maybe we met him on holiday. He didn't say anything about what he does for about a week! Even then he only mentioned it to my Dh when he asked! We were supposed to go up and see him and our other friends last week but we cancelled as were trying not to drink totally sucks

What a lovely start to my BFP filled thread

I've been having a bit of a meltdown as I started spotting last night. It has settled now. I've been for a scan this morning. The clinic have no idea why I have been spotting but my lining has reduced. It's still thick enough to go ahead. I have 6 large follicles between 16mm and 19mm. So I trigger tonight at 9:30 and EC is Tuesday morning. I've rung work and said I will be off all week. I still feel worried about the bleeding and I'm now worrying that I won't get any eggs. This whole process is making me crazy!

Still no AF. Have had a thought though I'm on Noriday (progesterone only pill) - wondering if that too could be scuppering AF's chances? Not sure. Going to pop to our potential new doctors and get some transfer forms this week. When I'm all signed up I need to make an appointment anyway, so can enquire then...

musical I've no symptoms yet. It's strange knowing. I'm all excited but don't want to tell anyone yet. It's so hard not to tell anyone. So I'm glad I can talk here otherwise I might go mad.

I was on cerazette which is progesterone only and I only had one period in 8 months. So that may be keeping it away. Hopefully the doctors will be able to tell you better.

Trigger done! I'm starting to feel a bit excited. I'm looking forward to no injections tomorrow.

I'm not sure, we have to be there for 07:30. The nurse who I spoke to earlier said she didn't know what number I am on the list. I'm not too bothered, I'm going to take my kindle in case I'm waiting a long time.

Penguin, the brookers completely kept me sane during my PG! Especially when I had problems (a few episodes of very bad bleeding). After one inconclusive scan and being told I had to wait two weeks before the next one, the brookers held my hand and helped me through. So feel free to ramble away to us about PG-ness - especially on the antenatal thread - and especially when you can't talk about it in the real world!

One period in 8 months?! Wow! I've been getting a lot of CM (TMI I know!) so I do wonder if something could be going on in there. Hurrah! Will try and get doctor's forms tomorrow, so I can get a step closer to asking.

Cups I can't wait to rejoin you either. I'm sososo excited about it (and nervous, and worried, but trying to push those aside) and I've got DH on board (finally!). I'm sure they won't keep you waiting too long on Tuesday - we'll all be here brooking for you.

Musical if it's any help, my SIL was on that pill and has the same troubles. But she started feeling period like for a few months without actual AF, then she just came back (but that also coincided with stopping BF). Hope your new GP is much more helpful than the last!
