Morning all!

brooker are you on crinone? It causes stomach cramps - I asked the consultant on Wednesday as I was scared I would start bleeding. Or it could be implantation or uterus stretching, all of which I felt during my diffment in Jul/Aug. I've my fingers crossed for you - I really hope it is good news.

rabbit I was talking about your situation to mrfish last night and he said - actually if there was 1 surely its best that it was undisturbed in the womb rather than dragged into a cold lab. I'm glad you sound so well considering it must have been nasty shock.

Stats - I've said before, chances of my miscarrying were very slim butI still did. I take it as stats are meaningless, all I care about is what happens to ME not what the chances are.

tal does lone Mexican wave for the darker line! I'm so pleased for you.

AFM - ET today if our embryos defrost. I am a bit worried that none will make it. Overall I am strangely calm and had an acupuncture session yesterday which I hope will help. I am truly dreading the 2ww, the limbo, the hope, the despair, the mentalling is awful, but why am I telling you all that? Grin

Hello to everyone else apologises for only some personals.

IWantOneNow · 15/11/2013 08:35

Come on brooker - fingers crossed for a nice BFP! Smile we r all rooting for u, whatever the result x
Hey fish good luck with those little thawing embies, hope at least a couple make it and u go ahead with ET. - let us know how u get on
AFM - getting cramps and stitch in my right hand side. Think it could be a positive? Still not tested tho and driving myself nutty! Confused

NoCupcakesOrCocktails · 15/11/2013 08:40

Good luck Fish for today. Come on little frosties x

Keeping everything crossed for a BFP Brooker Smile

Val how often do you have scans on short protocol? Do you stim for longer?

chocolocodowninacapulco · 15/11/2013 10:29

brooker all the luck in the world for today lovely Smile

fish hope the thaw goes really well and you'll have some lovely embies to transfer.

talulah yeah for the positive and it's still not test day yet. Sending you lots of calming thoughts.

Am on the train to the big smoke for my baseline scan. More later ...

vallinnapod · 15/11/2013 11:48

Sorry in advance, brief, self-absorbed phone post. Just had a scan, Egg collection on Monday but lining is looking like it is deteriorating. Dr just wants to concentrate on EC at the moment but i think we are going to be looking at freezing and an FET in Jan. Obvs I want to make sure the lining is as good as possible but incredibly upset and disappointed. Just want this all to be over Hmm

eurochick · 15/11/2013 13:04

Thanks tal. I'm actually very chilled about it all at the moment. Not particularly looking forward to the scratch next week but not really thinking about the next cycle at all.

My due date from my cycle 1 mc passing last month seems to have been a huge watershed for me emotionally. I feel so much better since that date has passed.

Re: the pishsticks, even though I later mc'd at this point everything was "normal" and I would only notice a change in the colour of the stick every 2 days. I know what you mean about the joy being sucked out of the process though.

val how annoying about the lining and more waiting. Good luck for EC on Monday.

BrookerC · 15/11/2013 14:36

Afternoon you lovely lot.
Quick update - it's a bfn for me Sad
Feeling remarkably calm at the moment but expecting it to hit me like a brick wall anytime soon. Thanks so much for your lovely messages & support. It really means a lot Thanks
Will be keeping an eye on you all & will pop back in a day or two when I've had some time with DH to just be us .
Good luck with EC today fish . Hope you have some beauties there.
xxxx to all

BrookerC · 15/11/2013 15:06

I'm sorry brooker.

talulahbelle · 15/11/2013 15:23

brooker I'm so sorry for you. Look after yourself and enjoy some time with your DH.

IWantOneNow · 15/11/2013 16:53

Oh big fat pants brooker. I'm so sorry to hear that. You and DH have some quality time together and hopefully u can move on soon. I am feeling pretty much the same at the mo. I tested this morning (I know I shouldn't have but I just couldn't wait) and it was a bfn. I don't hold out any hope for Monday mornings test
Keep safe and well brooker and I'll see u next time round Smile x

chocolocodowninacapulco · 15/11/2013 17:01

So sorry lovely brooker Xx

Lifeasafish · 15/11/2013 17:15

brooker iwant

Im so very sorry. Look after yourselves and DH's

Flowers - it's just not enough, but it's all I can do.

AFM - I think I'll update tomorrow, but everything is fine.

nobeer · 15/11/2013 17:31

really sorry brooker and want. sending you both lots of hugs

talulahbelle · 15/11/2013 18:17

iwant look after yourself. Let me know what happens on your OTD.

fish I'm glad everything went well and look forward to your update tomorrow.

val lining issues totally suck. Just focus on getting through EC though, and then on the next cycle you can wait for the perfect lining. Small positive - think of all the lovely Xmas Wine you can drink. I'm thinking of you.

euro I agree with you that passing the MC date was a relief. I had a few tears that week, but then was able to focus on the next cycle with less emotional baggage. Good luck with your scratch next week, what day are you in?

choco how did your baseline scan go? All nicely downregged?

bugger good luck with the house move. I am 13dpo today, OTD would be on 4+2. Me and DH have agreed to do a digital test together tomorrow morning, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it comes out positive. I feel a bit stupid but the lines I'm getting are so faint they don't seem real.

rabbit I hope you are doing OK today. I'm thinking of you.

AFM, out for dinner with DH tonight, even though secretly I'd rather sit and watch rubbish on TV. The rest of the weekend I've no plans, and will be doing lots of snuggling and relaxing at home.

bikesaregreat · 15/11/2013 18:45

Brooker - so sorry. Hope some relaxing time out away from the mentalness helps. Big hug xx

vallinnapod · 15/11/2013 19:51

Brooker Sad Oh hun. Nothing I can say will make it better. We are here for when you try again/general ranting.

Fish did ET go ahead?

Rabbit how's it going today?

Cups you should stim for the same amount of time on either protocol, and eternity in my case…

Iwant good menkulling!

Talulah I tested pretty early with my positive FET and it was pretty faint for a good few days, even after OTD when the CB digital was saying 2-3 weeks.

Bugs if I end up doing an FET is sounds like we could be cycle buddies.

Sorry to those I missed….I am terrible with trying to keep up Blush

TMI alert. Any get really watery discharge? I have to wear a pad. I guess it could be my lining desperately trying to get away and losing moisture? really over thinking things

The one plus of a FET could be no Gestone….

Fabuluce · 15/11/2013 21:17

Oh Brooks, how how soul destroying for you and Mr. Brooks - I really felt that this was the one for you too :( Big cuddles, hand holds and forehead strokes for you lovely xx

Iwant - you're not there yet lovely - please keep hoping and don't test til OTD.

Tal - it's still sounding good to me - keeping my fingers crossed for you.

Val - how disappointing for you but as Tal says, it's better to go to FET and concentrate on getting your lining tip top for a more positive reaction. Emma Cannon's Baby Making Bible has some excellent food guidance and if you can get a session with a fertility nutritionist (the Zita West ladies are great) then give it a go for extra advice.

Chocs, are you good to go??

Fish - how did it go lovely?

Bikes, how's the menkulling?

Euro - totally agreed, once that horrible date is passed, life goes on and it's all ok.x

vallinnapod · 15/11/2013 21:48

Thanks fab

Euro - I am dreading 22 March for that reason Sad

NoCupcakesOrCocktails · 15/11/2013 22:01

Brooker I'm really sorry to hear its a negative. Sending lots of love to you and Mr Brook xx

IWant I'm hoping it's just a bit too early. It's not over for you yet.

Sorry I'm half asleep after a busy shift, hopefully catch up with everyone else tomorrow.

tametortie · 16/11/2013 09:11

Hello? Is anyone here?

I'm sorry I have been away so long. I really really needed to be selfish for a bit and focus on myself. I'm sorry I abandoned you all Grin how are we all? I have read back a few posts and there are some names I recognise and some I don't- hello to everyone and sorry to see some bad news.

brooker Sad

I have been down regulating for my 4th cycle for 2 weeks now and still no period. I hate this bit. All ready and set to go though- my last go with my eggs. I am having acupuncture, still gluten free, a cocktail of supplements, new steroids for egg quality, had the scratch done last week (pain free! I shit you not!) and just want to start stimming now.

I have missed you all so much xxx

Now to try and catch up....May need a notebook.....

Lifeasafish · 16/11/2013 09:42

Morning all,

TAME,!!!!! i asked for you when I returned good to see you. Sounds like you must be in top shape, but I'm very glad you are on the bus again..

Nothing to report for ET as it goes, I just didn't think it was the time to discuss. Was as painful as ever, quickest I've had though (I've had 2 mock transfers).

I am pupo with x2 expanded 5-day blasts. I didn't catch the grade but mine were all 1-a to c on my first cycle.

I did have four but due to funding I had to defrost all. I am glad to know that 1 didn't defrost properly and 1 appeared to be unviable. I really didn't like the idea of destroying perfect embryos and still feel a little sad at all those I have lost.

I am still calm but feel rather blaze about being PUPO this time. I feel slightly detached to be honest.

brooker iwant rabbit i am thinking of you all this morning.
