I'm not responsible enought to be a mum! I've given DNiece nappies rash changed her before her nap and her bum was fine. Kept sniffing for poopy nappy and changed it as soon as I noticed a smell, but now her bum looks sore

I've had a cold, but it's clearing up and I got right in there! I've put some cream on, but now I'm worrying SIL will never let me have her again!

Should point out, the concern about the cold is that I missed the smell and left her in it for too long. Feel so guilty for her poor bottom.

Retro nappy rash is par for the course IMO with babies and nappies. Have you got some sudocrem? Or if you can brave a little nappy off time, the air will help. Really don't beat yourself up, I wish my dc had such a lovely funny auntie. The only aunts they have, couldn't give 2 hoots!

Retro they almost all get nappy rash at some point, teething, strong urine and loads of other things cause it, don't worry yourself about it

Kate how sensitive are digis? My frer was negative this morning. I'm a bit concerned I keep getting an intermittent positive result. Makes me think its a weak bean my history is not great with getting positive early on.

My only thing that points towards pg is can't stand coffee and opened a bottle of expensive Sancerre last night, poured a glass, had one sip and thought it tasted funny. What a waste!

MrsE how many kids do you already have again? And how long have you been ttc this time if you don't mind me asking?

Just managed to find you on canyouseealine (it's v.helpful that you have the same username as on here :)) and I think it looks a bit pink! I can understand why you don't want to get too excited as it's quite faint, but it's definitely not blank and white. Will be interesting to see what it looks like a few days from now...

On the subject of that addictive website, is anyone else confused by just how different 'apparently positive' tests can look? Some of them on there look as blank and lonely as can be, while others are glaringly obvious . I hope my BFP is just that: BIG, FAT and obviously POSITIVE! POAS can be hard enough without having to squint at a potential line.

Guess that's why CB digis wre invented...to make it idiot proof! (Although it's interesting that the 'idiot proof' HPTs aren't as sensitive...hmm...)

Well when I get my BFP I will be sat with a soggy stick, an angle poised lamp and a magnifying glass! I'll almost definitely have to post it on here for a 2nd, 3rd and 4th opinion!

Mrs E I just checked it out and it def looks like a line!!! :-) really pleased I looked as iv got those tests and I kept thinking I had a line closer to the bit you wee on! Now I know where I'm looking! Still no sign of AF here on day 30 of my cycle (no idea if/when I ovulated though, just DTD throughout)

MrsE no idea about the cb digis, not used one. The advice I should give is maybe leave it a couple of days before testing again but I wouldn't follow my own advice there if it was me so I don't blame you for testing daily!

The coffee and the wine sounds positive though! I opened wine yesterday. It was bloody gorgeous. No way in hell I'm upduffed.

Thankyou all for your encouraging comments. I'm so sorry I'm such a rubbish pants with links! I'm going to learn I promise but been on phone all day. I didn't post the previous tests as they were less photographic. But thought this looked good enough for a bus of opinions!

I know it needs to get stronger if it's going to stand the distance. Dh is being all grumpy old man about it! You'd think I'd been at it with the milkman! I think he doesn't want to get my hopes up.

MrsE looks like a line. Maybe give up on the frer and buy a super drug test. For me that was nice and clear, then if that shows up test with a diggie? Fx for you though that you keep getting positives!

And congrats writer, such lovely news. There are loads of organic safe nipple creams to use that don't have to be wiped off before feeding baby, and that helped me loads at the beginning...then your nipples just get tough and used to it so all will be well soon!!!

Oh sazzle I cannot wait for the day I can join that thread. I was stood outside school at home time tonight grinning to myself thinking "if I get my Christmas baby I'm def going to have to get a dragon decoration for the Christmas tree!" Will be my own private joke!

I just thought, the other tests were positive at the same time of the day too, late morning, not fmu. I wonder whether there's some sort of peak for me then instead?!

Kate you're so right about the "leave it a few days" lol! Will do a few more cheapies tomorrow. If af hasn't arrived by Wednesday Thursday I will go and raid the chemist to buy one of each brand !

Think I'm giving up. Had bad stomach cramps today and started spotting at lunch. Now think that this spotting is actually af after a 11 day holiday. Don't know right now wether to even go for my bloods tomorrow. Will see overnight if anything keeps going. :(

MrsE - looks like a pink line to me! Let us know how you get on with the cheapie tomorrow...I nipped to Morrisons on the way home to try their own brand - anyone tried them? I've been feeling off all day - soooooo crazy and almost to the point of hysteria! V hormonal and my belly feels so heavy! FX that these other tests give a BFP!
