A wordy fred title I know, but it's too early to think of something snappier!

Get ready for the end of the world: grab your OFRS, your emergency gin supply and join us shrivelled harridans in the BESH Bunker.

Admittance is only permitted on production of a successfully completed BESHtionnaire (hint, check out previous BESH threads)

Was your first BFP on the rugby fred bugs?

I've ended up watching crap factor. I think I'm going to crawl into bed. 5.45am alarm set Xmas Sad

HavingALittleFaithBaby · 01/12/2012 21:31

I have just finished a quilt made out of old baby clothes for my friends wee boy...I enjoyed it but now some of her friends who I don't know are offering to pay for me to make one for them! worked out I'd taken about thirty hours on it and I'd need to charge a lot to make it worthwhile! I'm not interested though...I like to make things for people because its the kind of thing money can't buy Wink

I could never charge people for my quilts they would cost far, far too much!

I am making a baby quilt at the moment which is ok but I am not keen on it at the moment!

bluer · 01/12/2012 22:54

I would never charge either! Its the same with the cross stitch...last birth sampler took about 100 hours so money can't buy it!

Northey · 02/12/2012 06:03

The moon is so bright it's like daylight outside!

I so wish I could sew.

bluer · 02/12/2012 08:48

Cross stitch is a bit like painting by numbers norf but it does take ages! I find it relaxing and usually do it when watching the Telly...I do go at a fair old clip now Wink

Brew
SinkyMalinks · 02/12/2012 11:14

bugs, I always thought that I got vivid dreams on clomid due to the high progesterone..

I'm in the evil Trafford Centre. I need to blitz some Xmas shopping. But when the Internet says it opens at 10, it means the centre opens at 10. The fecking shops open at 12. Arsewipe.

Am sat drinking coffee. I've spoken to the one friend who's answering her phone. And I'm surrounded by happy young families (and decrepit old people, but that angers me less)

SinkyMalinks · 02/12/2012 11:15

Oh, and have some of my Brew

maamalady · 02/12/2012 11:43

Today is a gloriously sunny day, though :)

bluer · 02/12/2012 21:17

Evening all...lovely crisp day out there and now the snow starts Xmas Smile
If I got a positive opk on wed is my window of opportunity well and truly closed? Trying to decide whether its worth the effort or just go to sleep!

Griffomais · 02/12/2012 21:45

Hey Bluer give it a go - might be your month. Good luck Smile

Northey · 02/12/2012 21:59

Who is griff? Have I missed a name change? Or is this a new rebel refugee in the bunker?

Griffomais · 02/12/2012 22:03

Hi Northey I am griff and fairly new - how are u?

bluer · 02/12/2012 22:18

Turns out it was all pointless...mr.df is fast asleep and i'm not sure I could've worked up the energy. I'm guessing it would really be too late anyway Smile

SinkyMalinks · 02/12/2012 22:23

Would you be new blood Griff?

Before we lower the zombie defensive wall, we must see a BESHtionnaire. In order to ensure you're not one of the undead, you understand.

I iz contemplating buying a fanciful new dress, for no other reason that I want to, it's the festive season, and well, I want to. And I have a party (presumably, at some point I will go to an Xmas do). Anyone fancy giving an opinion?

bluer · 02/12/2012 22:25

You can never have too many fancy dresses sinks
Throw caution to the wind and treat yourself

bluer · 02/12/2012 22:27

Ooh if grif is new blood then i'm no longer the newbie!

bluer · 02/12/2012 22:28

Eh no idea why my phone would choose that strange word rather than anticipation! < off to find a dictionary to get definition...>

SinkyMalinks · 02/12/2012 22:45

Ooh. Antiochian. Fancy.

As to treating myself... Well... I'm not exactly frugal at the best of times. And I think, sadly, it maybe possible to have too many fancy dresses. Either that or too few invites, and that's much more depressing, so I'll stick with the too many dresses.

bluer · 02/12/2012 22:48

Turns out its something to do with the orthodox church in America
Yes we lack invites too which suits Mr.df but saddens me
