AF arrived this morning! What a lovely present for a Tuesday morning. On the up side, my cycle has returned reasonably quickly.

Page one States one of the first things to do is to take cod liver oil tablets, so this evening because I am a whimp with massive tablets, DH has been squeezing cold liver oil down the back of my throat! Yuk!

Aargh why do I have cramps and aching already in the stomach and lower back ?! Only 3/4 dpo . Last month it started at least a few days later and went on and on and then a period 3 d early . I don't know . Why can't I just not feel anything and then test on d day

My AF was due either yesterday or today, just woke up and temp still 36.62 so maybe I'm just having a longer cycle this month as really felt like AF was coming yesterday (even slept with a pad on just in case tmi?)

Had a fabulous day today. Been to the zoo with ds and my parents as dads birthday, been out for a lovely meal, and going to the circus tomorrow, so lots to keep me occupied!

Only sticks in the house are OPK's I just peed on another one of those and the second line is a lot darker today, almost same as control line. But that could just be a coincidence or dodgy batch or anything right?
