BingoBango85 · 19/01/2014 21:24

Thanks ladies. Hubby abroad for work until Thursday so don't want to worry him with it but at the same time very odd and needed to tell someone. Going to have to try hard to concentrate at work tomorrow x

LittleMissSunshine33 · 19/01/2014 21:26

Bingo try this - www.babymed.com/implantation-bleeding-and-spotting-and-symptoms

missmrsmummy · 19/01/2014 21:40

Ooh lots of symptoms going on for everyone!

Kitty glad you're not feeling sick anymore! Wonder why caused it? You must be allergic to lesson planning! Grin

Mine came and went very quickly - must've been the huge meal I'd eaten!

Anyone poas tomorrow? I love waking up to news of BFPs!

barmybunting · 19/01/2014 21:43

I'm poas tomorrow missmrs. I probably shouldn't be, but I went to buy 4 superdrug tests today... I'm not starting my new job until Feb so too much time for symptom spotting Smile .

KittyVonCatsington · 19/01/2014 22:00

You must be allergic to lesson planning!

Aren't we all!? Grin

missmrsmummy · 19/01/2014 22:01

Ooh good luck barmy! Fx for you!

missmrsmummy · 19/01/2014 22:02

Haha yes Kitty and marking, and meetings and children (other people's) come to think of it!

missmrsmummy · 20/01/2014 07:10

Uh-oh. I may be out.

Very light pink cm this morning. I know people would say this could be implantation (I'm 9dpo) but this is exactly what happened last month - light pink for 3 days then full-on AF!

;-(

sazzlehopes · 20/01/2014 07:39

Oh no missmrs I hope not for you. Barmy good luck this morning if you are poas. I quickly peed away my fmu to avoid temptation! Going to see if I can manage that for the next few days...

MrsExtraOrdinary · 20/01/2014 07:43

That's literally pants missmrs! I'm sorry, if af doesn't properly materialise in a couple days I'm poas on Wednesday if you want to test again with company. I'm not very hopeful as I think i missed my best chance and I haven't got my head around all these adrieviations yet anyway Grin Wednesday is my birthday and when af due. Don't want to spend the day wondering. That's right last af rudely arrived as my parents whirled through the door on Christmas Day! It was like a flood. I've got endo so this could be a long haul.

I've convinced myself I have pg symptoms but the same symptoms are af related for me too. I even had heart burn yesterday eve.

BingoBango85 · 20/01/2014 07:50

Very odd here....spotting appears to b be heavier now as if AF and I have typical feeling period pains. But I'm a week early and I've been a regular 27 days for the past year with no bless inbetween so I'm puzzled

RetroHippy · 20/01/2014 08:03

Got kicked off early this month when AF arrived two weeks early but I think I might now sneak in a late one...

Been peeing on the OPKs since CD 4 with nothing exciting going on. Yesterday I thought the second line was a little darker than usual, but still nowhere near as dark as the control. Checked my CM on the off chance this morning, and it's stretchy! I've never monitored it before so this is way too exciting. DTD yesterday morning, but both too knackered to do it last night. Pinning DH down on a daily basis for the next couple of days though!

I've also been using soft cups that I had in the cupboard, I thought about my mooncup but that doesn't seem to hold the sperm close enough to the cervix IYSWIM.

This is only our 2nd cycle but we don't want a Christmas baby so desperate to get pg as early as possible Grin. I am officially a madwoman Wink

spinningirl10 · 20/01/2014 08:23

Morning allGrin

Writer, 9weeks!! How excitingGrin

Ooh Sazzle I can't believe it's almost your poas time, seems to have flown by although probably not for you! Keeping fingers crossed for you.

Barmy have you poas?

We've spent a lovely weekend in Bath and enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra night so still here! For anyone that's not been to Bath I would recommend it, it's a beautiful city.

Sleepingstarsmommy · 20/01/2014 08:52

Morning ladies. Bfn for me again. AF not due until Fri so didnt think I'd get anything different. Might try now and not test again until Thursday but will probably still test tomorrow This 2ww seems to be lasting forever despite having been busy working ridiculous hours.

Need to make decisions about what department I will want to work in the summer today but whether or not I will be pregnant affects my decision. If Im not I would prefer to be somewhere busy and hectic and consequently phsyically challenging often without a break for 12.5 hours dealing with acutely ill. If I am I would prefer somewhere slower paced where I am more likely to get a break. Please dont think I am using pregnancy to skive but after all my losses (the last one I was literally wheeled off the ward I was working to delivery suite by my colleagues) I have to be especially careful. Dont know what to do Confused

barmybunting · 20/01/2014 08:58

Not a good start to the morning with so many people seeing dreadful signs of af! Sorry missmrs, I hope it's not! Bingo, that's an odd one. Hopefully it isn't af appearing.

Spinning, Bath is beautiful, isn't it? Enjoy your extra day there!

Sazzle, well done on the poas avoidance for another day!

I'm confused... I poas this morning, superdrug this time, no more sainsburys in the house thankfully, and it is very much a bfn. I am confused not by yesterdays faint line, putting that down to blue dye test, but because af is now 2 days late from when I ov. My lp is usually about 10 days, but not this month. Still piles of creamy cm too. Sorry for bizarre info as well, but my nipples are still erect and have been for days and my breasts are almost hard and rather sore. I never get that before af. Maybe it's just a strange af sign this month? Does anyone else get that before af?

MrsExtraOrdinary · 20/01/2014 09:01

Hello sleeping stars, I'm a newbie to this thread and in so sorry to hear of your losses. It's a tricky one. The perfect conditions for me ttc last time after mc were 18 months of banging my head on the wall waiting! Which drove me mad. I then decided to have another life and tied myself down to expanding my business with premises. Bingo I was pg but with the most stressful pg I had ever had. I have no answers but I do understand your dilemma.Confused

barmybunting · 20/01/2014 09:04

Sleepingstars, just reading about your work decision re over the summer. The summer is still a long way off, so if this month sadly isn't your one, there is a very good chance you would be pregnant over the summer, so are you better to base it on the fact you will ideally be pregnant and play it safe with a quieter department?

I hope that makes some sense. Basically, in my head, I would presume you would be pregnant by the summer (I realise there is no guarantee but I'm very hopeful!) so I would be playing it safe to give baby the best chance possible, whatever stage of pregnancy you would be at.

It's a hard decision. I'm sorry it was a bfn for you this morning. Fingers crossed for later in the week!!

barmybunting · 20/01/2014 09:06

Mrsextraordinary, good luck for poas on Wed! Fingers crossed for a brilliant birthday surprise for you!

MrsExtraOrdinary · 20/01/2014 09:26

Thanks barmy! Smile If not I'm going to focus on the fact I've had 2 pgs where heavily pg in heat of summer due sept and oct. I nearly melted as much as I love my dc and I loved every moment of them being babies I am the worst pregnant woman known to man! Wink

sazzlehopes · 20/01/2014 09:35

Sleeping - it is so tough with work decisions trying to plan things but not wanting your life to completely revolve around ttc. I have missed 2 glastos becasue I thought i'd be pregnant by now (i know its not anything major, but i like a boozy music festival!!), and now I'm deciding how much work I take on in the next few months that could lead to year long projects. I work freelance and it is so hard to judge how much to say 'yes' too so I understand your dilemma. I agree with barmy though - going by your losses and the fact your pregnancies aren't straightforward I would perhaps take a quieter job maybe for 6 months to a year if possible and see if you fall pg. If not after that time see how you feel about changing jobs again.

barmy not sure what is going on with you. I never really get af symptoms so i can't help. Well I defo get pmt but no body changes. Odd to be late? Could you have got ov wrong? Maybe wait it out a few days and test again?

Spinning! Hey it has dragged! But i'm glad it went quickly for you! When you get this close it is a mixture of excitement and nerves...much like exam results i think! I'm tempted to poas wednesday as i'm away at a friends wed night and not back until late thursday.... Oh we shall see!!!!

mama31 · 20/01/2014 10:03

Sorry to hear of the bfn's/af arrivals this morning ladies! Hope you are all holding out ok on the 2ww!!

Sazzle! I'd love to do glastonbury so much!!!!! Get what you mean though, we always go abroad for 2 weeks in summer and would usually have it booked by now so we have something to look forward to but can't book anything as don't know what our situation will be by then! Obv won't be away on a hot sunny holiday abroad if I'm preggers! I will be at home nesting and preparing for the arrival of my little one!!!

sazzlehopes · 20/01/2014 10:09

Hey mama nice of you to pop in! Sorry the honey is making you gag! Oh the things we do! I can't believe I'll know whether i'll be on the next bus or not in just a few days time! I don't feel anything though, absolutely zero symptoms to note, not feeling hopeful, but trying so hard not to overthink it all...i'm sure I didn't have symptoms when i found out about my first.....

mama31 · 20/01/2014 10:24

Awh sazzle I know it's so hard!! But I do think that there would be few to no symptoms so early on anyway so little point in over analysing everything....even though we all love to!!! Haha! Yes the manuka is vile...honestly thought I was going to barf this morning as I forced it down...but I will try anything! hoping in the nicest way that you are not joining me on the Feb bus!!!! Good luck! X

barmybunting · 20/01/2014 10:51

sazzle I know what you mean about the 2ww wait being a long one! It seems to take forever. I wish a nice flashing sign just appeared on your stomach to show what was happening to put us out of this debate! Smile I hope this week goes quickly for you.

I'm fairly sure I have ov dates right this cycle, unless I actually haven't oved at all, the usual signs appeared just before we moved house so I presumed it happened that week but maybe everything going on has just confused it all. I'm also wondering if af is delayed due to chem preg last month. Time will tell I guess, I'll give it a few days and see what happens. I normally get horrendous spots in the lead up to af as my only symptom but have nothing just now so goodness knows! Today is cd35 so I'm feeling a tad impatient to be honest which I bet isn't helping things!

I had a horrible dream last night that DH was going back to Afghanistan for 6 months again, but he hadn't told me. We went to the airfield for him to leave and he told me he was going again but I hadn't told him I was pregnant either, so told him and he told me to have a nice time with it, he would meet them baby when he got home. I woke up very cross! Bizarre dreams!

Sorry, this is an essay!
