I've just fell off the March bus last night and feeling . There is another bus for April but I didn't see any familiar names on it and I know a few old friends fell off the March bus so I thought I'd start my own bus (first one I've really started!)

So I'm handing round the and and sitting at the back 'til AF

Hi Bleats welcome to the thread! Yes.. it can get very obsessive. Currently I'm very excited but then again I haven't started to drive myself mad with symptom spotting yet. I'm ttc#3 and I was still convinced I was pregnant last month when I wasn't . I think when it comes to this, the rule about the more you experience the less you know definitely applies!

Well today iam feeling exhausted even though i slept well last night and my trousers are feeling slightly tight but that probably just be my pre af bloating but no sore boobs as of yet which i normally get in the run up to af not going to get my hopes up though.

Ok, so I'm feeling quite sick today. Ridiculous symptom spotting but so hard not to!

Wll i am shattered again to day mainly i think it down to dp fidgeting about all night had to kick him out in the end!!!! Am feeling huge today so think af will be turning up at the end of the week and startingto crave sweet stuff which normally happens about now.

So, cycle day 28 today; no sign of AF, so couldn't resist peeing on a stick - BFN .

Hoping it's just too early, but am feeling really low now. I know its only my first cycle, so I shouldn't get upset (especially as AF hasn't arrived yet), but it's hard not to.

Anyone got any nice positive stories about late BFPs to keep me going?

Got +ve OPK result on Monday - SWI x 2 on Sunday and x1 on Monday, no SWI yesterday (damn DH feeling "tired"!) Hope that is enough...

Should I pester DH again tonight is the question... I think ovulation is supposed to happen within 24-36 hours after the +ve result, and then the egg lives for up to 24 hours, so tonight might still be just about within the right time frame?

Floydie how regular are your cycles, is it usual for you to have a late AF or not?

Does anyone know wether you've OPK then EWCM stops? from what I've read after 3 days of it yes it should unless in some cases it doesn't. That's clear as mud then

Hello! I've been lurking about for a while but as I've now actually ovulated I thought I'd add myself to the list:

I've been off the pill since late March and this is cycle #2 - I've got no known health problems but my dp is 19 years older than me so that may prove a problem. At least it isn't the other way round I suppose!

Floydie - I was very upset for about a day when af arrived after one month of ttc (especially as af started so slowly and lightly I thought it may be implantation bleeding - hah!) but I got over it. If you get too down and stressed that's not good for potential babymaking so just think positive even if af does appear.

180 I don't know - I don't actually get EWCM which makes me a bit worried.

Anyone know if EWCM is necessary to get pg?

i've read far too much quite a bit on this and it seems to help with conception as it helps keep sperm alive for longer and helps them swim. They suggest using preseed may help if you don't get much of it, but can't really speak from experience I'm afraid.

mini, it's my first cycle off the pill in 16 years (when I was 16) so to be honest, I'm only guessing as to when AF should show up. I think was hoping that after all that time on the pill my body will have forgotten it used to be irregular! Daft moo .

This is very true disco, I seriously need to relax about this - It's been a very stressful month anyway (conception attempts aside).

I think the one blob reddish/brown cm (sorry TMI alert) which arrived at a time when I could expect implantation got my hopes up . Still, lets see what the next few days brings. Hopefully it's either a BPF of AF so I can get on with next month!

Floydie when I came off the pill when trying to conceive DD my cycles were between 29 and 34 days! I'd start swi from cycle day 12 until CD 20 just to be sure. DP was delighted . Had BFP third month in and she is now 4.

Ah Floydie I'm in a similar position. Came off Pill in Feb - I think my first cycle after that was 46 days or something?! it's got shorter each month since then though, last one was 32 days, goodness knows what this one will be.

Hi Girls, haven't been on this board in a long time!!I'm in the 2WW and on DPO 7 at the moment. For the past 2 days I've been having sore breast and some pulling sensation down under but I'm not letting myslef to get excited cause I"ve still got 5 days to go ( have a shortish luteal phase)

Ok so this is very weird.

I just fainted in the office. Sitting quietly at my desk, having a late lunch, suddenly felt very hot and dizzy and basically blacked out for a few seconds.

Could it be a symptom of (very) early pg ? I could only be 2 days pg at most...

Admittedly it could just be a sign I hadn't eaten all day, but on the other hand that's quite a common thing for me and I've never fainted before...

Hello everyone how is it all going for you all? sorry not been around have been so busy, now the kids have broken up for the holidays so probably be even busier entertaining them for the next 6 weeks!

Not really done very well this month as have tried to just relax and go with the flow but to be honest not done the deed much so would literally be a miracle. My af is due on monday so we will see. Anyone having any positive signs?

I have done no tests and No OV tests or anything this month but to be honest not tried very hard as felt my body needed a break after last month, so looks like i will be on the next month unless like i said above a miracle happens.

Thanks 180 yes all fine now! I know, I know, ought really to eat proper regular meals and all that.

to be fair I've fainted on the tube on the way in from not eating. woke up lying on my back in the tube with lots of people staring at me and promptly burst into tears! Not preggers, just hungover and low blood sugar, but still a pretty horrid experience. Commuters were lovely though (until the driver held the train waiting for a platform staff to look after me ). Don't try this at home folks..
