Oh olives that sounds horrible, and scary when pregnant. Has smegs sneezed yet?

cup my bfp will be in 4 weeks, sorry.

CupcakesAndCocktails · 29/11/2012 10:47

I know Beedle it's the emoticons app on my iPhone. Still it counts as a post! I found a rat one (not that any of you can see it).

I want a Christmas thread. By the way I did some excellent rat smacking last night. TMI alert-I've not been tracking my cycles, went to the loo at work last night to find a big blob of ewcm. I worked back to figure out it was cd 14. I was due to work until 11pm last night & tonight. One of my colleagues was finishing at 9pm, I informed her I thought I might be laying an egg (we really need more boundaries at my work Grin) and she agreed to work 9-11 for me. I rushed home and smacked that rat! We have DTD a few times this week, plus we are both off on the wk end so hopefully we will be in with a chance this month.

CupcakesAndCocktails · 29/11/2012 10:51

Oh I'm really sorry Keep I must have missed that. Here is to a IUI and Clomid BFP. When do you start treatment?

keepitgoing · 29/11/2012 10:51

Love it cups!! What a great colleague! :)

keepitgoing · 29/11/2012 10:52

Er, I think Saturday. Will phone the clinic tomorrow... Eek.

CupcakesAndCocktails · 29/11/2012 10:54

I know! She was practically pushing me out of the door. She knows how long we have been trying and she is very sweet. She is the kind of person that would do anything to help someone out even facilitating SWI

CupcakesAndCocktails · 29/11/2012 10:55

Eeeeekkkk! That is very exciting Keep

CupcakesAndCocktails · 29/11/2012 10:59

Was just reading back on everyone's Christmas plans. They all sound lovely. I'm working on Christmas Eve & on Christmas Day until 3pm. Then we are driving to my mums (about a 4 hour drive) with my grandparents & the dog. I'm not looking forward to the journey. We are going to treat Christmas Day as Christmas Eve and have Boxing Day as Christmas Day. I can't wait to have the whole of Christmas off one year if I ever get mat leave

BeedlesPineNeedles · 29/11/2012 10:59

cups I'm just imagining your conversation with you colleague :o

CupcakesAndCocktails · 29/11/2012 11:02

I'm probably the talk of the place this morning Blush. We have such a small team, there are only 11 nurses & we have a different doctor every week. It's impossible to have any secrets.

BeedlesPineNeedles · 29/11/2012 11:07

have as in work with, or have i another way? Shock :o

CupcakesAndMulledWine · 29/11/2012 11:09

Have as in work with Blush

CupcakesAndMulledWine · 29/11/2012 11:09

Yay my name change worked!

CupcakesAndMulledWine · 29/11/2012 11:10

Love your name by the way Beedles

BeedlesPineNeedles · 29/11/2012 11:13

That's what I thought you meant. :o Otherwise, I can't imagine you going home early for SWI with your DH would be worthy of gossip, if you and the other nurses are sharing a different dr each week :o

CupcakesAndMulledWine · 29/11/2012 11:31

Hmmm reading it back it does sound a bit suspicious Grin I am happy to confirm there is no hanky panky at my work. Most of us are female (including docs) and nearly everyone is married. It's nothing like No Angels Wink

GreenOlives · 29/11/2012 12:21

Cups I've still not managed a Christmas off despite mat leave! With DS I could only afford 6months off and went back to work the week before Xmas, this time im going off at 34 weeks which is middle of Jan (so im working Xmas day this year) and am taking 9 months so I will be back at work ready for next Christmas! Its a good job we're so dedicated to our vocation hey! Wink

keepitgoing · 29/11/2012 12:32

Move abroad! This is dh's first Xmas off!

Good timing olives...Hmm
