I need a bit of advice please! I'm due on today, but for the last three days including today I've been spotting. I have historically only ever spotted for one day (usually at 14dpo) then get full flow the next day. I had the tiniest spot at 12dpo, then yesterday and today I've had a bit of red when I've wiped (sorry tmi) once, then nothing.

I've tested and had BFNs at 12 and 14dpo, so not sure if I should test again tomorrow? is there any point?

I'm fully expecting AF to turn up at some point as I'm crampy, but it's niggling at the back of my head that maybe...just maybe there's a chance? please slap me for being over hopeful!!

I'm sure since ttc, I've noticed myself a. Spotting more before Af, b. More af cramps and c. More ov cramps. Think I'm just looking out for every little thing which could be 'a sign'

I think you're right starlight I've become a lot more aware of my cycles - I suppose it's educational if nothing else! I think I'm over analysing and i think AF is going to start this evening. Ah well!

My line on opk isn't dark enough today so I'll be testing all day tomorrow in the hope of catching it :)

Owlie as far as I know it can still take 4-5 days after implantation for hcg levels to rise enough to be detected by hpts, so if your spotting was indeed implantation then it might still have been too early to get a BFP. If you can, I'd say wait until Sunday and test again then as hcg levels should double roughly every 48-72 hours. Good luck!

We didn't manage to dtd before dp left for his nightshift so I've told him to wake me when he comes in at 4am.....I've also told him to try and have a nap at work so he's not too tired!!!! Lol
