Thanks extra I like your line of thought Wink

chookford · 13/12/2012 11:15

taking my love so sorry to hear about your crappy time but you need to get your back sorted before getting a bfp... You don't want to be in agony whilst pg, hopefully if wont take long for your back to heal then a lovely bfp to follow shortly after! I have sent Santa a tweet to inform him that you will need this to happen so can he extend your Christmas present for a month or two! And I say punch away love that's idiot sounds like he deserves it! What a miserable Scrooge type man!! X

I'm out.

Here we go again :-(

TakingTheStairs · 13/12/2012 13:11

Thanks chookford. you've made me very emotional (in a good way)

Hayle stupid AF witch, sorry to hear that you're out.

tothemoon · 13/12/2012 13:21

taking don't take any shit from doctors with regards to your back. I have a herniated disc that I am managing with gentle exercise and restricting everything that aggravated it before (pretty much everything). Refused painkillers as they made me SO ill. I can appreciate how much pain you must be in and hope you make a swift recovery to get back on the bus :)
Hayle sorry about bfn. I've done 4 tests now but testing too early. 4 days till AF but I'm so miserable waiting.

Creamtea1 · 13/12/2012 13:40

Taking hope you get sorted with a new consultant, if you've got bupa or similar thru work it is a godsend. Hope you feel better soon and bfp follows.

Hayle sorry to hear af turned up, it's so depressing isn't it. At least by Xmas you will be in dtd time and can still enjoy lots of food, drink etc. Wine

I'm on cd16 and DH has now called time on dtd! We have managed more or less every day (bar a couple of one day gaps) since cd5 so I really hope his strike hasn't come at a bad time! Last month I had a 25 day cycle and I'm pretty sure I ov'd around cd10 or 11 but as we all know it's could also all be guesswork!

chookford · 13/12/2012 14:05

Hayle sorry to hear that, have a very festive Christmas and then the new year will bring good news I am sure x

Congrats to all the BFP so far! Fingers crossed for the rest of us. We've all just recovered from norovirus here. Just in time for my fertile period. Now all I need to do is convince DS to sleep in his own bed so that me and my best beloved can get down to business.

I think he wants to be an only child. Hmm

extracrunchy · 13/12/2012 21:08

hayle sorry to hear that Sad roll on January! New year, new baby xx

Creamtea1 · 13/12/2012 21:11

Binary I think norovirus is on the way here....I feel sick and got tummy cramps - they are digestive tummy rather than ovary related tummy. And tired and headachey, generally bleurgh

Pixie001 · 13/12/2012 21:35

taking your health has to be priority so make sure you take some time to slash the idiot consultant's tyres focus on properly completing the physio so that you're in absolute tiptop shape for your bfp.
hayle sorry to hear af's arrival. at least you know about it now so you can let your hair down with a drink whilst bopping round the tree!
creamtea impressive work!
binary time to drug calpol your ds
we had another xmas do last night and got carried away and had a few wines Wine. at cd18 that prob wasnt sensible huh..?

Pixie001 · 13/12/2012 21:47

creamtrea your symptoms dont sound good, hope it doesnt get worse. i feel the same sick tired headachy but only have my colleagues myself to blame

HayleBoppingAroundTheXmasTree · 13/12/2012 21:49

thanks for all your good wishes guys....

but...

FALSE ALARM!

I'm still in! however how a dull heavy feeling down there so reckon she is on her way.

sounds like you got it covered cream fx

Dexidoo · 14/12/2012 06:42

hayle I started having dull low abdo aches from 11dpo and still have them now so hope a BFP comes your way rather than AF!

extracrunchy · 14/12/2012 07:25

I'm 11DPO and experiencing the same thing. Hmm. Let's see...

HayleBoppingAroundTheXmasTree · 14/12/2012 08:39

Ok she's definitely here this time.

Bloody witch!!

See sone of you (although hope not in the nicest way) on the jan bus

QuietNinjaChristmasSpecial · 14/12/2012 08:46

Aargh dang namit hayle I was getting excited then till your last post. Good luck for jan bus, hope not to see you there, in the nicest possible way. We are still in the dtd phase. Dunno if I've ovulated or not. Had mile period cramps a couple of days ago but we missed a night out of exhaustion thanks ds we've been up all night with ds coughing and crying so definitely not gonna happen tonight but were definitely gonna keep dtd until we visit the Inlaws for Xmas. I think we'll have covered most of the month by then so can only keep my fingers crossed until after Xmas. Don't know what I'll do if I'm not pregnant this month, bit fed up now.

HayleBoppingAroundTheXmasTree · 14/12/2012 09:11

Sorry ninja

I'm also getting very fed up now.

QuietNinjaChristmasSpecial · 14/12/2012 09:39

Don't say sorry! I was just getting excited for you. What cycle are you on now? It was so quick with ds that the longer it takes the more worried I am that something's gone wrong with me since having ds. Probably irrational.

HayleBoppingAroundTheXmasTree · 14/12/2012 09:53

this will be cycle 7 since Mc. I fell pg with Dd on the pill unplanned. my mc was conceived first normal length cycle after coming off depo. I've heard a lot of stories if women who struggle after having the injection :-(

I think our diet may not be helping. we try to eat well but if we're both working late (9pm) then it's hard.

what cycle for you ninja

Creamtea1 · 14/12/2012 10:20

Sorry to hear about the bitch arriving Hayle :(
I felt awful last night, but slightly better today although still tired. DH is categorically not 'performing' today or tonight ha ha, I'm cd16 or 17 I think so I really hope I've ov'd early. I might be able to swing once dtd over the weekend.
However (tmi) appears to be no cm at all of any description so don't think I'm in the fertile window anyway.

QuietNinjaChristmasSpecial · 14/12/2012 13:02

I'm cycle 7 too hayle, was on the pill.

JellyCurls · 14/12/2012 13:13

Sorry Hayle that the witch got you but on the positive you can enjoy some festive wine and pate Xmas Smile.

Hang in there ladies, from experience, it can take ages to conceive. DD took about year and a half and happened the month we gave up trying. DS took about 9 months and again happened the month we took a break as I didnt want two January babies (ended up with same due date).

Think ov has happened for me and I am repeating the mantra "I will not symptom spot - I will not symptom spot" but its hard. Think I am going to take a detention to the back of the bus!

extracrunchy · 14/12/2012 14:11

jelly I keep thinking maybe we should take a break and then it might happen because everyone seems to say that, but I know the whole time we were "taking a break" I'd be wondering if it was working!

Creamtea1 · 14/12/2012 14:17

Jelly/crunchy I agree the problem with taking a break is that if you want this so badly, then even on a break it's at the back of your mind. So it ends up not a break! And if you're over 35 the fear that every month that passes you're getting older, so it feels like you haven't got the luxury of time.
