Bring on blizzards, pack ice, shipwreck, attacking leopard seals, voyages across the Southern Ocean in rowing boats and hazardous traverses of South Georgia in search of rescue - just like the Shackleton expedition, NO BESH WILL BE LEFT BEHIND.

I have just emerged from a fever-filled weekend with guests not well timed. I am totally over the canceled cycle as I am sure a) my eggs are poached if not fried and b) there is no way in the world I would have managed to get to the clinic by 8am tomorrow morning, as it takes me til midday to get up and dressed to then sleep for 4 hours of sheer exhaustion. In other words, I am properly ill, it has been a long time and I am not liking it.

But what I was meaning to ask do I really need to read the 7 pages of chat you've produced while I was out for the count or can some nice person summarise? I spotted jeff is having a peek inside tomorrow, which is very exciting (and I am keeping everything crossed for a strong heart beat!) And I am wondering what you got up to to get into most active. But reading is too much effort still, so I might only find out tomorrow.

We have mostly muttered crossly about a silly creature on the ivf thread.

I've been drawn into the Clomid thread in Chat

I've no doubt that she has been very strong for Harvey and has fought tooth and nail for him.

But she is a deeply sad and troubled woman and the fact that she is held up as a role model is very troubling. She uses her body as a weapon, and men for her self esteem and lurches from one marriage to the next dragging her poor children in her wake. What kind of attitude to relationships will they develop. As she gets older what lengths will she go to in order to preserve those plastic looks?

And yes, I am judging.
