All my bloodwork was normal; dildocam showed loads of follicles waiting to mature and that was only back in Feb so I don't understand what's happening. Cycle 11 here and want to crawl under a rock. The other day DH told SD how she'd nearly been given a different name bc he & his exW changed their minds 'at the very last minute'...really hard to get the image of DH in the delivery room with someone else out of my mind when I can't be sure it'll happen for us

Oh Sid I feel your pain. I know I'm diffed but I still keep panicking in case it doesn't stick & we don't manage it again so I'm only ever a SM. DP has already made a couple of comments about when his ex was pg re doctors etc at which I totally freaked out. He thinks he's being helpful but I think he now knows to make no comparisons or even references to the last time. He's actually keen that we travel further to another hospital so our child isn't born in the same one as SS which I'm glad about.

For all short LP people there is a girl on the Jan 14 thread who went for a dating scan & found out she had conceived later than she thought on CD18 of a 27 day cycle so it is possible! She was literally about to go to the FC this month after trying for 2 years when she found out she was pg - there is hope berries!!

Just have to wait for appointment for removal of endometrial polyp. They also said that as they had disturbed the lining of my uterus I should probably wait until next month to TTC. Looks like I'll be lurking around for a while yet!

Barking really? They just told me (rather hastily) on the day. I think if its clear then you just get some period type-pain. However, my friend (the one who was sick) has blocked tubes and said it was excruciating so I think you'd get any idea by the amount if pain you have.

In my news, I called the fertility clinic today re imminent iui and I'm told it won't start until aug . After 2 years I feel like I've been waiting forever!!!! Wish we'd just gone private!!!

Barking yes that's what they said but I can't see that they've agitated it that much. There was a small amount of spotting afterwards but nothing to speak of really. I think I will ignore their advice as DH back on Saturday after 3 weeks away plus I reckon I 'll be ovulating then too. Will probably go for the relaxed approach!

It seems strange that they won't give you the results. It seemed to me that they could see straight away whether there were any issues. There were three ladies looking after me and they were lovely and very keen to put my mind at rest. They even showed me the screen. I would just ask, it's not like you've got anything to lose given that you will have already left your dignity at the door! . I took a couple of pain killers about half an hour before so pain was minimal. Good luck!

You must be so hacked off blindkitty, to have to wait until August is rubbish. I think it's a bit of a postcode lottery on how quickly you get treated.
