Sorry gmt

Hi poppyjen

DreamingOfABump · 02/05/2011 14:59

i keep poas too early despite frowning upon those who do. It like a grey mist comes down during my first wee of the day and when it lifts there i am with a pee stick and a BFN. Im prob only 9dpo- silly mare!

DreamingOfABump · 02/05/2011 15:00

( i have decided its like that little buzz you get from scratching a scratch card!)

orangehead · 02/05/2011 16:03

Hope you ok Byrnsie have you been to the docotors? I heard on here about someone who had 3 but early on so didnt go to docotors. They then wouldnt do tests as they had no records she had mc. Hopefuly it wont come to that but worth making sure the docotors have record of it. Majorty of women do go on to have healthy babies but its horrible to go through Sad
Hi poppyjen. I was just thinking this morning where spidookly is. If you out there spidookly, you ok? Is it because we being good on this bus?

MakesCakesWhenStressed · 03/05/2011 12:05

I've stopped feeling queasy and am now really hungry all the time! Also having weird low down pains like stitches, not like cramps at all, but the plethora of great big spots on my face would indicate PMT - I'm driving myself loopy with second guessing here and POAS a week early showed a BFN. Roll on Saturday - I never knew 2 weeks could take so long to pass!

maybebabyR · 03/05/2011 12:10

Afternoon Everyone

Sorry haven't pooped in for a while! Was away on business, then here there and everywere over the Easter break!

Have had a short catch-up, congrats on BFPs, and sorry about the AFs.

I just have a quick question. I have done loads of googling on clear blue evap lines. I have taken 4 (yes, 4 Smile) over the past few days. All have come back with a thin blue vertical line. This is well within the 10 min limit, and they then continue to darken over the next 10 mins or so.

I am refusing to believe I am pregnant, due to chemical pregnancy last month.

Can anyone offer any advice?

Thanks Ladies Grin

orangehead · 03/05/2011 12:30

It can feel like forever cakes.
Hi maybe have they all ben the same make, perhaps try another make.

orangehead · 03/05/2011 12:32

Just seen you not due till 13th ish maybe, seems qite early to test unless you have long lutuel phrase, when did you ov?

Poppyjen · 03/05/2011 12:36

Hi maybe I had this too back in Feb/March. I had a thin blue line slightly to the left of centre also well within the time limit and got darker with time. The next day I got a faint but thick blue line again within the time frame (darker at the bottom than the top).

I have read a few people say that their early BFP looked like that but these were false positives for me, I took three different brands of test (all same sensitivity or more sensitive) with same FMU and not even a whisper of a line on anything other than the clearblue so wasn't a chemical pregnancy.

I used to think false positives couldn't happen but after a bit of research showing soooo many others having this problem I am absolutely outraged that they are allowed to sell these with such an obvious flaw.

Apparently the dye from the horizontal (control) line leaks on to the vertical antibody strip where the positive would show and collects there (left of centre). Such a stupid design.

I would say try a pink dye test eg first response or at least one that isn't the + type.

Really hope that this isn't the case for you Smile sorry for such a pessimistic post!

MakesCakesWhenStressed · 03/05/2011 13:12

Oh yeah - and I'm absolutely knackered. Last three afternoons I've had to nap and then slept through the night as well plus I get really bad restless legs when I stay still for too long. I'm really trying not to gte my hopes up, but I'm interpreting everything as pregnancy symptom.

spidookly · 03/05/2011 13:17

I'm about orange - back from holidays with no MN access :)

Not much to say really - CD18 today so still in the SWI phase, although it seems less urgent with every passing day.

Hope all well and will check for news.

PS Don't test early! :o

orangehead · 03/05/2011 13:18

When you poas again poppy, fx for you.

orangehead · 03/05/2011 13:26

Hi spidookly I was starting to worry my conception twin had left me Wink.
Did you have a good holiday?

maybebabyR · 03/05/2011 13:49

Thanks for that poppy don't worry about it being pessimistic, I was thinking the same thing anyway Smile

You're right orange i thought it may be the 13th, but had been feeling quite off, so had a test lying around and took it. So maybe I ovulated early. Who knows.

Will try another brand though, thanks everyone Smile

Karbea · 03/05/2011 16:26

oo oo oo - I have tender boobs and I hardly ever have sore boobs! OK, it's official. I genuinely think I am pregnant and if I get a BFN on Saturday I am going to cry.

How are you all doing?

DreamingOfABump · 04/05/2011 09:30

fx for you!

MakesCakesWhenStressed · 04/05/2011 14:57

Ok. I'm not joking. I am eating so much. Even when I've eaten so much lunch that it's made me feel slightly queasy I still want to eat. And it's carbs. All carbs. I tried to eat fruit, but the apple made me feel sick. Bleurk.

I am going to be the size of a house and if I am not pregnant then there is something else wrong with me (apart from a lack of self control). I JUST WANT TO KNOOOOOOOOW.

I'm craving carb's too makes. I 've had pasta every day for the last 3 days and am still having little crampy aches on my right side.

It's so annoying not knowing though as it could just be pmt but I am hoping it's not.
