Right, I have decided henceforth my plan of action with this thread is to try and post more frequently as I love reading about you all, but my inability to remember information and having to make a list is, quite frankly, too much Grin So i will attempt to remember what and who I can when i post, and you will have to forgive me when i ineveitbly leave someone out and I will have to hope that over a few posts I will remember you all!! Grin if you all agree to my plan of action I will try and be more regular.

Lol at vjay sending poor cjay to cupcake I know cupcake wants another LO, but I should imagine that CJay would be slightly bigger than she bargained on Wink Grin Vjay Hope you get some answers soon, hopefully it will be fine and turn out like barbie's friends did, the waiting and worrying is always the worst though.

Moon Hmmm Law of sod, ime Sod's law is quite common for me, so you never know Either way it is good that you are nearly at the point of moving things along, which always helps. I'm sorry that things in RL are not going well and I hope your dog gets better soon Sad It's no wonder you are feeling like you just can't be bothered, and yes you are right, better out than in

barbie really glad you came back, as cupcake wisely said when everyone is hurting and dealing with such a mix of emotions and difficult situations, words can be magnified and take on more significance than necessary, especially words on a screen. Sad It's amazing to me seeing the twists and turns of this thread and how paths cross, separate and sometimes become polar opposites, it's a wonder everyone is still sane Grin Though I cannot vouch for my own sanity at the moment. The main thing is, is that it remains a support network and shouldn't become another part of the big bag of crap (Trademark Moon ) Wink

Speaking of cupcake Shock Shock Get that test done and report back!!!!!

MLS Shock at the rudeness, you should have given him a Wink and said breezily, 'Oh if only i could remember which one the father could be' Grin

Fantastic news gracie glad the scan went well, what a relief! Smile Smile

4ever Hope the weekend has gone ok, you always have such lovely ways of marking occasions. Smile Thinking of you.

Someone asked when I am due, I am due 30th October so can now say next month, which seems sooner! We have starting getting things ready. Need to think about buying things for the hospital bag soon and would like to buy a changing bag. Any suggestions? That has taken ages as have stopped to do DS's bedtime in the middle , so have probably xposted loads!

Neeko · 11/09/2011 20:45

Hi all. Sorry I haven't posted in a while. I have been lurking but listgate scared me! Blush

Congrats Gracie. Really pleased that all is well. Sorry to hear about the vomiting, but I'll bet you don't care today.

Congrats also to Cupcake. Knowing how well you chart, you don't need that test that the lovely Vjay has sent by Cjay courier. Clearly leaning on the bench was enough!

4ever Huge hugs for all your sad anniversaries. Hope you're managing to smile through the tears and the packing is going well xxx

Vjay I'm sure all will be fine, but we'll all feel better when you get an official all-clear. You have made me laugh with the chocolate number-2 and the posting C-jay.Grin

moon have to echo what others have said about how in love you are. I'm sure your wedding will be perfect, whatever way you do it (and having to go to the maternity unit after the reception would save a fortune on a honeymoon!Wink) Well done on the weightloss too.

MLS The cheeky sod. Not like you to say nothing!

Blue are you off on a Monday or Tuesday? Maybe we could meet up now M and I are in school all day?

QA Won't be long now. Glad to hear your Ds is getting on well at school.

barbie Glad to see you back posting. Hope you're getting planty of movement by now and the horrormones aren't too bad.

Strawberry Come back. You know how much we all love you.

LBM You certainly do get about!

Louey Can understand your concern re carseat. Hope it's all sorted now. Glad Oscar is giving you plenty of smile now too.

All fine here, if a little busy. M has had an ear infection but finally got anti-bs. She's still loving school and her social life has taken off - 2 parties this weekend. work is manic as usual. i was offered a temp promotion, but turned it down. School is under new mangement and it's all a little unsettled to say the least. Loving my mummy days with H.

Had a total poo-gate moment last week. TMI allert. H has been withholding her chocolate number 2s (sorry *Vjay) due to it being sore after bad nappy rash so when it comes there's loads of it. Anyways last week I was in the kitchen and when I came through her nappy had leaked and it was all over the couch. She'd been sitting at one end and then had walked the length of the couch (smearing as she went) and sat at the other end. To say my face was Shock Shock Shock is an understatement! We have a fabric couch but I now know the covers all come off and can be put through the washing machine! Grin

Anyways, hope you're all ok. I'm shaking my pom poms for all on the small pants bench.

cupcakefairy · 11/09/2011 20:57

Vjay so sorry I forgot to say earlier a big Confused for your worries too... really hope your mind will be put at rest soon.

moon I have to say, you are sounding soooo strong despite all the bag of crap life is throwing at you (Friends moment- Mike "I'm changing my name to crapbag. If you have trouble remembering it, just think of a bag of crap" GrinGrin) I'm also willing to bet you will be a beautiful bride with a bump Wink... I bought a bumper pack of Always last week and look what happened to me Hmm (sorry if that sounds glib Confused)

Hi neeko :) LOL at the chocolate number 2 story!! Grin can just imagine your face. So glad you're enjoying mummy days with H :)

qa yay for next month!! My best friend's baby was born 29th Oct last year...can't believe it's been a whole year ShockShock Lovely time of year. And also we really don't mind how regularly you post but hooray if you'll be around more :)

Gotta dash...about to place a last minute bid on some shoes for ds on ebay! Don't wanna miss it from chatting on here!!

cupcakefairy · 11/09/2011 21:05

Woohooo, got them Grin love sweeping in on an auction in the last minute and nabbing it

Right I am off to watch some tele with my dddddddh (copyright 4ever), night all xxx

GracieGirl · 11/09/2011 21:56

Evening! Very quick post to say thank you for all your support today. Smile
I've spent the whole rest of the afternoon and evening vomiting madly. Confused I feel very rubbish. Going to see Gp tomorrow though am very over paranoid about taking medications when pregnant so hopefully I'll just come out with a sick note. My scan also showed a 3cm luteal cyst on left ovary, not sure what that means, must google tomorrow and scare myself to death. Google is a bad thing- stay away Gracie!

Cupcake very exciting stuff! Vjay it's great sending pregnancy tests that turn out to be positive, I remember feeling very proud when my tests I sent out to Barbie turned out positive! Grin

Hello to everyone else, I'll post properly tomorrow when I feel a bit better.

PS - got a message from MrsKate she's in hospital with abdominal pains. Possible gallstones or appendicitis. Got admitted in the middle of her night shift last night. Sad

4everhopeful · 11/09/2011 22:39

Well what a day..... lots of posts on here.... lots to take in.... Confused

Gracie glad to hear all is well with your bean, sorry your feeling so ill but obviously a good sign...

Neeko your poo story gave me a much needed smile today...!

Mrskate hope you're ok? wow another one on the small pants bench?!?!

Cupcake we already tx bless u, but as you know I'm on a rollercoaster right now and need to get off for a bit as starting to feel a little sick and dizzy... love u lots tho and if i can be happy for anyone right now, its definitely you my lovely ....

Barbie Sad bit gutted you stayed away feeling upset you thought i thought you ignored my post.. sounds a bit silly written down....

My emotions are running v high at the moment as im sure you can appreciate... Its very hard having just had my first Af when actually i should be nearly half way through my pregnancy, and I won't lie its very hard with.the sudden influx of everyone suddenly sitting on the small pants bench again, feel like I've fallen on my face and have to crawl back to the starting line while watching everyone else speed past me.... Sad Basically today emotions are running sooooooooooooo high, I've had lots of wine at a lovely meal with mum Dh and Summer, now I'm crashing quite spectacularly and feeling Sad and Angry and missing my DDDDDDDDDDDDad......

4everhopeful · 11/09/2011 23:06

Oh yea, and crap feelings continued as its 4 yrs on wednesday since my first miscarriage ..... Sad that was my honeymoon baby..

Like barbie i joined here 3yrs ago this month, About a wk or 2 after i think... Id already had 3 miscarriages and my 3rd was a dragged out hell after losing my baby at 13WKS to Edwards syndrome and having 2 ERPCs as it really should of been delivered vaginally by that point... Sad

Barbie really hope you don't feel resentful in any way that I'm somehow preventing you from expressing and enjoying your pregnancy cos you feel guilty or paranoid? Yes, it hurts I've lost yet another baby, but I'm actually quite numb after 5 mcs and have had to endure many a RL shared edd, that's life, sometimes it hurts. I don't want to feel guilty for my understandably sad emotions that maybe somehow stifling your understandably happy emotions ifykwim? Surely this thread has always been a diverse rollercoaster and there is room for all spectrums.....

4everhopeful · 12/09/2011 09:23

Oh dear ladies, i fear the wine was talking last night... Blush Reading back my posts seem a bit maudlin and actually we had a beautiful day celebrating my DDads life, a great meal out, but I had far too much wine!

Absolutely hate to sound self pitying, have come through far too much in my life to sit and feel sorry for myself! Yes, i like to remember certain dates, but this is simply too acknowledge the existence of my lost angels, certainly not to ask for sympathy and pity.... This thread does have its ups and downs, as i said, so many different spectrums on various different levels of lifes rollercoaster, therefore inevitably someone will be high, while someone else maybe low, but the train keeps moving and that's the beauty of life!

I know I've talked about this month being hard, but tbh, as I said, i just want to mark certain days, to remember, not dwell... My recent loss was indeed heartbreaking, but we've survived, just as we did before, except this time its been made all tge easier as we have Summer, and I can honestly say, hand on heart, i could not be happier right now.. No one will ever truly understand what its like to lose one baby after the other and wonder if you will ever have be a mummy, when you finally have that baby, trust me, you never stop being grateful and never stop smiling... its a true joy and blessing.... Ahh on cue I'm being leapt on and cuddled and kissed!

Apologies for giving any wrong impressions! Right must dash, soreish head needing more coffee and gotta get ready for some pampering at hairdressers! Packing tomorrow, roll on next Sunday!

cupcakefairy · 12/09/2011 11:01

Hi 4ever don't worry we all understand. Think we need mummy blue to come and pull us all together with some choice words and buck the thread up! :)

loueytb3 · 12/09/2011 13:46

gracie that's fabby news Smile. I'm sorry you are still being so sick and I'm glad you are going to the drs. Hope they can help and that you accept the help. I also had a luteal cyst (as did barbie I think). They are usually nothing to worry about, they will just need to keep an eye on it when you are scanned. They usually disappear without any intervention. Have you heard from mrskate - sounds awful, just as she had got back on her feet.

cupcake eeeeeeeeekkkkkkk! You must have the patience of a saint, how have you got to CD36 and not tested. (Admittedly this comes from someone who got a bfp on CD23...) So glad vjay has some to the rescue, and hopefully it will be hpts in the post tomorrow and not cjay Grin

4ever glad you are feeling a bit better today. Lots of emotions flying around you at the moment with all those dates and add alcohol into the mix and it is not a surprise that you were feeling like that (not meant to be a criticism, just that I understand).

barbie saw the pic on FB of Dolly's first day back - so cute! Hope you are enjoying the few hours of peace and quiet.

neeko Shock at your sofa - I knew there was a reason I bought leather ones (pre-DC). Mind you, my carpet would almost certainly fail any environmental health check for the same reasons. It will be burnt when we're past potty training stage. Hope M is feeling better and you aren't too wiped by all the parties. I've only done a few but they are exhausting!

slimmoon 2 stone - well done you!! You have had a load to deal with and I'm sorry about your poorly dog Sad, not surprised you are feeling like everythings crap ATM. Not long til your appt and it would indeed be sods law if you conceive on the first attempt, but a very nice sods law it would be.

QA next month, how exciting! I bought a new changing bag because the one I had for DTs was more like an overnight bag with the amount of stuff I had to cart around...Work gave me some john lewis vouchers so I spent them on this

vjay I've got an appt next week to see the Dr about having a coil put in, but I'm getting cold feet after your story and reading a few threads on here. Would you have recommended it before you couldn't find the strings?

Holiday plans are changing, can't justify price of flights to Florida next Easter so we are thinking of Tenerife now. Off to google...

VJay · 12/09/2011 15:59

dashing in quick, Louey this is my second coil, the first was in for 5 years inbetween the boys, and apart from missing strings this time, I've had no problems. If the scan shows that it's still in place then there it will stay. Hth x

barbie1 · 12/09/2011 16:17

Headache from hell..off to bed. Glad we are all friends again Smile
Night night all, hope you are all safe in the horrible weather I keep hearing being reported x

loueytb3 · 12/09/2011 16:53

Poor barbie hope a good nights sleep sorts it out x

Thanks vjay, that's reassuring. Have you got the copper one or mirena?

Forgot to say that Isaac loved his first week at school so much, he wanted to go on Saturday Smile. Part of it is the fact he gets to ride in a different car (Ford Galaxy as he keeps telling me.... Grin) Round 2 tomorrow with Luke starting.

Can hear O crying, just as I have sat down with a cup of coffee - how is it they know???? Better go and rescue him.

VJay · 12/09/2011 17:35

{{{{{ 4ever }}}}}

Louey it's the mirena, and they just know Grin

barbie hope you feel better in the morning. The weather here hasn't been too bad so far, I think it's worse down in blueandneeko land.

Gracie how's mrskate doing, I hope she's ok

monkey how are you doing?

Another hug to {{{{{ moon }}}}} and well done on your weight loss, what's your secret?

strawberry how are you too?

Ajar has just announced hes pooed!!!
Laters x

OP posts:
loueytb3 · 12/09/2011 19:52

Ajar??? Grin

Assuming you mean ajay there is nowt much wrong with his communication skills. Potty training soon Wink

cupcakefairy · 12/09/2011 19:57

I was just thinking we hadn't heard much from monkey lately... hope you're ok lovely.

qa missed your question on changing bags ...I covet the Cath Kidston changing bags and would loooove one but out of my price range sadly! There is someone on ebay who makes changing bags from Cath Kidston oilcloth and sells them cheaper. Mine is a SkipHop one which is v functional but a bit boring.
louey yours is gorgeous! But why are changing bags so blummin expensive??

sabs can't believe your lovely S is so nearly 2!! Wow. Did she enjoy the In The Night Garden show? I'd have loved to take ds- he adores it; dances, waves his arms and 'sings' to the theme tune and laughs whenever the ninky-nonk comes on Grin But I knew he wouldn't sit still for more than 5 mins so would have been pointless!

Vjay I am itching to get my post tomorrow Grin even though I KNOW, it's still good to see 2 lines confirm it.

louey fab news Isaac loved school so much. You won't know what to do with yourself just having Oscar all day this week! :)

barbie hope you feel better soon. Ridiculously windy here in Wales, think dh quite enjoyed being swept all the way into work on his bike this morning Grin Are you feeling movements yet? And any news on the move??

Right, am about to watch season 6 finale of Grey's...no spoilers...but I think it'll be a nail-biter judging by the penultimate ep!

cupcakefairy · 12/09/2011 19:58

Oh yes forgot to say gracie send MrsKate our best.
Just thought, will moon have to change her name to MrsMoon after her big day Grin

GracieGirl · 13/09/2011 10:35

Morning! Still feeling rough. Saw Gp yesterday so I have a sick note and don't have to go to work.

Just heard from MrsKate, she's just had a CT scan and is waiting for the doctors to appear with the results.

Right, DD is at nursery so I'm off to bed to try and get some of the sleep I didn't get last night!

MummysLittleSunbeams · 13/09/2011 11:11

Morning.... Cupcake where are you??? Have you tested?? I have a Cath Kidston bag as my changing bag, I got it from the outlet shop in Portsmouth.

GG get crunching on those ginger biscuits.

Waves to all, must dash just wanted to see if Cupcake had moved onto the medium pants bench yet.

VJay · 13/09/2011 11:28

Any news cupcake ?????'Smile

cupcakefairy · 13/09/2011 11:54

cupcakefairy · 13/09/2011 12:05

Thanks :)....just honestly can't believe this happened from one night on holiday when it took me 6 months of dtd every other night mid cycle to conceive Jude...crazy.

cupcakefairy · 13/09/2011 12:07

Oh and I meant to say louey I wasn't being patient...I just didn't think there was any way I could be! Grin Plus, I don't ovulate til around day 19 anyway. (Hence why I will be lying amending my LMP date to my GP)

VJay · 13/09/2011 12:09

I have heard of people that take a while to conceive first time then second time it happens quite quick. Smile
