Well that's embarrassing! stupid phone sorry!

Fingerscrossed36 · 25/03/2014 08:53

Sad BFN. just sit an wait for AF. Looking at the trend it could be another 50 days. When would I start opk? It's going to have to be luck. Watch out DH no let up in June!

lindamagoo · 25/03/2014 08:54

Sorry broody but that made me lol Smile

Fingerscrossed36 · 25/03/2014 09:00

Lol broody

Sorry I'm being melodramatic, feel like everyone has a nice cycle of less than 40 days. Are you still optimistic of getting your BFP? My only issue the lack of dtd around when ovulation, when ever the hell that is/was?

My 38day cycle at the start of the year got me all exited, had a 42 day cycle July/August and then nothing until dec. on that pattern it could be June before AF is due again. Dtd Athon in May?

MrsExtraOrdinary · 25/03/2014 09:07

Broody we feel your pain Grin lol

I beginning to wonder whether it's all these vitamins lengthening cycles?!

broodysnoopstie · 25/03/2014 09:08

Haha glad it made you laugh at least! fingers I am optimistic or just desperately clutching at straws but my cycles are usually 32 33 34 days. I did have one long one at 37 but I've never ever had a cycle that was 49 days so I'm still hoping! totally get your frustration and confusion. is it best to just dtd every 2 or 3 days and hope you always have swimmers there whenever you do O? impossible with my dp and low libido but don't know about yours! Smile

MrsExtraOrdinary · 25/03/2014 09:35

Broody my cycle isn't usually long, although last month was 35cd I think, which felt long enough. I also struggle with dh and his low sex drive, so you must be finding it doubly hard.

Ladies I'm loosing my marbles! Confused I was washing my face this morning and my clinique soap flew up through the air landing down the teenagers toilet! It was a brand new bar, the only thing that works for my horrendous skin. Then feeling a bit low and pre-menstrual thought id quickly grab an egg&bacon muffin after school as the cleaner would have been at home when I got there and I don't feel able to eat breakfast in front of her. So I went through the drive through and paid, drove off without it ! Blush

spinningirl10 · 25/03/2014 10:10

Oh no Mrs.....I think you should go back to bed and eat chocolate! Grin

spinningirl10 · 25/03/2014 10:11

Fingers, those long cycles must be so frustrating for you Thanks

Gingerbreadlady1 · 25/03/2014 10:58

Hi everyone, still lurking & checking how everyone's doing. fingers I had long & irregular cycles so fc put me on clomid. Now pretty regular 27/28 day cycle. Could be worth asking about. I can totally relate to how frustrating it is as you're only getting about a third of the chances you should be. I had 64 day cycle!

I'm 8dpo & really struggling in this 2ww.

Choccywoccydodah · 25/03/2014 12:49

MrsE you just made me actually lol! Smile

MrsExtraOrdinary · 25/03/2014 13:22

I'm glad choccy! Grin I am totally ridiculous sometimes.

CabbagesAndKings · 25/03/2014 16:34

Hello everyone- can I join in? I posted in Chat earlier and was directed over here. I am very impressed by the giant throbbing dragon willies. Grin

We are TTC no2. I got my implant out two weeks ago, AF finished the same day. Have DTD twice since then, and ovulated a few days ago (I think) First DC was a surprise, so I'm currently swimming in a sea of cervical mucous related abbreviations, and getting to grips with everything :D

KittyVonCatsington · 25/03/2014 16:41

Have you stopped your shagathon now

Should have done but as I only ovulated potentially Sat or Sun, I should still DTD today and tomorrow. Won't lie though. Little bit sore now Blush how was I to know I'd get a positive OPK CD24 - Gaaah!

Welcome, Cabbages! I'll add you to our stats. Looks like we are both starting the waiting game too-we'll all keep you company here!

MrsE -thank you for making me laugh out loud and I mean properly laugh out loud. Sure next door heard me.

Dropping soap down toilets and freebies at MacDonalds are definitely new pregnancy SYMPTOMS!!!!

KittyVonCatsington · 25/03/2014 16:49

Oooh - a few abbreviations for you, Cabbages:

OPK - ovulation predictor kit
CD- Cycle day
NUDP-Naked upside down pedalling. From one of the January bus threads from MrsKoala, for after DTD (oh and if you orgasm after too-all the better, although I've kind of given up trying too much)
FRER First Response Early Result pregnancy test-a good one to use
DPO - Days Past Ovulation
POAS - piss on a stick (or PIAC piss in a cup or whatever you have lying around!)

Ummm, think that is most of them Grin

nicx240187 · 25/03/2014 16:52

Bloods have been done.
Now 2 day wait, however I'm still spotting, so unsure what that is :(

CabbagesAndKings · 25/03/2014 16:52

Thank you so much Kitty Grin to be honest, when I first had a look on this board, I felt like I'd wandered into a 5th Form Chemistry class. I particularly love NUDP. Are the stats on the first page or do they get updated throughout the thread? It's all very exciting. I feel weirdly grown up, actually TTC, despite the fact I already have a school age DC Grin

MrsExtraOrdinary · 25/03/2014 18:18

Hi cabbages, so glad you found us! Grin Really don't worry, I'm still trying to learn the basics and I've got teenagers! Wink We are a lovely bunch if not a bit demented around the 2ww (2 week wait). I've developed so amazingly ridiculous symptoms today which clearly mean I'm up duffed! Shock

CabbagesAndKings · 25/03/2014 18:37

Thank you for directing me over MrsExtra I have to admit I am pretty excited, and definitely see where all the symptom spotting comes from- lo, my Chat post of earlier, citing queasiness as potential sign Grin

Wow, teenagers! Are you a bit nervous about going back to babyhood? My DC is almost 7, I thought that was a big gap because everyone I know has had their children very close together (my best friend recently referred to the years between age 30-35 as the 'Tippee Tunnel') and it took us ages to decide to TTC again, mainly because DC is a 12 hour sleeping, delightful dream of a child, and I was getting a bit too comfortable with it...

Spotti · 25/03/2014 19:18

I think there might be a need for a 4th March bus soon! Only got 54 posts left on this one... (and only 6 days left in this month...can we fill a thread in 6 days? Or somehow manage to not fill this one up in the next 6 days somehow I doubt that last comment - we talk faaaarrrrrr too much! )

broodysnoopstie · 25/03/2014 19:41

Hello Cabbages! Nic I've got my fingers crossed for you that spotting is just that, and bloods give you BFP.. And not just because I will automatically assume that it will be the same for me when I get bloods Blush MrsE when I last POAS I dropped it down the toilet in my sleepy state.. Now that was a waste!! definitely didn't fish it out and check for a line

Nordicmom · 25/03/2014 20:09

Just finally tested since didn't have tests left in the morning . Bfn but that's no surprise since on the cb it says about only 54 % of ladies get a positive when pregnant 4 days early ...have had more pains today but mainly on the right side where I ovulated . In any case I'm waiting for the blood every time I go to the loo .
Welcome to newcomers:)!

KittyVonCatsington · 25/03/2014 20:25

What should we name the new bus??!! I'll post updated stats in a bit when I can get on the laptop.

KittyVonCatsington · 25/03/2014 20:28

broody-think that beats me trying to open a CB Digi with a steak knife Grin

EmilyPinkOrBlue · 25/03/2014 20:38

Possible bfp to add to the list?
Opinions on a post card?!
