Second day of af and keep checking the boards but don't feel like I fit in anywhere at the moment or have anything to say with two weeks till I ovulate! Anyone else in the same boat?? Really hope this is our month even though it's only our 2nd ttc. Going to get conception vits for me and other half and also try an ovulation pack so looking forward to getting to grip with those.

Hi hazel sorry af got you this month lets hope we are both successful in march :) I ordered 20 clear blue ovulation sticks on eBay for a bargain as was shocked at their price in boots! Hoping they will arrive tomorrow to start using them as will be cd6. Also taking pregnacare conception vitamins for him and her so feeling positive :)

Argh! Thought it was day1 yesterday but now everything has ceased again! Don't know what's going on! All I had was less than a tampon of brown blood (tmi!)
In an awful lot of pain today and dosed up on paracetamol and ibuprofen. Prob get the mother of all AF's tomorrow or something!

AF arrived for me today also. Hazelbrowneyes it appears we have the exact same cycle as I am CD 34 too, and have tracked my cycle's since last Feb and am now averaging 34 days.

Im going to try SMEP this month since we've been at this a year. Have my opks and also our vitamin tablets, well something brand. Trying to remain positive is so hard, so I am also going to go see the doc this month and get checked out. My dh also wants to go too. Any tips on what to ask for fellow baby seekers?

A Christmas baby would be lovely, but i'll take one at any time of the year!

Having a very strange few weeks I experienced every symptom possible of early pregnancy, AF not due til 5th March so I thought I'd do an early test Saturday (1st) BFN then terrible stomach cramps and AF suddenly appeared the day after I tested. I'm guessing its some form of chemical pregnancy? not a very nice thing to go through TTC #1 since August 13 :-( need some positive energy girls!! x

I tested yesterday but BFN. Don't usually have irregular cycles but this one was a 32/33 month. I have come on properly now as of less than hour ago. Tons of clots down the loo, tmi again!

Martie, we are currently being checked out for infertility as been ttc for over a year. I went to the doc and told her that we were on cycle 15 with no luck ttc and I needed to know if we were trying in vain. She said we couldn't be referred to a fertility clinic until after 2 years trying. But she could give us a few tests now. I had my day 21 progesterone test and I'm now waiting on my day 2-5 bloods for the other hormones. DH is waiting for an appointment at the local hospital for a semen analysis. There is approx 3 week wait for that apparently. I don't know if you get the results then and there tho.

If we are both normal then we keep trying but can still be referred for more help after 2 years. If there is something up with either of us she said we can be referred earlier than 2 years. Its a nerve wracking time, but then at least we will know what are chances are to conceive naturally. Neither of us has made a baby before with each other or anyone else so its been a guessing game whether our bits were ok! You just assume you'd be able to, you know?

Our gp gave us a test kit to do the semen analysis. We got the test to the hospital on Friday. I have to go for bloods. Day 2-4 of my cycle and day 24. I have no idea when that is!!

Well had positive ovulation on my clear blue monitor yesterday. So sent teen out for pizza... Had a lovely double line. Woke up, peed on a stick and looks like my chance is past.

Here is hoping. Grin So onto my 2ww

I'm hoping my fertile time falls on our relaxing 6th wedding anniversay weekend away to storm battered West Wales! And I'm hoping SA doesn't fall anywhere near it with the abstainance days and then empty tank!

My gp wouldn't give me any investigative tests as I already had a child with my partner that was conceived in 2011 very easily. As it happened GP was right as that cycle (after 7 long months) I conceived but unfortunately I didn't make it past 6 weeks.

Onwards and upwards. Day 7 here, low on CBFM.

First thing my GP asked was have either me and DH conceived a child with each other or anyone else. Answer for us was no though. Sorry to hear about your loss. May I ask how old you are?

Victoria I think he may have been more helpful if I didn't already have a child and with my partner. I am 39 so do feel like time is running out for us, although my sister conceived both her children in her early forties. So I do need a chill pill I think.

Opk positive so another day for me and possibly another few days at the other side.

Hope so. I am working mental hours at work lots of night shifts. So that can't be doing me any good at all!!

We got married last year and when we went to GP she was lovely about it. Hubby is nearly 48 and I'm about to hit 37. We get his sperm analysis back at end of the week. And I have to get hormone tests. On day 24 and 2. No idea how to calculate that. Is it day after AF starts?

Af got me but I'm back out of hibernation now. Day 10..I started getting positive clear blue opks on day 9 last month, but still had a 40 day cycle! I might use cheapy opks. My oh is stressing me out though, he just isn't bothered. I have dropped 3429348394 hints like 'we should have sex every 2/3 days' etc.. But he just isn't proactive. Yet says he wants it as much as me. Fed up!

My DH is exactly the same hibou! I say we need to do it and he's like "im too tired, we've got work in the morning". Then its always me who has to initiate, he's ok once he gets going lol! But yeah I'm tired and fed up too. Hate it being a chore. Wish we could just make a baby and then go back to how it was before. We were never sex several times a week people, its not what our relationship was built on. Its hard going!

Morning toots I'm day 3 and still suffering!

Just on the bus to work after 2nd round of fertility bloods at the GP's. This is start of cycle 16 and I'm going insane! But patience is a virtue right?

On cd 7 today (have the fertility monitor reading as cd8 for done reason!). Anyhow got a high today so shafting commences Grin

Hey all. Never posted here before! I'm on cycle 19 of TTC, with 2 losses in that time too. I am due AF on Monday. I tested this morning and got the faintest of faint lines on an IC.

I'm trying not to get my hopes up. Not til I've done an FRER. Which will be tonight or tomorrow.

Any hand holding available? x
