I know maybe trying to focus on the positive, although it's so easy to let another disappointment put me down in the dumps. Am trying really hard to accept that it's AF on the way, and not get my hopes up as for past months, where I told myself it might be IB or something. I guessI'm further down the line now, and I know myself better. AF not actually due for another 8 days, but I know I'll be driven demented between now and then by this spotting BS. Oft. It's a bloody carry-on this TTC.

Don't you bloody start Maybs!! I'm bad enough without encouragement! It's 8 days if I go to a 32 day cycle, but only 6 if I go to 30 days, which has been known. I've had spotting for the whole week before an AF, although looking back, the spotting was from CD 34...hmmm....

AF will rock up in a few days, so there's absolutely no point in emptying boxes, bags and drawers looking for a test -or indeed going the shop the morra to buy in a few--.

IVF Brookers I'm now 3dp3dt and I'm still really bloated. I look about 3 months preggers my belly is quite firm as well and I've put a couple of pounds on. I'm thinking it must be a mild case of OHSS. No other problems apart from tiredness, constipated, windy etc which is all probably to do with the pessaries. I'm still having lots of water. Any advice/reassurance?

Cups, am no expert in the IVF stuff in fact I know sweet FA, but from a student nurse perspective, a firm belly and wind/constipation go hand-in-hand, and if you're drinking loads, you may have put on some water weight, hence the lbs/bloatedness. Bet you still look mighty fine though xx
