Has this happened to anyone else... a moment of pure love?

I am just about to be wed (few weeks time) and me and my man are feeling overwhelmingly in love... which has recently manifested itself physically (I'm sure you catch my drift).

We usually use contraception... But last week we had sex without it. Once on Thursday, then Saturday and Sunday. It wasn't a planned act, it just seemed to happen naturally. Afterwards I noticed that I have egg-white cm, and the dates on the ovulation calculator match with the dates we dtd!!! I hadn't been aware when we dtd, but it was just a beautiful experience and an unspoken message between us.

Nothing was said, and then my man asked me whether I was nervous about being pregnant and we ended up confessing that we were both nervous but also excited and hopeful.

I'm now insatiable, waiting to know if I have conceived... and secretly my fingers are crossed. Going out of my mind with nervous excitement! :-)

Did anyone else have a happy mistake, end up pg then realise how perfect it all was?

You are risking forsaking any champagne on the big day, the flip side is that some AMAzing news could be the icing on your wedding day cake!

That happened to me and my husband. Felt the same but I wasn't pregnant unfortunately.

Yes! Me and DH took one risk during a very loving moment, and 9 months later DD1 was born. Can still remember Dtd and how we both felt so differently from normal. Also had a similar moment during hotel break which resulted in conception. Sadly ended in mc though. Poor DD2 though. Have no idea where, when and how she was conceived! Simply no recollection of dtd! Good luck!

I felt like this when we first started trying. The magic tends to die by cycle 20 or so though.

Blissful shag resulting in a lovely baby = perfect.

Spending your wedding day bloated, sick and watching everyone else drink champagne = not so perfect.

Er, have we had moments like this? Yes. Has it resulted in pregnancy? Er, no.

Enjoy your wedding and go off on honeymoon. Sounds like you're head over heels!

Hello! Sorry for late follow up... agonizing wait to see what's occurring in my nether regions.

i am around 8dpo... If my estimates are correct. still early to know, but have been crampy for 2 days... And af not due for a while yet. they aren't normal cramps either. going to the doctor tomorrow to discuss jabs for my honeymoon... so perhaps Will have an early test to see, just in case.

Will keep you all posted.

Sounds like a perfect way to conceive a child!!!!
My friend got married and a few weeks later went on honeymmoon and when she came back found out she was pregnant a beautiful way to start the beginning of your life together!

Drama!

Took 3 tests (one at Doctors) and all negative...

Doctor gave me travel jabs...

Had amazing wedding...

2 days later in airport... took test and I am most definitely PREGNANT!!!

Bit worried about the jabs :-( but otherwise we are both ecstatic!!!

Aw congratulations! It's likely that the travel jabs are not a live virus so although they can't say for certain that there isn't any effect, it's really quite unlikely. They just like to avoid these things when TTC/pg because of the unknown nature of the risk.

I am in the same boat as Eurochick - feeling rather jealous of you! Got none of the magical in-love stuff happening and no positive test either. Nothing. But congratulations!
