CD14 and still no positives on OPK. On one hand this is a good thing because dh was shattered yesterday after working through the night on Friday, a 16 hour shift! So we still have opportunity tonight and the next few days maybe. The negative side is last month I ovulated as late as CD18 and my cycle was only 26 days, with spotting a few days before that. Very short LP

i'm feeling your impatience chunky. I 'm currently on CD22. I keep on looking at my app (as if if i look enough i will magically be transported to CD30!)and counting and recounting the days.

I also dont think we did enough BD this month and then got confused with the 'when did i ovulate' thing. So not hopeful this month. As this is my cycle #1 i havent tested before....... My plan is to wait till CD29 which is next sunday to test ( my last few cycles have been 32, 29, 29, 31)

I know there is a couple of us chunky and pazee who's sharing the same AF due date.... what are you guys going to do? I dont know whats best?! should i wait until AF is overdue a few days before i test or test a couple days beforehand?

and cherry talk about symptom spotting.... i was sure my nipple really hurt yesterday morning (it still a little bit now.... but then again, maybe they've always felt like that but i just havent noticed?!) and right this moment, my stomach doesnt seem quite right... i have a little cramp.....BUT then again that could be the ginormous cavery i just had for lunch.... in fact thats probably it!!

There are a few of us with roughly the,same POAS day aren't there Candy??!! To be honest, I'm a bit once-bitten-twice-shy after testing on 11dpo & getting a BFP but then having a v early MC at cd29. If I hadn't tested, I prob would have twigged but I might not have been so disappointed/upset. I plan to wait until at least the following weekend after AF is due to POAS, as I should be fairly certain by then & have passed the longest length cycle in the last 6 mths too, iyswim.

I haven't got any real symptoms, just irritability but that could be down to stress!!! But then, at 6dpo, I prob wouldn't have really... Really don't think its our month this month though, so not that keen to POAS, just to get to AF due date & get on with the next cycle!!!

yes i think i will refrain from testing as long as i can. Maybe even a week after AF is due so that i can test over the weekend . That way if by then AF is still not here , then there will be a better chance of seeing a BFP.....

Not going buy anyt sticks yet.... if i have them then i will be tempted!

Hey everyone, hope you are all ok and managing to survive this madness of ttc....its sending me loopy!

I keep finding myself staring at my fertility friend app and imagining my egg leaving my ovary!

I'm currently on CD14 and was sure this was going to be my ovulation day, but in reality I'm pretty sure it was yesterday as had very stretchy EWCM yesterday midday (CD13).

Sadly I'd planned to DTD around today and therefore don't feel I've done enough this month, feel soooo disappointed I ovulated early and only managed to DTD CD10, CD12 and CD13 (about 6hrs after EWCM).

Am planning on seducing dp DTD again tonight just incase egg is still alive.

I'll be definatley purchasing some opks for next cycle as I'm annoyed with myself for getting cocky trusting my CM. Oh well, AF due 18th March so will be glad to get onto ttc cycle #3.

Am very jealous of you all already well into your 2ww. Best of luck to you all for BFP x x

Pickledhen feel the same about the lack of appropriately timed SWI - we DTD early a.m. cd14, had EWCM (I think) that evening, didn't manage to DTD again until Monday night (although the OPK suggested I hadn't actually ov until at least Monday, as I got a peak Mon eve) then didn't DTD again until this morning. Hoping that it was enough, but really not sure. You never know though, you might have done enough with the cd12 effort... It only takes 1 swimmer afterall!! :)

Quick question, I had a very faint line on an ovulation stick last night (my last one!). I also had some, well seemed quite a bit actually of cm yesterday. I've read that a faint line doesn't mean you're fertile BUT does this suggest that my body is gearing up to release a magical little egg?!

My dilemma is now whether to run out and get a clear blue ovulation kit today or whether I might have even missed the boat and perhaps ovulation has already occurred but that would be extremely early for me.

DH has banned me on buying anything else conception related after I bought a CB fertility monitor last week in my excitement but didn't realise I can't use it until next AF (which DH is convinced wont be needed now!)

Hey Crazy either way your body is clearly ready/realeasing your egg due to your CM...soooo I'd prob just bite the bullet and DTD as much as poss over the next 3 days. What CD are you on? x

I'm on CD 15, AF came 2 weeks ago very late Saturday night so I'm counting from the Sunday (don't usually ovulate until day 21 ish). We DTD last night but bit cross with myself for not starting earlier. Def gonna carry on trying next few days.

Fingers crossed for you. You def seem to have a good chance looking at your DTD dates.

Fab for DTD last night, sounds like your on the ball yes def carry on trying, though the problem then becomes knowing when to stop! Lol! I've pretty much had enough now as DTD last night (just to be sure) and maybe will again tonight, just for luck! Lol!

I've not used opks, stupidly relied on my CM but am def going to get some next month!

CD15 although is very early for you, it does sound ok in general terms :) so the fact you managed to DTD last night goes hugely in your BFP favour!

Arghh tell me about it, if I don't get a BFP this month I genuinely feel like giving up! I'm only on cycle 2 but it is so draining...I can't think of anything else!

Candy, Chunky and Pazee I'm also due to finish my 2ww around the same time but given that my cycle tends to vary by a few days I'm going to try to wait and test after the latest AF could be due. Helpfully DH is away until then so he's imposed a POAS ban until he gets back!

How is everyone's symptom spotting going? I have far fewer "symptoms" than I thought I had the first two cycles but am getting occasional cramps in the uterus area and have been feeling really emotional the last two days. I watched the final Friends episode twice over the weekend and was in bits both times! . I have also woken up in the middle of the night the last couple of nights feeling really down - don't know if that classes as a symptom!

Hi girls, don't really have much to say. Just wanted to check in! I've been going a bit (more) loopy over the past couple of days.

Like a lot of us on here I'm convinced we haven't dtd at the right time. For one reason or another we haven't had a chance to swi for a week and I now think the opk that I thought was positive round cd16 actually wasn't as one that I took on Saturday was much darker. I'm now on cd31 and just hate having such long irregular cycles. Means I never know where I am! Half of me is tempted to do a pregnancy test but the other (more rational) side of me says to stick it out for as long as poss. I was out celebrating a friends birthday on Saturday and had far too much to drink so I'm now feeling really guilty about that!

Well for somebody that didn't have much to say I've certainly managed to waffle on! Sorry for the self indulgent miserable post. Must have the Monday blues! Hope everyone else is doing and keeping the TTC madness at bay, or at least doing a better job than me!

Ok so just did another cheapie opk. Looked Positive to me and this time I hadn't chucked my sample away so did a clear blue digi opk and got a smiley face.

So goodness knows what was going on earlier in my cycle. But it looks like instead of being in the 2ww as I had initially thought I had better get back on the swi case. Have a feeling I've left it way to late now but hey ho. Can't see much cm though, I'm so confused.

POAS this morning BFN have no idea what is going on, now 2 days late.

Sorry cherrypiew. Still could be too early? Hopefully AF will stay away and you can test again towards the end of the week.

Hi Ladies, mind if I join you? I MC'd in January at 6 weeks so we were hoping that the myth about being extra fertile after a MC would be true for us. AF was on the 18th of Feb and already I am getting a the faintest whisper of boob soreness...Was exhausted last week but it was a very trying week at work. Trying not to think about the what-ifs and trying not to test until AF is due! Please stop me from wasting tests!

Argghh BFN this morning - worked out AF should have come yesterday rather than Saturday so - its not all bad...yet. I feel you Cherry pie.

Very late to the party here but looking to regain some sanity..

TTC %231 after a MMC in Dec. AF due yesterday. BFN Sat ( couldn't resist!) and another today but still no sign.

Feeling fairly grumpy ( AF could well be en-route).. Reluctant to go to the loo for fear that my friend will arrive.. Ridiculous I know.

I've bought the more expensive tests- they'd probably show BFP by now wouldn't they?

I'm also after the post-MC (although a v early one, so not side it counts...) fertility boost & keeping fingers, toes, everything but legs crossed for a BFP & a sticky bean, but not that hopeful as not sure we DTD sufficiently.

Laffy & Cherry- I think your body does it deliberately just to spite you whdn you're TTC!!

Does anyone know if a really sharp, stitch-like pain on your right side is a symptom or just a pain??!! It's too high up to be ovulation or ovary related (& fairly sure I ovulated a week ago) & its not my appendix as I had that out in October...

I'm sure I was having OV pains today but it's a week early and I've had no EWCM.
So I did an OPK just to check and there was a dark line, although not dark enough to be a +itve. Normally I have no line at all.

Ah feels like this plane is going through some turbulance. Hold on tight ladies! Iam positive once we get through this we will see some pretty rainbows in the shape of BFPs!!! (quite positive its not going to me but with such afull flight, surely we will get some right?!)

pandawatch been trying to symptom watch but to be honest .... dont think there is much there! as i mentioned before, i have slightly sure nipples (altho never paid attention to them before so maybe there were/are always like this?!) and today i have slight stomach cramps ....but AF due next tuesday so not sure if its just period cramps! (i've been on the pill for 10 years! and only came off it last Novemnber..... so i have no idea how soon 'natural period' cramp comes as i use to never really get any until maybe the day before when i was on the pill )

Chunky in my book any pain is a symptom not healthy I know.
