Second day of af and keep checking the boards but don't feel like I fit in anywhere at the moment or have anything to say with two weeks till I ovulate! Anyone else in the same boat?? Really hope this is our month even though it's only our 2nd ttc. Going to get conception vits for me and other half and also try an ovulation pack so looking forward to getting to grip with those.

I did two FRERs at lunchtime in the loos of the shopping centre and got faint positives on both!!!!!! REALLY faint. Squinters, but defo there.

AF was 28th Feb, last few cycles have been 28 days exactly.

Not been TTC exactly, just not trying to prevent it either...

This would be #2 for us, if it works out

Argh Victoria, know exactly what you mean, we weren't sex several times a week people either, which is why it does seem so forced.. And to be honest, I wouldn't mind so much if I knew when I was ovulating but I've had absolutely no luck with opks so just need to do it as often as possible!

toots any explanation yet for the really long cycle?

I had one a few months ago - usually 26-30 days but this one was 47, wasn't ttc then and knew I wasn't pg but no explanation for it!

Nope kate I'll keep an eye on my next few cycles and if they are all over the place I'll go and see gp

for now I will just keep doing what we are doing and ser what happens. Hoping for a bfp soon and so I wont care hehe

Hi ladies how are we? I've been a bit quiet since my bfn didn't really feel like there was much to talk about till all the action begins again!! And all the other posts seem so busy I can't keep up on my mobile! I am cd9 we dtd for the first time last night I think I am going to try the smep this month. Also have my clear blue smiley sticks which showed blank this morning but it's still early. Also taking my pregnacare conception vits I think I am feeling less tired which is amazing cos I normally yawn about 300 times a day! Only downside ive felt so far is my number 2 toilet habits seem to be all over the place when I am normally regular so to speak! I hope you ladies due their bfp around the same time as me are still here to keep me company :) x

Well I am cd9 as well Emily. It's been a bit weird as this is my second cycle since mc and my period has gone on and on. Seems to have stopped today thankfully so will bd this evening and have a shagfest this weekend as my opks are starting to look close to positive.

I usually start the month off like that and then when I get my period I just think fuxk it!!! Food, booze you name it, in my face!! Going to go back to being angelic again as of tomorrow though. Got a new stash of vits and some decaff coffee for next few weeks hehe. Day 10 I think!

I'm CD 6 or 7, can't decide... Not a lot going on. Still not quite finished bleeding yet either. Always happens when I have a late one, it just goes on!

At least at this phase you don't have to worry about anything, its bliss. Enjoying this while I still can before I hit ovulation territory and it all starts again!

Well its action stations here. CD11, CBFM still reading high EWCM aplenty, thinking i will probably ovulate in a few days time. Let me catch the egg, let me catch the egg...... Grin

I'm jumping on board here, af/bfp due 25th march and I have a good feelin about this one. I know what you mean about the other threads going so fast! Plus, I don't understand the thread names, yours is so much simpler!
We are BDing every 3 days, it's actually pretty fun this ttc malarkey so far...!

Oh yes and I must ovulate all over the place as we caught on cd6 with my DD and I've had cycle lengths from 26 days to 31 days recently! Hoping just frequent sex is the answer, I don't want to be temping or anything, or charting, bit scared of all that!

Well I am rather excited. I ovulated on last weekend. So I'm hopin we are in. But hubby's sperm test came back as active and fertile. Yayyyyyy.

Been working massssive work hours. 12 hours on my feet and lots of heavy lifting. Joys of working at a craft fair as a demonstrator!!! Sad I took a week off work to do this job. Eeeeek

hubby is up for interview next week for promotion and if he can get the job then I can go down to 4 nights per week. Yayyyyy

Hi ladies second day of using clear blue smileys and got a flashing smiley this morning so we dtd! Didn't expect to get one so soon as I am only cd10 with 21 days till my next af (let's hope not!!) so that was exciting :) wondering what to do as I have the smileys that tell you mid and peak fertility in the info it says to stop using after your second peak result but my app says I won't ovulate till the 15th based on 4 ish years of period tracking! I guess I will just have to dtd every day till af arrives to cover all bases!! X

Good morning ladies another flashing smiley for me this morning cd11 - I wonder if I will get my permanent smiley tomorrow which will be annoying as I take the test with fmu and if I get peak I know I will be worrying all day that the egg inside me is dying and that by the time we go to bed and dtd it's going to be too late!! Lol considering waking up earlier to dtd but who wants to dtd with a half dead person at 5.30am!! Oh the dilemma perhaps we should dtd again tonight then at least if I get my permanent smiley I can hope that the little blitters are 'in there' and might catch it!!!

Morning Emily! I'm cd10 and only starting my OPKs today - no EWCM so pretty sure there's been no movement before now.
I only use IC OPKs but read a lot on the other threads about people using the ones you have and I think the flashing smileys can go on for a few days. I say as a long as you are dtd every other day until the permanent one (because the solid smiley means ov is over the next few hours, not already occurred) then properly go for it once you get the solid one then you will be fine. But don't quote me, I'm no expert!
