penguin oh really? I hope I get a better reaction from mr b whenever it happens! Men eh? I guess he prob never thought it would be an issue getting pg so doesn't realise how much of a mission this could have been, which I guess it wasn't!

Yay for penguin!!! Mr nurse has been here since early hours of this morning, and ive been holding out on him, but am about to sack off the monitoring of opk and just jump his bones - wanna be in the penguin and maybs club this month!! I got a faint test line on a test an hour ago, but figure he's only here for a couple days so we may as well throw caution to the wind and go for it.

Thanks everyone. You've all been great. :)

So I've been thinking, I know you can exercise through pregnancy and it says to keep it up but I only joined the gym last Monday and I'm afraid it's going to be too much. I was thinking as I'm still within my first 14 days I should maybe cancel. What does everyone think?

Report
NoMaybeAboutIt · 28/07/2013 09:36

You should exercise, but you shouldn't be trying anything new. I am quite fit anyway so I can keep exercising (though I am joning the gym as I'm just too hot outside). I was also told to do low impact stuff, yoga,Pilates, swimming and walking.

ThedementedPenguin · 28/07/2013 09:40

Yea I thought that. I did two classes of body combat last week and loved it. So I might be a bit depressed I can't do it anymore.

I'm not sure what to do as I joined with my sister. I don't want to tell anyone yet so if I cancel ill have to come up with a good excuse.

EverythingIsTicketyBoo · 28/07/2013 09:47

Like Maybe said, you can do low impact stuff, you can swim as much as you like. If you feel like you want to give it up can you use time/cost excuse?

I'm tied into 12 months. I'm still within 14 days so can easily cancel. Otherwise ill need a doctor note saying I can't go.

Otherwise they can pause membership for a few months. However, I don't want that extra pressure after a baby. So I might cancel it now and just go to local leisure centre for pool. (It's only across the road) I'm going to discuss with doctor tomorrow.

I'm gonna hang out here as well if you don't mind. Want to read all the BFPs that will be happening this month :)

You dropped off my threads!

Congratulations Penguin wow! The power of the brookers is very strong!

Hello to everyone.

Cups how are you doing lovely?

I can't remember who asked me a while back whether we were considering another but I forgot to answer. No, we are not going to. My history of miscarriage and the fact that my last pregnancy was very complicated and scary means it would not be a good idea. Plus we are very very aware how lucky we are to have the children we have got. I have finally packed up the Moses basket, bouncy chairs and so on and out them in the attic.
