Just stressing about work and the fear that my sister will get diffed and the fact that there is now a sharps bin on top of my wardrobe. I think my mind was just a bit overactive.

I know that feeling. I don't sleep well when stress (for that read work stress generally) is getting to me. I went though a phase, while on clomid, when a set of night shifts just sent my body clock crazy. The 3-4 am stretch was particularly bad.

I had a really good night's sleep for a change. I listened to my Woo CD for the first time in ages, maybe that made the difference.

I have a sebaceous cyst on my face (known in the Euro household as the Head Alien) and had been hoping it would bugger off of its own accord. It clearly isn't going to, so I am going to have to get it carved out. I have a weird thing about scars. And now I am going to have one on my face.

Euro my love, I'm sure you will be Very Brave. The scar will only be a tiddler I'm sure I always think little scars add charater and interest to somebody. I know it's not the same as it's on my leg, but in the summer I often have people ask about the scar on my leg. And I have a beaut on my hand. Sorry if I'm being stupid and tactless though xxxxx
