January BFP bus - New Year resolution - get a bfp!

I guess it's time to start a January bus for all of us who had to get off the December, November (Oct, Sep, Aug) bus.

New Year, new beginning and hopefully start 2013 off with a bang, and a load of new bfp's!

Hey everyone. Had a little cry last night after getting af yesterday. Had a good chat with dp & this month we're doing things his way lol. He doesn't want me to use opks this month as he thinks its stressing me out. We r gonna dtd every other day without fail. That's the plan lol. Wish me luck. If I have another 28 day cycle like this month then bfp due on 31st jan so I'm staying on this bus lol x

choc our dh's have the same plan no stressing just lots of baby dancing every other day.

Last month i ov on cd24 but af arrived on cd32, 8 days early. Was feeling a bit unhopeful for this month so decided to give soy isos a shot again. Took them on cycle days 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7 now on cd 14 and things are looking good for early ov. EWCM has started, tender boobs, cramps and since started writing stabby side pains. Fx for early ov and a long luteal phase please

choc sounds like a great plan your dp has. Anything to make it less stressful for you? Have you herd about the SMEP? It's basically what your dp is suggesting without the opk. In the plan, you start to bd from day 8, every 2 days until you get a positive on the opk. Then you do it everyday for 3 days, and then skip a day, and then one last time.

choc i think we'll do something similar next mth if dont get bfp...but dont think we'd manage it the whole mth. we went a bit manic this mth (12 times in 10 days) and dont think the shagathon was quite the right approach...poor DH!
one funny enuf i read the same thing today! thought it sounded sensible

ohhh choc im due my BFP on the 1st Feb Smile we can experince the joys of the 2ww together.

I'm going for a random approach this month, we will be DTD cd4 (tomorrow) 7, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 my OH is only 26 so figure he is young enough to take it lol. Grin

We've DTD on cd 5, 6 and 9. My tracker thing says I should ov on 12 but when I have been sure of my ov date I'm sure it's earlier than that...

Hello everyone. Had a bit of a weird week and have been staying with friends so not an ideal fertile week but we've managed cd9,12,13,14 and 15, with no plan to stop yet. I thought I was going to ov yest and had ewcm on Thursday but was fairly dry on fri Confused. Do normally get some ov pain but not sure if I did or not as was just uncomfortable in the car for most of the bloody day. So basically don't know if I have ov'd or not and therefore won't know when to test. Unless of course I'm having one of my random long cycles and I feel ov pain sometime this week... My head hurts from trying to figure it all out!

I've been feeling quite dehydrated, is that a symptom?! Think I just need to up my water intake

tbh I generally do wee a lot during the night, it's a psychological thing too that a wee has to be the last thing I do before I go to sleep. so when I go up to bed and read i
or watch tv I have to go before I roll over to sleep. also if dd wakes at all I have to go. although my mouth felt quite dry all night. my body is probably playing tricks Hmm

I've been having a think about my early symptoms with dd and my pg that ended in June. with Dd It was of 4.5 years ago so not much to remember but as she was a mistake surprise then my first sign was missed period (was clockwork) then I noticed how tired I'd been feeling and my small boobs had grown. with my 2nd it too was a missed period as I'd just became regular off the injection and wasn't technically trying until the next month. dh said I shouldn't test until i was 2 weeks late Hmm I didn't know about cheapies then so I did wait until the day after my period was due.

so therefore I blame the early testing on you lot

I was hoping to log on and see some BFP's this morning :-(.

I'm officially on the 2 ww now....far too impatient for it! Feeling very bloated & boobs are swollen, but that's just normal for this stage in the cycle (only on CD 19 of 27 & think I'm 4dpo). Let's hope it goes quickly, will be testing early next weekend as like a few others on here I find it easier to get a bfn before my af comes.

pixie I'm using fertility friend. It's very good and easy to use. It also has a charting tutorial.

I only have blackberry and a kindlefire and haven't found any particularly useful apps yet. I see I could use fertility friend online though. one and cleo do you track your temps then? I'd need to buy a thermometer...

Thanks for the good wishes, AF due about Wednesday cycle is usually about 31 days so could have just been a bit early. Have still got really sore boobs and for the last couple of days have had loads of evil wind (sorry tmi) that I remember plaguing me last time so that could be a good sign Grin

pixie I only started charting temp this cycle, but with a normal thermometer. I'm going to buy a bbt one if I don't get a bfp this month.

I temp using fertility friend, but it has yet to get the correct ov day .......... I reckon it is male.

Strange one this month, af due tomorrow, temps been all over the place and some rather strange pains in tummy. Not convinced I've caught this month, so will not be surprised to meet the witch again tomorrow.
