I'm due AF 11/1/12 so out of time for the previous bus so thought I'd start a new one! Well a space shuttle (why not!!!).

So I'll start:

I'm currently on cd 15 so have been SWI like mad this week :)

Think the writing was on the wall cake - no AF, all the symptoms etc etc but Congratulations anyway & sorry for 'impregnating' you as it were

Wow looks like I started a very lucky shuttle!!! Are we in BFP double figures yet?!!

Huge congratulations to all the BFPs! Delighted for you all - this is an impressively lucky shuttle!

AF got me this morning though, and is making her presence felt with very painful cramps. :( Can't really complain or say I'm surprised, as definitely not enough SWI-ing at the right time and it was only our first month trying, so onwards to next month!

Fingers crossed for all those still waiting and symptom-spotting :)

Hi, please can I join too?? AF due 23rd Jan. I've just discovered the app on my phone . I've got a 19 month old DS and been thinking it's time to start trying for our second.

Hi Cejay hope the shuttle is lucky for you! So far, think its slightly better than 50-50 for BFPs (of those that can know by now...) so better than the 'official' stats for getting pregnant.

My DD is coming up to 21 months and I wanted to start TTC a couple of months back but had to wait for a few things to be resolved, iykwim. I guess its fairly common, I suppose they're becoming more independent & less baby-like at that age.

I was hoping to follow the lead of Ahhpushit (missing from the BFP list btw) with a birthday BFP but it wasn't to be, still no sign of AF though so i'm not out just yet. just as well really that it wasn't a BFP as i spent all weekend drinking

Congrats to those who got BFPs this weekend. :) Great news! I'm still waiting for AF to arrive but it's only a few weeks since I stopped taking the pill so it's not surprising.

I'm hoping you sent some babydust down my may as it may be my only hope. My bloating and sore boobs have stopped (did I just need to fart??) and I feel pretty normal apart feeling a bit nauseous in the evening but it could be because I ate too much or because I'm making it up.

IPhone app says I'll be ov on Thursday so we are now SWI...ish....

DH got the call on friday to say his mum has lung cancer so we've taken the news quite badly. We found out today they are going to treat it so we are hopeful but of course we've had all weekend to worry and think the worst... DH was very upset and we had tears as the reason we delayed ttc was because he wasn't ready / scared of having kids and now he feels all selfish and we've wasted quality family time :(

The flowers appeared in the window yesterday (fertile time!) so I had to say that despite what news we got today could we still keep trying this week as we don't want any more delays....

For now we can breathe a sigh of relief but a reminder of what it's all about really x

Wow time really moves slowly when you're sitting on the bench. I rather like DelphineDonkeygoesDoolally's categories so we can see who is where.

Sorry about your sad news Puggymum. We had a bereavement in the family over Xmas and it does put it all into perspective, I agree. You have to focus on what really matters and not worry about the little things so much. Really hope your DH's mum responds well to treatment - and that you get luck with the SWI-ing of course!

So sorry to hear about your MIL PuggyMum

I have been lurking for a week and a bit but I am joining this bus/shuttle quite late as AF was actually due yesterday or today, I hope you don't mind! DH and I started TTC in 2010 and tried for months with no luck, took a long break and just decided to start trying again on the spur of the moment around New Year's! I'm not going to add myself to the existing list since I'm so late joining but the waiting is killing me and I need somewhere to vent!

I'm driving myself nuts trying to figure out if it worked this month- one minute I'm positive I'm pg, the next feeling like there's absolutely no way. I have no idea whether anything I'm feeling physically is a symptom or just nerves (I suffer from an anxiety disorder so that doesn't help!) but the only concrete thing I have to go on so far was that I was supposed to get my period at some point in the last 24-48 hours and didn't. But that could again, mean nothing and I could start bleeding/cramping at any time. :( Testing tomorrow morning, estimate I'll be about 13 DPO.

I hate TTC. What a mindfuck.

Sorry to hear about your MIL Puggymum, it's really hard. Both my mum and MIL were diagnosed with cancer when I was first pregnant. I lost my mum a few months ago and my MIL isn't in a good way. You're going to have to preserve yourself once your pregnant and you're going to have to be strong for your DH. What you need to concentrate on is the future of your family: what's ahead of you is going to be amazing, you're going to make a little one with the man who chose.

On another note, I'm going to try to amend the list and please feel free to change it and move yourself if I got it wrong.

CD12 here and think I ovulated at the weekend although not sure if that seems a little early. We should be moving house soon and once we have settled in if I have not got a BFP by then I think I will invest in some Opk's.

Hmmm, I wonder if control-freakery could be a symptom? Ok, I can already hear DH say that in that case I'd be constantly preggers...

Feeling very unpregnant, I always get very hungry a week before AF and I am now so could be relegated very shortly too.
