Just taken a test, cd29 15dpo - positive!! DH initially didnt believe me "it's only a feint line, it's not as dark as the other one" but it's def there!

I was actually popping on to ask if someone would be able to do just that this morning, thank you for updating. Unfortunately nothing to do with a BFP, something has happened at work which has knocked me for six to be honest. I received a phone call yesterday afternoon asking me to go in to be told about something and need to head back in just now. You know those things that just make no sense? Sorry, my head is all over the place with it at the moment. I'll hopefully be back in a day or so once things have settled down there. The whole situation is just making me feel ill at the moment.

So AF has well and truly got me this morning. So I'm off the bus.

Re house it's 6 bed, massive old Victorian thing over 4 floors inc a dry cellar. I've just had to order a 9 ft Xmas tree for the lounge as the 6ft one in the snug looks a bit short lol, but nice in there. It's a house we never ever thought we'd live in but it was such a steal we HAD to have it!! It's going to take a bit of doing up to get it back to its original state but it's totally liveable which is why we bought it . Love it, especially for ds, he has so much room to explore and play. But as I said, we NEED another baby to fill it a bit more!!!!

Morning girls...congratulations on all the BFPs! So nice to read I have a question, I'm way to embarrassed to ask anyone I know in real life but I though you wouldn't laugh me out of the place...so, when you dtd and ttc, should you lay down after and not get up to pee/shower? Last 2 months I've been laying down for about 10 mins then showering...now on month 3 and I'm worrying I may be washing all swimmers away! Anyone who's been pregnant before/has a BFP any advice?! Got first flashing smiley today on opk, so will most likely ov on Fri and DH away from this eve till sun...hoping for super strong swimmers to survive from tonight till fri!

Aisha I read that it takes 15 mins for any swimmers that are gonna make it to get into where they need to be. I've also read contradictory articles that say 2 hours!! I always aim to lay down for 30 mins if possible.

Aisha, I've also read the same as Lara however this time I got up within 5 mins (we only DTD once last month so I know it was that occasion I got pregnant) and here I am!! I'd say 15 mins is fine

Am hanging in there, haven't tested. Was determined not to until AF was actually late. She's due today, have (I think) had some random, very faint crampy feelings so I'd guess she's on the way .

Otherwise no real 'symptoms' (unless you include having lots of saliva (???) and having a total aversion to Pesto suddenly)

Unusually for this late in my cycle I have had a lot of what looked like EWCM but wetter and not as stretchy. Intermittently (TMI coming up!) ... mixed with creamy, thicker CM. Not sure what that's about. Anyone else get this just before AF ?
