Expecto Patronum

If you are you over 30 and have been ttc for over 12 months, are witch like or even better a complete hag and willing to abuse your powers of wizardry to conjure up gin by the bucket load, then fill out the Beshionnaire and join us if you dare in our battle against BESH curse.

Frank I am actually crying with laughter at the original thread, and I've only got down to the passive-aggressive home furnishings!

I think bugs should make a set of really naice Cath Kidston style bunting that spells out "CUNT".

FrankelInFoal · 20/09/2013 20:23

"Lemon Drizzle Gate" is truly the stuff of MN legend Grin

Bugs if you did make the now infamous "Cunt Bunting" you'd have plenty of orders from MNers Wink

evilgiraffe · 20/09/2013 20:25

Apparently when filming Downton Abbey, all the embroidery Judi Dench did was basically CUNT cushion covers Grin

I quite like the idea of a MOTHERFUCKER tea towel.

alwyn · 20/09/2013 20:33

Judi Dench is a legend.

alwyn · 20/09/2013 20:34

I have a cross stitch sampler, made for me by a friend, that spells out "FUCK" in naice pastel colours.

Google Subversive Cross Stitch for examples Grin

Offer your services over on the thread Bugs, you could make a fortune!

alwyn · 20/09/2013 21:46

As long as they are less than £35, I'm totally down with getting one!

(Seriously, who pays £35 for a cushion??)

MyNameIsWinkly · 20/09/2013 21:50

The wineglasses and mooncups are overflowing, my hags. Intoxicus maximus, 10 goblets for gryffindor.

FriendofDorothy · 20/09/2013 22:10

Cunting bunting just reminds me of this

RaspberrySnowCone · 20/09/2013 23:21

Girls if I did a test the other day and it was negative does that mean that the trigger shot is gone? Im 12 days since I took the trigger. Just pondering purchasing some Internet cheapies and testing from Tuesday maybe

OP posts:
CatsCantFlyFast · 21/09/2013 07:05

Yes it's gone.
In my experience 12dpo is the earliest I've ever had a squinty line if that helps (I am one of those bad early testers and have tested from 7dpo)
Everything crossed for you

RaspberrySnowCone · 21/09/2013 07:38

Thanks Merks. I might start peeing tomorrow. I watched a video diary last night of a woman who is now pregnant with twins after her IVF, she got an early positive and rang the clinic and they told her it was wrong, ring back at the allocated day (2 days later). So if I do test I'll be waiting til OTD to ring if it's positive I guess. I don't want to get told off!

Off to the party with the breeders tonight. Great joy.

CatsCantFlyFast · 21/09/2013 08:25

Dog breeders? Horse breeders? I'm Hmm

RaspberrySnowCone · 21/09/2013 08:31

Baby breeders. Start stupidly young....keep breeding.....get bigger council house.....skank off state.....rinse....repeat

Yo hags, just dragging my sorry arse in here to say hi after the week from hell - mainly spent sitting by my sis' bedside in intensive care or waiting anxiously in hospital quiet rooms eyeballing close family members. They thought she was a gonner several times. Thank feck she is a tough old bird and giving it all she's got. So, she is now in recovery, minus a colon, to get better enough to start chemo. Meh.

Congrats on being PUPO Rasp. All I keep thinking is that life must go on and we must take advantage of every day and squeeze every last drop from it. Watching someone face their own mortality and having those conversations, well it puts stuff in perspective. We can only keep running at it with all we've got.

FrankelInFoal · 21/09/2013 09:50

Sorry to hear that this week has been tough cherry, but glad that your sister is making steady progress.

Hang on in there Rasp, both for the party and almost-test-time.

Bugs, momentum is building on the other thread for a demand for offensive soft furnishings Wink

oh Cherry what a hard week, you poor thing. Must be very hard seeing someone you love so poorly. Hopefully post operation she will now be strong enough for chemo? Stuff like this really does remind you what's important you're right.

Bugs sorry it's been a hard week for you to. Anxiety is such a shitter to get on top of. You will find a way around it soon though, you just need to find it.

MATV trying to be strong on the testing front and talking me out of testing until OTD. I don't feel anything at all at the moment, just more cramps this morning. This is driving me fucking mental. Doesn't help that people are now interested in what the result is and because they don't understand the process they keep saying well 'why don't you know, why don't you have a scan'? FFS. I am super angry at the moment though. MATV got pissed last night, I picked him up with his friend and took them to maccdies and yelled at them for being dick's in the car park. So as a sorry he's paying for my hair cut and giving me his credit card to buy a pressie for me :) result.

How you feeling Drizz?

OP posts:
evilgiraffe · 21/09/2013 14:49

Oh, coco, how frightening and stressful. Love to you and yours, and everything crossed that successful chemo is the next thing on the list for your sister.

Anxiety is horrific, bugs. Hopefully it will ease and the various professionals next week can help.

Super angry might be a symptom, rasp?! Fingers crossed! :)

All well here. HOTB gave me a pretty necklace for our four year anniversary on Thursday - took me completely by surprise as we don't normally do cards/gifts, so there was a fair bit of "I haven't got you anything!" guilt. We went out on our bikes this morning - fun but exhausting, I think growing eggs must be more tiring than I'd expected. Oh, and I have some EWCM for once! It must be working :)

RaspberrySnowCone · 21/09/2013 15:16

I found egg growing tiring Draf. I also had bucket loads of EWCM, bucket loads

Hello All

Was feeling all sorry for myself over crazy bloody pain during and after HSG (Pain like I've never experienced before and a worried-looking consultant taking my pulse.) and then I saw your message cherry. Bucket of cockles has been thrown over my head. Quite right too.

Cherry- I'm so sorry your sister has been so ill. Take care of yourself and hang in there. Thanks thinking of you.

Rasp- still got everything crossed for you.

Draf- glad the eggs are coming along well.

Bugs- I've not read the thread but I'd buy a cushion. I think FUCK on one side and YOU on the other would do me nicely. It could then be swapped round when the outlaws come invade.

Bearfacedchic · 21/09/2013 16:01

Depends how they behave as to which side they get. Arf.
