Congratulations tea! It was about time for a BFP.

All my 'symptoms' have gone, so I think it was just my body gearing up to start normal cycles again after 4 months with no AF post-pill. Still no AF though, so you never know...had a small amount of EWCM yesterday and managed to get 3 x DTD out of DH in as many days. Still POAS every 3-4 days, hopefully one of them will be my BFP!

Also ordered some opks (thanks Gilly!) so hopefully I'll either get a BFP or some sort of cycle back soon.

Impatientlywaiting - I've tried catching and dipping and also peeing directly on the stick, don't think it makes a difference really. I only did the catch and dip because my FMU was at about 5am and I wanted to get more sleep before the joy/disappointment!

I'm on CD 24 (normal cycle 31 days) and symptom spotting like mad. Started getting some PMT though so I may have to go to the September bus :(

btw impatiently in regards to opk dtd and bfp. For me we dtd 16, 17, 19, 20. July. I got a positive opk 18th. I got first faint bfp 31st July and cb digi next day that said 2 - 3 wks hope that helps for more bfps

So you dtd on cd 9,11 and 13 and got your positive OPK on cd13?

Did you dtd at all after cd13?

We dtd on cd18 and then twice on cd20 (and i got my positive on cd20). Really annoyed we didn't manage to dtd on cd21 (yesterday) but DH wasn't able to "finish"

So... Your stats make me feel a bit better!

Not sure when to test not gonna get my hopes up as I have done in previous cycles and ended up being disappointed and down but then its hard leaving it and waiting to the right day to test! Big congrats to those who've had the bfp and lots of luck to those still waiting for it.

Hi gilly! No we didn't dtd at all after cd13. In fact haven't done it since! On Saturday I started getting cramps and diarrhoea which has still not past. It's pissing me off!

LOL well that makes me feel a whole lot better then!

We also dtd again this evening so actually dtd cd18, cd 20 (am and pm) and cd22.... With positive OPK on cd20.

Hope I've covered it and not missed out by not dtd on cd19 or 21. Gah!

It's just impossible for us to dtd every day.. We really tried twice yesterday (cd21) and each time it was going on and on an on for ages but he just couldn't complete the task! Lol

We've done it every day so far (and enjoying it!) But am worried it may have a detrimental affect - is it true that sex every day can lower sperm count??

Hey vjones most people/doctors/professionals say that every other day is more than enough as is good for sperm etc... but if you are happy doing it every day then go for it!
Personally I couldn't do that and neither could DH!

Right, I'm taking a break from ttc. I'm sat in the lounge at 1am feeling weepy and rejected and need to get a grip. DP and I have gone from sex every day (in all the time we have been together we have had lots of sex) to this month having only had actual penetrative sex twice!!

I feel frustrated sexually and also because I am slap bang in the middle of my fertile time and there is nothing doing I cba temping and poaopk-ing and groping around feeling for cm changes if he is going to reject me when sex is required. I haven't put any increased pressure on him, he knows nothing of my cycles and bbt fetish etc. the baby is his idea and yet I feel like I'm making all the concessions.

Yesterday I gave oral which is not unusual and normally leads to sex and it did but he managed a couple of thrusts before effectively giving up and so i continued with oral and he ejaculated but its no good on his bloody stomach! Argh!! I have made sure i havent expressed how i feel but maybe thats part of the problem? Tonight I tried again but he just was not 'in it' and he failed to maintain an erection. I'm so angry and frustrated.

I would rather forget about trying and get back on track with DP but I am going to lurk around the back of the bus egging all of you on. I wish you all he best of luck ttc

Oh three I'm really sorry to hear that.

For what it's worth I think that after the first month or so there is a change with baby making sex which makes it different from lovemaking. Even when you try to take the pressure off it's still there at the back of your mind and this might be the same for your dp. If you were having regular sex before you started ttc then it sounds like the relaxed approach might be a better option for you.

Hope you managed to get some sleep and are feeling a bit better this morning.

Still no AF so did test this morning. Negative. Going to try again Friday morning if I still haven't officially loved to the September bus!

Still early days Italian... it's not over until fat AF sings!

Perhaps give it a couple more days and then try again.
