Your last thread got somewhat derailed so I thought I would treat you to a lovely shiny new place full of real open fires, fluffy blankets and an aga for baking bread and warming soups and stews. Back on with the job in hand ladies, lets have a round up of who's doing what and when.

cups this month I had a 24 day cycle, my shortest ever, with no sore boobs, cramps nuthin, just a 3 day bleed and all over. Last month was 28 days standard but the sore boobs lasted for 3 weeks 2 wk before and on until CD14. Honestly, I give up.

scarlett it baffled me how some months my boobs would be sore before ov, some months not at all, most just a couple of days pre-AF. It's all a mystery.

maybe definitely no 5 day transfer, no matter how many good eggs we have left, they only do 2 day transfer and freeze them then too, I think.

keep no phone calls tomorrow, I even asked at my review meeting but they said no. They will only phone on wed morn if there is nothing to transfer otherwise we're in on wed pm

I'm also baffled by my boobs, they're already quite sore, presumably from the trigger shot, but I don't remember that from last time. I was a bit worried all my follies had burst prematurely, but they obviously hadn't as every follicle contained an egg.

keep I do feel like before I started treatment it was all very straightforward though, can't help feeling I've fukked it up & should've left well alone, it's not like I'd be any worse off now if I hadn't bothered, and I wouldn't have had such a shit 12 months...

maybe are your new meds still holding the sickness at bay? Can you start to enjoy your pregnancy properly yet? It should be against the law of the universe that if you've had to wait more than a short while for your BFP, nothing nasty is allowed during your next nine months. Fact.

scarlett unfortunately it's a few hundred out of the private IVF/mat leave fund, which I've already had to dip into to get repairs done on the house, and will have to dip into even further when MrG's decided what shed he wants. Now MrG's talking about getting a new car... Would anyone notice if I just buried him under the patio, and jumped straight to donor sperm?

There must be something in the air, my sore norkage has been weird this month too. I normally start hurting a day or so before ov, then it gradually gets better towards AF being due. This month I got incredibly sore around ov for about two days, then it went away completely for a few days, then crept back up again slowly. It's gradually dying away again now but I'd expect to not feel anything at this point in my cycle, normally.

I have to confess Beedle that I don't know much about what's going on for you! but it sounds good to me! And great that MrB didn't have to give another sample!

Operation jizz pot was fine Maybe. Mr F was understandably a bit nervous but we had a laugh at the thought of his sample stuffed in to my bra I was a bit at the receptionist when I handed over the sample. I'd been so careful about keeping it warm and when I handed it over she chucked it onto the counter and said she'd call the lab and let them know it's there

Fox I now have visions of you covertly speaking to the receptionist and handing over MrF's JIAJ, slipping it out of your bra and the receptionist slipping it into hers Perhaps that should even be in the job description - must have great jugs for warming jizz pots mwahahaha

Hahaha Geek! . I did actually forget to take the pot out of my bra before I got into the hospital, so had to take it out and put it in my pocket as discreetly as possible while walking down the corridor!!

fox luckily we have always handed the JIAJ directly into the lab so they know to keep it warm. Mrb had a bit of a comedy moment whilst we were waiting to go in for EC, a couple of pensioners had got a bit lost and confused in the hospital and ended up in the fertility clinic. I know they say women are having children later in life but that was taking things a bit far :o

Oh I never thought about CCTV Cups! Hope you get the job offer in writing soon. It's a nice feeling to have it in writing. I actually got a call today about a possible job offer but declined as it's the same as what I'm doing now, and I really need a change. Let's hope something else comes up in the next 7 weeks or I might have to call them back!

According to FF my most fertile time begins on Thursday - wait, is that right? What's dark green on the calendar? The app is frozen and won't load the key. Anyway, something shag-related begins on Thursday, and my dad, stepmum and half-siblings are coming to stay on Thursday, Fri and part of Saturday. This means 1) M will have to sleep in our room and 2) we will have to perform any ttc activities Extremely Quietly and probably on the bedroom floor, because our bed creaks ridiculously and is impossible to DTD in because the noises are so off-putting. also MrToo has developed a penchant for al-fresco ttc in the rain, which will not be possible with guests in the house

Back at work this morning, my belly is still a bit uncomfortable but I think it is better than last time. I'm desperatly hoping we won't get any phone calls this morning (maybe I could turn my phone off :o ) then I'm hoping we have a good embryo or two to put back.

I found out on Monday that they are doing an embryoscope trial at the moment so I'm a bit gutted that we didn't get picked for that.

too I'm hoping that you live in a detached house with a very large, secluded garden, as surely a terraced house with a postage stamp sized garden is not ideal for al fresco ttc in the rain And why in the rain? I'd only consider outdoor sex in the rain if we lived in a tropical country :o

When I asked if I could have one, they explained that if they had phoned on Day 1 last time only 2 of the eggs had fertilised, by day 2 another had fertilised and that was one tath was put back. But it was still a bit much of a shock to go from 12/13 eggs taken out, to decide if we should put back the only 2 viable eggs, with only about 5 mins to think about it as we were already in the operating room.
They'll ring between 11 and 11:30 so its only torture for that half hour :o

We got some nice news yesterday, OH is getting a promotion so what has been generally a shitty year, with some massive emotional downs, 2 failed treatments, a number of mini breakdown for me and both if us unhappy at work is ending on quite a positive! my job, his job, these things come in 3s right?
