Congrats & sympathies to all the good & bad news on this thread! What a roller coaster of emotions everyone is on. Craziness!

For the experienced campaigners in this thread. ...may I ask your advice. I have only been ttc'ing twice (a newbie I know)! I've really only be paying attention to my cycles of late. This last month I had EwCM, but no ovulation pain. This month very apoarent ovulation pain but very little CM. What's the go with that?

Anyone else with similar experience. Help me paas the tww with some of yr pearls of wisdom.

Xo

Morning......

Butler, how frustrating for you, our bodies do strange things sometimes!

Kmini, I think some women don't always have cm, although I do so I can't help, sorry!

Bex, sorry to hear you're having a rough time. Hope it gets better for you. Don't let it over shadow your wedding.

Well I poas and got a bfn Hmm I was expecting it but you still hope don't you! Af not due till the end of the week so I'll keep testing....I have a stash of ic Grin

mama31 · 16/12/2013 07:41

Butler I hope that af stays away for you!

Bex sorry your having a tough time....families eh?!! I know that feeling....and have learned to shut the door, be selfish and suit myself when I need to....and when I do this I end up feeling happier! it's hard to do but when all else fails...suit yourself! life's too short x

Spinning sorry about your bfn but as you say early days! Keep testing! Hope you get a bfp!

Well (tmi alert) I woke up to an almighty flood that is af! Never experienced af like it!!! :/ gona be a long drawn out week but really hoping it goes away for the wkend as DH is off friday and planning a nice evening!

Boosk · 16/12/2013 07:44

kmini, it's my first time here and first month ttc. I went straight for the opk (cb digital) as we may not be able to try again until March at the earliest due to my partner having surgery. I found it helped me tune in to my ovulation as I didn't have a clue when it was. Unfortunately the symptoms can be hit and miss so the opk really helped me. I'm only 3days into the 2ww so a little while to go before I can test though.

Spinning, so sorry for your neg, how many dpo are you?

Boosk · 16/12/2013 07:50

Fingers crossed Mama for a successful Christmas for you. Hope af doesn't hang around too long Wink

Butler, how annoying, that must be so confusing. Have you poas yet?

mama31 · 16/12/2013 07:52

Boosk thankyou! And I really hope your husbands surgery goes well and that you get your bfp asap!!!!

spinningirl10 · 16/12/2013 08:04

Thanks mama and Boosk, I'm 10dpo so I know it's early but not even a faint line! Anyway I will keep poas Grin

Mama I hate af's like that, fx it's gone by the weekend.

SoMuchFruit · 16/12/2013 08:24

Sorry to hear that Spinning. Hate that sort of AF too, Mama. Hope it's gone quickly for you.

FX for you Butler

I am freaking out a bit. Last night I had pink tinged CM. Very faintly tinged, almost a pale peach colour (Sorry for the TMI).

Not a lot. Bit more this morning. Have Dr this afternoon at 3.30pm anyway but Sad

I've no idea what it is, googling just confused me. Mostly it says it's nothing to worry about but I AM worrying.

Can someone clear up implantation bleeding for me ? I always thought it was BEFORE AF showed up. Then I read that this pink tinged EWCM-type stuff at 4wks (apparently I am 4+6 today) can be implantation ?? WHAT ?

I am beyond confused ... and freaking out. Help!

spinningirl10 · 16/12/2013 08:28

Somuch.....it probably is nothing to worry about, easier said than done I know! Hopefully your doc will re-assure you

SoMuchFruit · 16/12/2013 08:36

I wish I had made the appt for earlier in the day rather than 3.30. How will I survive that long! Should I go and buy another stick and pee on it ?

Last one I peed on, there was a line, but still faint.

Missvaughan85 · 16/12/2013 08:41

So much I can't be of much help, only that I had the sane thing on the Monday, 2 days after supposed ovulation. It was watery and pinky orange. The internet is just confusing!!! X x

Missvaughan85 · 16/12/2013 08:42

After reading posts in the web ppl can have implantation bleeding after positive hpt and it's te embryo settling in

Boosk · 16/12/2013 08:48

fx for later in the week Spinning Smile

hope it goes ok later Somuch

lucyfluff · 16/12/2013 09:02

Morning girls,

SMF - your cm dosent sound like anything to worry about (I know thats hard!) but as long as its not bright red and cramps? I expect its implantation and settling in down there Smile

Mama urgh that sounds awful hugs to you and chocolate and cake lol!!!!

Spinning good luck for testing in the week will you poas every day now??

Massive nose bleed here this morning Sad Sad dont tell me thats a symptom!!!!!!

akachan · 16/12/2013 09:03

Morning all! Hope it goes well, Somuch. I agree about the internetting - it's all so contradictory.

I POAS yesterday morning and got a BFN. Still holding out a little bit of hope as AF not due until Saturday but it's not looking good. Oh well, drinks at Christmas at least!

spinningirl10 · 16/12/2013 09:27

Lucy, I do think that's a symptom!!!

Yes will poas daily I expect!!! If I get a shadow on an ic I'll crack open a frer! I think the ic are quite reliable aren't they.....even though I'm telling myself they're probably not!! Yes I am crazy!Grin

lucyfluff · 16/12/2013 09:48

Oh great Sad never had nosebleeds!! All over my nice white bedsheets too lol

Yeah IC's are what the GP use and are pretty sensitive too. Its just when the evap line happens it can be annoying. Hope you get a bfp this week Smile

SoMuchFruit · 16/12/2013 09:51

Grin Spinning!

Lucy I am sure I read somewhere that nosebleeds were a symptom ? FX for you!

I am slightly less hysterical but still very edgy. It seems to have gone now ? Ordinary EWCM and a bit of (those that are eating breakfast or have dodgy tummies do not read on..)

something like, er, snot ? WTH ??

SoMuchFruit · 16/12/2013 09:52

I still can't work out what on earth is going on with the implantation business. Why would there be implantation at nearly 5 weeks ?

Gingerpanther27 · 16/12/2013 10:07

Somuch it can take up to 12 days to implant from what I remember reading here somewhere so it might of just taken a while for bean to get comfy hence implantation bleed now? hth :)

Writerwannabe83 · 16/12/2013 10:09

lucy - nosebleeds are definitely a symptom. I don't remember having them so early on but come about 12 weeks they started very regularly. They would be very heavy too, just appear out of nowhere. It eased at about 16 weeks but over the last week they have started up again (currently 25+ weeks). I sympathise about the bed sheets Smile

SMF - please don't worry too much about the bleeding. I was bleeding at 7 and 10 weeks and was told both times it was implantation bleeding. My friend had a little bleeding up/spotting up until she was 14 weeks. The egg is still burrowing and as it grows blood is she'd from the uterine lining to make way for it, you can also have breakthrough bleeding which is when women have some bleeding at the time their next period would have been due - apparently it can take the body some time to realise its pregnant and that shedding the endometrium lining is not required Smile

SoMuchFruit · 16/12/2013 10:17

Trying to get a handle on this! It's much easier with mares Shock .. that's an Scan, see follicle, AI, scan 14 days later for a sac. Job done!

GingerPanther is that 12 days from conception/Ov ? If it is from Ov today is 21 days from O.

What's confusing me is that nowhere in interweb land seems to be clear where they are getting the 12 days from Hmm .. Some sources (whattoexpect) are counting from day 1 of your LMP but others from Ov/Conception I think.. arrgh. Head is wrecked. Might go and hoover.

Writerwannabe83 · 16/12/2013 10:20

I was always under the impression that Implantation can take place anywhere between 6-12 days after ovulation, but is typically about 9 days. I can't remember who told me though Smile

What stage did CB Digi put you at??

lucyfluff · 16/12/2013 10:20

Ahh writer blimey it must be annoying getting so many Sad I hope they dont continue for both of us! Im off to start soaking the duvet cover...........!
