Queen thanks for the tip. Oh the IPeriod app needs two AF dates so I'll have to hold off on that one.

I've downloaded Period Diary and it says that AF is due today and I OV on 25th May, 3 days before I started using sticks :( Atleaat I know what the cramps are about now!!

Does anyone know what would happen if I started using the CBFM 3 days late? I don't think it's going to turn up until Thursday :(

Thanks pinkie for some reason I thought that you were taking 1000 mg. my mistake. already had one so let's see what's happen. Should be ov around now.

red I just took my first epo tablet today. Cd15 for me, I'll take some tmr and day after tmr and then will stop untill my cd1 (hopefully that won't happen! )
I don't think it's matter when you start taking them as long as you don't take them after ov. That's my understanding. Be free to correct me if I'm mistaken.

Newbie you can adjust the CBFM up to cd5 I think so you will be fine.

Ouch, the ache today is like my body protesting at my decision to TTC. Stupid body! AF must be on her way. Got an appetite for destruction too! I don't think I have every been so aware of my ovaries as I am today. It's almost like they are on the outside of my body. Now that's weird!

Thanks for the TMI Red that actually helped me understand my own situation a bit more as I noticed the same this morning.

red I'm just tired and now have on/off nausea too. Boobs still sore also!

Still no sign of AF!!!! Only 1 day late so not worth stressing but would like it to be over. Perhaps if I buy a preg test it will appear :)

I wish I could remember my last one to work it out! I think it's this week though, or next week at the latest. I don't track the days though and this is first month of doing this so taking the relaxed approach. Obviously logging in here everyday might not be very relaxed but he doesn't know that bit! :o

Dulcet, my ovaries have been like that since CD9!

I am thinking I might get some Vitex tomorrow and take it with the EPO and starflower oil cd1 to 10 and see how I get on. I am figuring that it can't do any harm. It cant really get much worse!

As ridiculous as this sounds I think I may have a very bad case of wind and not Pms. I would really like to know now either way! Has Anyone else experienced really really bad wind problems when AF should have arrived or maybe at the same time as AF?

Ok I know I'm being totally paranoid so early on but I've decided to take a test when i get home tonight. I've realised i only get cramps when I'm sitting down at the desk and as soon as I stand up they go. Also have really bad lower back pain and leaking watery stuff. Probably nothing but worth a test!

So my symptoms are just AF being really cruel. I'm sure the cow will put an appearance in tomorrow
