The bus is becoming more empty! When do you lovely ladies recommend POAS?? I keep doing them knowing it's too early and its going to cost me a fortune! Mr Google is giving me conflicting advise.

That's a very dangerous question to ask misssunsihne as we will usually say NOW!!!! You could be 1dpo and we'd still be telling you to do it A large percentage of passengers are POAS addicts and if we aren't peeing on one ourselves we want someone else to be doing it so we can get our 'fix' through them

Haha this is very true and I am very much becoming an addict too but it's a costly habit to fund! I will put my question another way - how near AFs due have you lovely ladies found your special stick has shown a BFP rather than a BFN??

I am driving myself barmy with my POAS obsession! (Amazon are doing FRER at £6.00 for 2 at the moment by the way and Tesco).

I continue to POAS knowing absolutely full we'll it is too early - absolutely bonkers . Plus only managed to DTD once when it mattered on the 13th - so chances are ridiculously slim as well! However I have had crampy AF pains since the 13th on and off plus sore boobies and for last couple of days I can't stop peeing so trying to remain optimistic but not too much?!! Gonna try my hardest to hold off until Sunday now ( ha ha!) unless AF puts in a very unwelcome appearance! Good luck ladies x

Do what everyone else does and get yourself on Amazon and order loads of cheapy tests - I think they come in packs of 20 for about £6, possible less

I was testing twice a day sometimes 3 times a day from 7dpo, haha

FWIW mattsmama - my first symptom was needing to pee all the time!!! It started at about 9dpo and it was my colleagues who first noticed it

When did you get your BFP writer how many days PO?? (Love the stats)

LittleMiss, I got my internet cheapies (20) for less than a fiver. I also got 50 OPKs and a thermometer that's still in the box for around £8 (for everything) I think.

It does give you more incentive to wait if you're peeing on £3 each time though! I'm 3dpo and might last until Sunday! Then I shall be furtively POAS daily until I get the bfp or AF arrives! The internet cheapies have the added advantage of being super sensitive so you can almost justify testing from 7dpo!

I'm already imagining cramps feelings which are blatantly just wind but no boob pain yet, then I'll be totally convinced

I poas this morning which was one day after AF was due! No sickness, just sore boobs and peeing all the time! Excited/nervous!! Sprinkling some baby dust, DH and I dtd about 3 days before my OV day as he works away so must've OVd early or just got lucky with a swimmer who was hanging around!!!

littlebear88 - congratulations!! how weird is it that we have a Littlebear86 and a Littlebear88 on the same thread What are your statistics (What number child and what cycle) so I can add you on to the BFP list??

littlemisssunshine - I didn't get my BFP until the day my period was due. I don't know how many dpo I was as I wasn't tracking my ovulation. At a guess I was 14dpo. I only got my BFP because I peed on an OPK (not surprisingly I'd ran out of HPT) and had been told that a strong positive on an OPK near AF date can indicate pregnancy. I then ran to my local corner shop to buy three different brands of HPT and they all came back positive

I've kind of abandoned this thread, works been crazy busy and really kept meaning to post!

AF due today...hasn't arrived. Really feel like it should be here, had my normal pre AF symptoms! Eeeekkkkk!!!!

So why aren't you POAS??? lol

I came off the pill at the end of October, period in Nov and dec were bang on time until today lol! Been bang on 28 days. I'm partly thinking nah won't be right it'll be along soon! I'm away with friends in a few weeks for basically a piss up to visit other friends... This could be interesting!

As Bus Conductor I'm trying to work out whether I have the power to:

A) Throw you off the Bus for unreasonable behaviour in expecting us to wait so long....

B) Force you to POAS with the promise that we won't tell your OH

But seriously - fingers crossed for you, I really hope you get your BFP
