Dose any one know what CM & CP should be like just before AF!?

Tili · 06/09/2006 14:16

Hi ladies.

How is everyone this afternoon? Im ok still feeling blugggghhhh!! (best description really!)

Went to Docs today and he said that its very unlikely my pg tests were wrong he has asked me to do a sample for the lab tomorrow anyway to put my mind at rest but basically as soon as that comes back which he kept saying will def be positive I can book in with the midwife.

The only prob Doc said I have is that I wont have an accurate date until my first scan.He thinks I concieved after my neg test beginning of aug which he worked out as me having bubs 10th May roughly.
I still cant believe it Im thinking that this is a lucky month though. Its 4 BFP's on here now isnt it? oooooooooooooohhhhhh whos next??

Take care all xxxxx

ShowOfHands · 06/09/2006 14:23

Good to hear it went well at the docs tili. Saw my gp this morning too and he was lovely. Said he would arrange a booking in appointment for me and just to relax and take care of myself.

It's all feeling a bit real now isn't it? I feel a bit bleurgh too. I'm convinced that af is about to start as I feel quite 'twingy'. Does that make sense?

Tili · 06/09/2006 14:28

Complete sense SOH.
I keep having light cramps on and off the odd twinge.Im soooo tired I keep yawning and have eyebags that could fit sacks of spuds!!! and feel nauseaus all the time and have boobs that resemble melons with the a-z road maps printed on!!! lol but I wouldnt have it any other way !!
How are you?

ShowOfHands · 06/09/2006 14:44

I'm fine. Still can't quite believe that I've managed it after a year of trying and a m/c. I almost keep wishing the next few weeks away so that I can get to the 'safe' 12 week mark and start to relax. Apart from the cramps I'm feeling a bit weird and dizzy, plus my boobs are swelling but thankfully they're not sore. I swing between worrying that something is wrong when I have a twinge to worrying that I should be having more cramps/sore boobs/extreme fatigue. Don't know what I should be feeling or experiencing but over all I'm very excited and pleased. Have you gone over to an ante-natal thread yet? I'm too scared!

coggy · 06/09/2006 14:45

Desperate.... that your feeling crappy.
Hopefully by Christmas you'll have the beginnings of a little bump to focus on.
X

Babymad.....you must be CD25ish (?)...still a bit early to test methinks.

Babymad4num3 · 06/09/2006 14:47

Coggy CD26 today two neg's!!!

aprilmeadow · 06/09/2006 15:13

congrats DD1

Tili · 06/09/2006 15:26

SOH I worried all the way through my first pg and no doubt I will do the same now.I have to say though that I may worry more this time as now my dd is nearly 4 I know how blessed I was to have a good pregnancy and a healthy baby at the end of it. I think being second time round I am more aware of the risks and more aware of the impact anything happening would have on me and my family.
It really hits home as well when I read of so many ladies experiences of ttc or m/c like yourself, I can only imagine what it must be like and I know how I would feel if it were me and I have the utmost admiration for the ladies on here who are so supportive of one another despite what they are going through.

All in all SOH i think that being anxious is just obviously a feeling of how much this baby means to you its perfectly natural.
I am one of lifes born worriers too so I whip myself up into a frenzy no probs!! LOL.

Im not ready to make the leap to the other threads yet im going to stay over here for a while longer.

Angsthase · 06/09/2006 15:40

Desperate that you're feeling down. Sometimes it's just everywhere you turn... At least you know we're all still here to share your frustration but this may still be your month Fingers crossed x

Babymad Hope next test is BFP x

Babymad4num3 · 06/09/2006 15:59

Angsthase Thanks, but not getting my hopes up 14 months of neg, so not getting my hopes up! Anyway how long have you been TTC!?

Angsthase · 06/09/2006 16:02

Hi Baby - 2yrs in Oct with one m/c in May, but it feels like forever...

desperate2bmum · 06/09/2006 16:06

aww thanks girls i dont even know you and you all put a big smile on my face..not even my RL friends do that cos i cant pour out my feelings i just have to be "happy happy happy" all the time.

Babymad4num3 · 06/09/2006 16:06

I've just brought some early PG test off ebay someone having a sale or something, anyway she sent me a link when telling me they are being shipped to me and the link is called "babymad" i know it's sad but maybe a sign!

desperate2bmum · 06/09/2006 16:10

babymad i brought tets off this person...10 tests for £2.99

Babymad4num3 · 06/09/2006 16:10

Desperate2bmum i know that feeling as well i get the feeling also that they think i go on and on to much, even if i do i cant help it, so i dont talk about TTC with them anymore, then i end up bottling it up, not good!

desperate2bmum · 06/09/2006 16:11

the seller is lookersgirl i think?!

Babymad4num3 · 06/09/2006 16:12

Mine were "10 x HIGHLY SENSITIVE PREGNANCY TESTS" 99p plus £1.99 for post not bad i thought!

desperate2bmum · 06/09/2006 16:13

yeah because some friends and family were aware of m/c imade the mistake of telling them we would try again as soon as we could.
all i get now is any news yet or are you still trying...its doing my head in..i get it in stereo lol
i told my friend at work im going back on the pill just to shut her up...shes unbelieveably nosey

Babymad4num3 · 06/09/2006 16:13

same "lookersgirl" did you see the link as well!

desperate2bmum · 06/09/2006 16:14

yeah same thing as i brought they are just little cardboard strips....but they take the edge off the testing urge...even though the first month i brought them i went through 10 and still felt the urge to buy a clear blue!!

Babymad4num3 · 06/09/2006 16:16

Every week i see my gran she always ask's told her that we've stopped trying so i can go work, just to get her off my case, it add to the stress i think!
