Due to the luck thread starters have, I thought I'd mark a place for the second thread as we are so chatty!

I gon another faint line, but not darker than the first two! I thought it will start getting darker by now. I'm trying not to get too excited, just in case it's turns out to be evaporation line or something! Will test tonight again! Or earlier! Took hpt with me to work! How sad is that! Got clear blue digital at home, but want to wait couple more days, If af not here till Friday and still getting faint lines, will test with clear blue. I got strange cramping in my uterus, it's not like af cramping! Maybe the baby is making it self at home!

Pop did you have any symptoms in the first week of your 2ww? I take it you're now in the second week?

How many days post OV are you?

Oh pop this is so exciting! I bet you want to test everytime you go wee now. At least you should know where you are by Friday either way!

I don't think you'd get that many evaporation lines. They are the exception rather than the rule. What colour are the lines? Evap lines will be grey. I think you're probably seeing the real thing.

newbie no, no symptom at all! Except feeling sick a bit. I don't even have heavy boobs or anything else! Last month I had more symptoms and wasn't even pg (well still don't know if Im now!) I'm about 11dpo. Shouldn't the line be getting darker?
dulcet I want to test constantly! Keep thinking what else I could do to speed up the process! :-)
medusa the line were same colour as control line, but much, much lighter!
I feel a bit af now! Very confusing! Really worried I only seen what I wanted to see! What if my mind is playing tricks with me? What if is going to be a chemical pregnancy? So worried now!

Aww Pop don't worry. Have a :) Everything I read says that a pregnancy test is more likely to show up strong on 12-16 DPO! So you're still early according to my sources. Also, it's not very common to have signs so early on! Try not to panic (easier said then done I know).

Don't worry Pop, it all sounds very promising to me.

I think I'm out for this month, I've just started spotting. This is a tough one as we did everything right this cycle and it still didn't work. Have to deliver the news to DH now :(

I know newbie I'm trying to be so rational about it, but is extremely hard! I think I'll probably test this afternoon again. And if still faint line will give it a rest till tomorrow morning! thanks for your support! Never thought that ttc will be such a stressful time!

heard plenty of stories of girls feeling distinctly af-like when the period that never came was due.
fx for a stronger line tomorrow- try not to test again today because you probably wouldnt see much difference in the line.

Oh MissMedusa that's frustrating :( Sure its not implantation spotting? How many DPO are you?

Pop I also read in my preg book last night (just want to confirm I did not run out and buy this like a loon...it was given to me!) that you should DTD a few days before OV and around OV and then you should just forget about it until the day AF should arrive...i haven't checked but I bet a man wrote that piece of advice!!

Nah, it's a bit late for implantation bleeding, I'm 11DPO. AF is a bit early but it probably won't get going properly until tomorrow which will be CD28.

medusa sorry about your af arrival. I know how it's feel when you think you done all the right things and still not pg! I felt like that last month (and will this month if af arrives). I kept thinking there is something wrong with me! Fx I was wrong and June is my month!
I'm going to test later today, I know the line won't be any darker, I just want to make sure it's still there! I got over 30hpt(well not so many any more ) so if I'm pg, I need to use them up. Don't I? if not I'll just buy more next month. They so cheap.

Sorry about AF medusa. I am willing mine to sod off now so I can try again! They weren't joking about that 20% chance of getting pregnant each month stuff, were they? Dunno why I spent so many years worried about using condoms, it's not as easy as you think!

It's a good job they are cheap pop. The POAS is so addictive!

I've just been looking up clinical trials as I am interested in doing that if there are any suitable. There are loads for when you are pregnant! I have just emailed off about one for when TTC. Its to look at detecting pregnancy I think. All listed on NHS if anyone else is interested. I like the idea of helping other people get pregnant or improving things for other people that are pregnancy by being involved in a trial.

Does anyone know when implantation commonly happens then? Just interested to know really (not asking because I think it's happening etc)

I think it happens 6-10 DPO.

Why aren't we built with some special signal to tell us if we're pregnant from the point egg is fertilised! Our belly button should go green or maybe a different hormone to LH should be released so we can detect it! This 2ww is really unecessary :)

OMG!! I just have done another hpt (after holding wee for 4 hours and not drinking any water) and the line is stronger!!! In fact much stronger! Still not same colour as control line, but you don't need to stare at it to see it! I got such a mixed feelings now!!! Very happy but scared at the same time!!!! Am I pg now??

Just read that implantation bleeding occurs 6-12 dpo so I suppose it could still be that but I highly doubt it. Will just have to pick myself up, dust myself off and try again next month.

Can I upload pic from my phone? I have taken a pic of the test! It's not very good, but you can just see it!

Medusa technically you could be trying again in two weeks (rather then a month) if that makes you feel any better?

It's only DPO 2 and I'm so inpatient already...great! Have also put an offer on a house this week and waiting eagerly by the phone for an answer...feel like I'm waiting for everything at the moment!

pop - I want to see the picture. Come on, get on a computer! I would be doing that clear blue one in the morning now for sure!

I'd go for a green belly button. Not a glowing one though, don't want to look like a telly tummy with everyone knowing i'm pregnanct through my clothes!

dulcet will post the pic in the evening. I sent one to my dh and he said he can't see anything! There is def a line! I won't use the clear blue just yet, as very expensive, it's the one with conception time. But I think they less sensitive than the cheap ones from Internet. Read somewhere that they measure 25mIU and the cheap ones measure 10IU. Will go to tesco and look for other digital hpt or the clear blue digital without the conception indicator.

So I went a bit mad this morning on Amazon. Got a thermometer to temp, preseed, opks and hpts. I can PIARC lots. Hmm can't see it helping my addiction tho. :o

Wish they were here now. I feel the urge to POAS.
