So after ungracefully falling off the back of the February bus iv hijacked another decorated it with fairy lights and stocked it full of cream soda and oreo biscuits.

Here hoping march brings some much needed sunshine and all the bfps!!

af has got me . not unexpected given dh's absence right when i needed him this mth but cramps had disappeared which had got me and got hopes up.

Stressed and upset are definitely not good Gillian sod work :) I know a few places I've worked had a policy of - you must have been working for the company for a min of 26 weeks in a perm position, before taking mat leave - which in your case could be good ;) Personally I wouldn't mention it at all in the interview, I'd wait and see what happens :)

ex-BIL has his birthday on Boxing day and so for 8 years, we spent X-mas day at PIL's for their formal dinner and Boxing day at BIL and SIL, "because we couldn't possibly have other engagements." We spent x-mas evening at my parents.
Last year, we finally got to spend x-mas day at my parents and boxing day at PIL's.

That's why I'm a bit about x-mas babies. :)

My last AF started on 16/2, and the one before that on 31/1 (so only 16 days!), so my BFP will be anywhere between 5/3 and 15/3 (my cycle used to be 26 days).

Hope list is ok, I've updated my details as I am on cycle 7 now. Anyone else's info need changing?
I have never rly wanted a xmas baby but now I am on 7th month of trying me & OH rly don't care. We just think it will happen when its meant too. If I get pg this month I'll be due about 8th dec, if month after it will be about 4th jan. So no way I'm gonna stop ttc for 2 months, just not worth it xx

Choc - been trying since September, had wanted to start Jan last year but OH wanted to wait. Feels like forever though!

Grrr that didn't last long, slept for around 2.5 hours
Absolutely fed up with not sleeping properly,It's like a form of torture :(
I've got a whole host of sleeping pills in the cupboard, both natural and prescription but both are off limits for me, can't touch any of them while ttc/preg. I just look longingly at them and close the cupboard door while reaching for the coffee :)

Duchy do you know why your cycles are so short?
I used to be an every 28 day girl, like clockwork, then mine went a bit weird, now I'm usually between 25/27 days. Shortest was 22 days but when I monitored I realised that I was taking Valerian Root sleeping aid every night at the start of the cycles that were very short.
I done a bit of research and found it can mess with (most often bring forward) ovulation and therefore AF.....I've never touched them since and never had a short cycle since.

2ww starts for me today as DH away for rest of week on business. So fx.

One I have a summer baby DS, in fact 2nd youngest in his year. The worry surrounding academic achievement is laughable and as for sports ..... well he plays first team rugby for his school (often playing with and against boys 3 years older than him) and also represents his county. He's athletics captain for the school, plays first team cricket and football ........... I could go on and on. Like every child, they grow and develop with love and help. It does infuriate me when I hear of 'summer' babies not doing well, I just have always given my DS time and attention when he's needed it. The only problem we have ever had is having enough of his friends around for parties, as most are usually on their summer holidays!!

So sorry to hear af has caught up with a few of you, guess its pate and red wine all round.

CD27 here, got builders in tomorrow until Thursday putting in a new boiler, something tells me my hormones are going to be screaming at them. I hate builders, I hate having to take 3 days annual leave to babysit them. argghhhhhh

delia omg same as me, I wanted to start in Jan last year but we were unsure as we were going on hol abroad in the sept & decided to wait, soooo wish we hadn't. U on cycle 7 then? Think list is wrong? What's your new bfp due date x

Thank dondon I have everything crossed for myself too. I don't feel like AF is due but I also don't feel pregnant! I feel nothingness! Knowing me it will be a late AF!

For all those worrying about a xmas baby .....Dh has a birthday on the 2nd of dec and it's always a good one , my birthday is 4th of Jan and i HATE it !
for as long as i can remember i have cried on my birthday , i would love my birthday over xmas as everyone is already in the spirit to celebrate , cone Jan everyone wants to be tucked away and skint till feb

I'm starting to get worried about my short cycles (last one was 23 days) - the perils of googling too much...

Anyway, my AF started last Wed and is now over so will be getting back in the DTD saddle tonight and will give it all we can this week!

3yo DD is clearly not supporting our mission to TTC though as she is waking loads through the night so we're bloody knackered! Not sure this puts us in the most conducive mood for baby making but fingers crossed we can do it!

honey I talked about it with dh yesterday and we decided if AF if a no show by weds then we'll test Thursday morning. I'm aware my cycle still might be a bit of a mess from coming off the pill. We'll see, I don't feel like AF is on it's way at the moment though! Xxx

I think AF may be on the way, still getting cramps and have bitten DH's head off a few times this morning. Wish it would hurry up and come.

Hi Ladies, I decided to chill out about ttc this month and took the JS route. It worked I got my BFP yesterday morning :)

Congrats lovethechaos. We have 4 bfps on the bus now, 4 in 4 days! A great start of the month. Maybe it's the easter bunnies working? We all know what rabbits are like .
