bit of a sign. Think I'll be saying goodbye before the end of the day.

It's so sad to hear the emotions you are going through. I think we all feel the same which is why we are here offering each other support. Keep your heads held high, I know it doesn't bring much comfort but what is meant to be will be. Just enjoy your life, we only get one, no regrets xxx

MrsExtraOrdinary · 28/03/2014 08:25

Come on ladies, your pom poms appear to be around your ankles Confused

There's no point doing the what ifs??? Stop it immediately , lol. I had dc with my first hb, but I'm not with him now so that's not ideal either. And here I am fighting the ttc battle later and older and yes I wish I'd met him sooner, but that's life. I think if anyone actually believes they've got the perfect life they need to watch out. None of us know what's around the next corner. Enjoy today for what your life is, not what it might be. I'm very philosophical today in the full throws of af! Wink

Crotchwatch TMI alert.

Looking for someone who knows cervix signs

My cervix has gone high and I want to say its soft - is there any chance it's ovulation Grin or is it AF preparing Sad?

MrsExtraOrdinary · 28/03/2014 08:42

Fingers I'm no help there, my cervix is usually up around my arm pit most of the time inc in labour.

Where's English when we need her? Smile

lindamagoo · 28/03/2014 09:10

So it turns out the reason my gp has referred me for an op is not because she presumed I wouldn't want more kids at my age but because health wise she thinks I need it Hmm not advisable for me to conceive again, so I guess I'll have to hope that I don't get my bfp this month, never thought I'd say those words Hmm I won't go into why, can't cope with that but I'll hang around until af gets me and to keep my eye on how you lot are doing xxx

SaRaRaRaRa · 28/03/2014 09:22

Sorry to read these posts this morning. Hugs to genni, kate, kitty and most of all linda xxx

Fingerscrossed36 · 28/03/2014 09:24

Sending hugs linda or maybe Wine ?

True extra is english sleeping maybe?

Hoping somebody knows, why are our bodies such mysteries even in my 30's?

MrsExtraOrdinary · 28/03/2014 09:41

Oh Linda, that's bad news. Are you going to have the op regardless? I think I have an idea what it is. A friend had similar. Why are gps so utterly insensitive and presume they know our lives and make decisions about them. Very unfair.

EnglishGirlAbroad · 28/03/2014 09:50

I'm here, I'm here!! Resident cervix expert at your service!! Could well be. The cervix generally high and soft around ovulation. Any cm? opk??
Get dtd in case!!

I had a pretty dark opk yesterday afternoon and then a lighter one last night. Hope this is it!!

lindamagoo · 28/03/2014 09:53

I have an appointment with the gynae on April 28th to discuss it all, gp said if I'm already pregnant i can discuss my options with them then but there's only one option, I'll be having the baby before any op. I'm ok though, I've got my amazing little boys to keep me going Smile

Hazelbrowneyes · 28/03/2014 10:10

So sorry Linda.

Hugs to all who need them this morning.

I'm now a week into my 2ww and convinced I'm not pregnant. I'm also feeling guilty as I've had quite a bit of alcohol this week. Actually couldn't sleep last night as I was terrified that if I have conceived this month, then I've done harm. GAH.

Anyway, I'm having a no alcohol April whatever.

I also have the urge to POAS which is bloody daft given I'm only 7dpo Grin

EnglishGirlAbroad · 28/03/2014 10:13

Dont worry Hazel, blood doesnt transfer to the embryo until 6/7 weeks so those few glasses of wine will not have done any damage. Don't panic. TTC is stressful and we shouldn't put our lives on hold whilst waiting, you never know how long it could take. Enjoy the odd glass of wine without guilt. Smile

Hazelbrowneyes · 28/03/2014 10:25

Was more than a few glasses Blush

But thank you, I knew I was being a bit daft!

Anyway, I'm paying for it today with a hangover. I'm actually looking forward to having a dry April. So much of our social life revolves around the pub and drinking and I'm fed up of it!

katecupoftea · 29/03/2014 08:14

Wow, lack of good news killed this thread yesterday!

So sorry about what the doctor has said Linda, I hope they can work something out so you can receive treatment and it not be detrimental to you.

As predicted, af arrived for me yesterday morning. I'm not upset though as I knew I wasn't pg so I'm just thinking 'onward and upward'.

Sorry Kate :(

KittyVonCatsington · 29/03/2014 08:30

Oh kate-what a bummer! I so thought you might be Sad

KittyVonCatsington · 29/03/2014 08:32

I officially hate having a cycle that ends at the end of each month. Everyone has usually left by then!!!!!

MrsExtraOrdinary · 29/03/2014 08:43

I know what you mean kitty, you're not left on your own over are you????

Hazelbrowneyes · 29/03/2014 08:47

So sorry Kate Sad April BFP for you Grin

I'm still here Kitty but yes, why can't I have a cycle that finishes in the middle of the month?!

broodysnoopstie · 29/03/2014 09:11

Hello just to say I'm confident I will be here until the end of this bus but haven't got doc appt until 4th April so will hopefully be giving April Bus my bfp (or slinking on with no idea what my body is doing with a bfn)

Sorry for the AFs

EnglishGirlAbroad · 29/03/2014 09:13

I'm still lurking too... My (long) cycle should hopefully end in 2 weeks. But I hate jumping ship until the very end!

KittyVonCatsington · 29/03/2014 09:17

We need to end the March bus on a high-it started off so promisingly!! CROTCHWATCH begins now Smile

dubiesista · 29/03/2014 09:27

Morning ladies. I am also still lurking - took a few days off to sort out my head. I'm feeling much better Smile. Cramps started yesterday and some spotting last night and this morn - af is due today so I think she's gonna be here like clockwork... Think we need to get those pom-poms going to inject a bit of positivity for the ladies who are still waiting!

NewlymrsB · 29/03/2014 10:21

I'm still here waiting. AF normally arrives day 30-34 I'm on day 33 should be here by tomorrow. Keep feeling it's coming so running to toilet every 5 mins...getting annoying now lol
